Abstract
Integration of digital technology in public policy, at least can be seen in three forms: the establishment of the internet of Things (IoT), digital response feedback such as devices in smartcities, internet-based channels such as online petitions, online public services. Public policy is implemented on the basis of ontological citizen interaction, as their subject and also object of government. In the digital integration, citizens are mediated by the presence of digital devices with assumption that each digital device is authorized by person to interact. The existence of citizens is represented by presence of technological devices based on a particular node system. Integration of digital technology has led to a new pattern of representation from individual representation into the representation of digital nodes in patterns of management of public interests, government services to decision making. Digital representation is assumed to be an actual representation so that it raises the issue of the legitimacy of the stimulus node-based digital policy making, and needs to re-occupy digital representation which is vulnerable to many manipulation potency. This research to examine the status and validity of digital node-based public policy making based on the perspective of citizens rights in government. Using a phenomenological approach to digital interaction and government by examining the trend of using IoT, digital services, the internet interaction. The phenomena studied include the presence of smartcity, digital public services, digital interactions between citizens and government. This research will produce a recommendation with two possibilities: (i) strengthening the legitimacy of digital interactions in government, or (ii) delegating the involvement of digital devices in public policy, evaluating the personal interactions of citizens with government.

Abstract
This study aims to propose smoking cessation methods through experiments on color perception in cigarettes. Using qualitative methods by measuring the desire to smoke using 5 Likert scale levels. After giving different stimulants in the form of 8 cigarette colors, respondents will fill in the desires based on levels ranging from those who are very unwilling to those who really want to smoke, then interviews and descriptive analysis will be conducted. The highest tendency to desire smoking is in white cigarettes, followed by black cigarettes. The tendency to be very unwilling to smoke appears in purple and orange cigarettes. Further research needs to be done considering this study only involved one group of adolescents in the age range of 18 to 24 years old. Through interviews, it appears that the desire to smoke that arises when seeing the color white in cigarettes is caused by a general condition, feels normal with the color of cigarettes on the market. But purple visuals on cigarettes make smokers feel weird, and feel they are sucking on something that is toxic, or not tasty. This condition certainly also illustrates how color perception can be used as a proposal to help cigarette addicts begin efforts to stop smoking, or at least reduce the desire to smoke.

Abstract
The problem is an incompatibility between goals or expectations and reality. Identifying the level of students problem solving abilities is very important. It is due to the fact that the problem solving ability is related to how students face occurring problems. Therefore this study aims to identify mathematical problem solving ability. This research was conducted on class VII students in one of the junior high schools in Kota Bandung. The material chosen in this study was a quadrilateral flat build. The results showed the percentage of achievement of problem solving indicators that the mathematical problem solving ability of junior high school students in quadrilateral material was still low with an average score of 28.41%. In addition, when students solve a given problem, they immediately use the formula and enter the numbers listed on the question without understanding which strategy should be used and not checking the validity of the results or answers. This ability can be improved by doing problem solving oriented learning and familiarizing students according to the stages of problem solving.

Abstract
This qualitative study aims to investigate students- responses on a constructed didactical design which is aimed to reinvent the law of sine. The participants are 30 students. We constructed a didactical design including the activities steps and the prediction of student responses which are consists of expected and unexpected responses. We also prepared the anticipation for each unexpected responses. From the didactical design implementation, we obtain: 1) some students performed similar responses with our prediction in some section; 2) some students performed unpredicted responses in some section, so we need to perform unplanned anticipations; 3) some students performed unpredicted responses but there are the ‘different but equivalent expression- with the predicted responses, we still need to perform the different anticipations. Abstract
Traumatic experience is hard to express easily because it is beyond comprehension and too threatening to be accepted into the consciousness. As one of traumatic history in Indonesia 1965 history is inaccessible and haunts Indonesian. New Order strictly control the history by silencing the certain group that against their power. The fall of New Order regime in 1998 triggers the survivors, researchers, and sympathizers to re-examine the history which resulted in the various reports and testimonies. Literary work is also take part in representing the historical atrocity. Literary work is regarded as a means to give testimony for those who cannot survive during the catastrophe. However, it also faces difficulty in representing the unpresentable event. The paper analyzes how the traumatic experience depicted and problematized in Lasmi [11]. By using the concept of trauma, the paper attempts to unveil the strategy used to represent inaccessible traumatic experience. The analysis underlies two points. First, collective and personal experience are intertwined in historical trauma. Second, silence is part of strategies as well as resistance of the survivor to voicing their voice.

This study aims to find out how service, the role of the teacher in facilitating slow learners in mathematics learning, and other constraints faced. This research is a case study in a junior high school in the city of Bandung. Participants in this study were three class VIII students. This research was carried out through observation, interviews with slow learner students, and mathematics teachers. The results of the study show that children who are classified as slow learners still have not been well facilitated in achieving predetermined mathematics learning goals. Slow learners need a longer study time than their peers, so they need special education services. One of alternative solution that can be done by teachers is that teachers sholud pay special attention to the process of learning mathematics for slow learner students. The importance of teachers conducting clinical assessment, giving the direction to the slow learner students in the learning process, and helping the students to overcome the difficulties faced by slow learner students.

Abstract
The Indonesian Maritime Continent is an area of propagation and crossing of Madden Julian Oscillation (MJO) in phases 3, 4, and 5. The active MJO causes the increasing of convective activity and strong winds on the area it passed. In the active phase, the ocean will get a response from MJO activities as the response to strong westerly winds. The depth of the thermocline in the tropics varies from season to season and from year to year. MJO, as the intraseasonal variability is one of the causes for the variations in the depth of the thermocline layer. The objectives of this study are to investigate and properly understanding the equatorial thermocline dynamics related to MJO activity in the Indonesian Maritime Continent. By using the temperature data in 0 - 400 m of depth which obtained from Marine Copernicus, this study will investigate the equatorial thermocline dynamics which are precisely at 5N, 0, and 5S of latitude in the MJO phase 3, 4, and 5 area during the period of 2018. The results showed that the dynamics of the thermocline depth has a response to MJO according to the location of the activity. However, it also decreases the thermocline depth in the northern (southern) equator. The results of this study also show the relation of convective activity in the atmosphere with variations in thermocline depth which will also have an impact on weather conditions in the Indonesian region.

Abstract
An Abstract is This study aims to determine the rate of return on assets, debt to equity ratio and earnings per share impact on stock price, either partially or simultaneously on a property company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2014-2018 period. Data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis using analytical tools Eviews version 5.0. Hypothesis testing is done by a statistical test is a simultaneous test (F test) and (t test). Samples are 6 companies with a term of 5 years back. The study was conducted in property companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Analysis of the results of the regression performed after the model did not experience symptoms such classical assumptions of normality, multikolinnearitas, autocorrelation, and heteroskedasitas. F test of hypothesis testing results show that the variable Rate of Return of Assets, Debt Ratio and Earnings Per Share Share simultaneously significant effect on stock price. T test of hypothesis testing results showed that the rate of return on assets and the ratio of debt partially not significant effect on Stock Return. While earnings per share is partially significant effect on Stock Return

Abstract
Tylothais aculeata is one of the gastropod species member of the family Muricidae, order Neogastropoda. This species plays an important role in the marine macrobenthic community. This study aims to determine the variations and relationships of shell dimension i.e. shell length (SL), shell width (SW), shell height (SH) of T. aculeata associated with the hard substrates in Ambon Island, Maluku. Field sampling was conducted in eight locations, in August 2016, with purposive sampling method in typical hard substrates of chosen coastal areas. A total of 751 individuals were found and divided to sixteen size ranges with three peaks of its size group. The highest and the lowest number of individual was found in Dok Talake (DT) and Gudang Arang (GA), respectively. The highest frequency was 96 individuals on range of 28-30 mm, while the lowest one was only 4 individual on range of 42-44 mm. The characteristics of shell dimension relationship of SL-SW and SL-SH were positive allometry; SW-SH was negative allometry; and SL-TW was positive allometric, respectively.
