Abstract
Intellectual property rights are a set of legal rights to express ideas into real forms of property. These rights are generally copyright, patent rights, and brand rights. IPR is still a wealth that is not yet commonly understood in terms of the distribution of property gono-gini in divorce cases in Indonesia. In some divorce cases, there are important things regarding intellectual property that must be really taken into account in the distribution of property without this. This study aims to examine and analyze and formulate the transfer of IPR as a joint asset in marriage and the distribution of gonogini assets after divorce. The approach method used in this research is juridical empirical. The data used are primary and secondary data. Techniques for collecting data through library studies and field studies. Analysis of descriptive analytic data. The results of the study found that the transfer of IPR as a joint asset in marriage was based on the provisions of IPR legislation. The object of the joint property needs to be harmonized with respect to the HKI field both copyright, brand and patent. Such as the brand lumpia express, suharti fried chicken, etc. The distribution of the gonogini property after the divorce certainly remains based on the provisions of the marriage law, namely Law Number 1 of 1974 concerning Marriage. In the provisions of Article 35 paragraph (1), it has been stated that the property acquired during marriage is a joint asset, provided that there is no marriage agreement regarding the separation of property. Everything that has economic value can be categorized as property, whether it is immovable property (land), moving objects (gold), also in legal developments such as electricity (intangible objects) are categorized as something that has economic value. Wealth in the IPR field is included in the category of assets because it is an intangible object that has economic value.

Abstract. Mathematical material and mathematical thinking abilities are two things that are constantly evolving, that is, between mathematical material understood through mathematical thinking skills possessed by students need to be further developed through learning mathematical and mathematical material that continues to grow more widely. Therefore, in mathematics learning it is necessary to develop AMT students abilities. This meta-analysis uses the results of experimental studies regarding the effect of learning strategies on students AMT abilities. Of the ten research reports, 18 research findings were obtained which were then the subject of this study. This meta-analysis aims to determine the overall effect of learning strategies on students AMT abilities, as well as the effect of the three aspects found in these experiments, namely the level of education, tools/learning media, and the types of strategies used. The results of the analysis show that learning strategies are effective in improving the ability of AMT students, with the effect of the greatest influence based on the type of learning strategy that is cooperative. Other findings indicate that the learning strategy at the senior secondary level is more effective. Whereas based on learning aids/media it can be seen that student worksheets are more influential.

Abstract
This article analyzes the concepts and phenomena of the banking dualism system (dual banking system) in the Syariah banking system. For almost three decades, syariah banking in Indonesia has experienced a dynamic that has implications for the incompleteness of the concept and implementation of the muamalat pillars in it. Not just changing forms and colors, but there is a fading mind in Syariah banking. Although on the other hand the Sharia Supervisory Board is present as an autonomous sharia supervisory institution from the Indonesian Ulema Council to ensure the implementation of muamalat rules, but the dualism of the banking system makes a denial and violation of the rules of the mualamat itself. This research is very important to criticize the concept and implementation of dual banking systems in syariah banking which have an impact on divergence and failure to achieve peoples welfare and property management that is not in accordance with the objectives of Sharia (al-Maqasid al-Sharia). Critical legal study is a method which is used to analyze concepts and implementation and provide solutions to the problems of syariah banking institutions, full separation (mono banking system) and release of the syariah banking institutional structure from the structure of Bank Indonesia and the World Bank. That construction provides divergency space for the implement of syariah banking system with pure Sharia, with a system that is guided by other sharia-pure state banks such as ar-Rajhi bank, the Islamic Development Bank standard.

Abstract
This research discussed to know the inhibitory factors of the local regulation cancellation system (Perda) in Indonesia. Local regulation test which led to the cancellation or otherwise occurred or whether a regional regulation which is tested through the Supreme Court (Judicial Reviewer), still has a problem quite complex, because the previous cancellation local regulation many Conducted by the Ministry of Interior of the Republic of Indonesia (Eksecutif Reviewer) more than in the Supreme Court. To be a new problem for the testing system in the Supreme Court because the existing testing system still lacks in its testing in particular test local regulation at this time, considering the issuance of Constitutional Court decree No. 56/PTU/MK. In the authority of the cancellation of local regulations (Perda) in Indonesia is returned to the Supreme Court. Thus the obstacles that occur such as legislation that in Indonesia need to be related to the test system of formyl and materiyl, the obstacles that occur also associated with the problem of regional development, investment and local regulation supervision.

Abstract
Trademark is intangible goods. In the trademark, inherent value is an intangible asset for the owner because the trademark gives ownership rights as the legal subject, namely individuals (natural persoon) or legal entities (recht persoon), so that trademarks become intangible assets. Because the trademark has value, it is appropriate for trademark owners to get legal protection. Legal protection for trademark in Indonesia is only given to trademark owners who register their trademarks for the first time, in the principle, first to file. Indonesia does not use the principle of first to use, where the first trademark user has protection against the trademark. Whereas in other countries such as Saudi Arabia, the United States, Singapore, Australia, etc. apply the principle of first to use. The application of these two principles has a difference to the implications for legal protection provided specifically on company-owned trademarks. This paper will discuss the differences in the implications of legal protection for company trademarks in Indonesia by comparing the principles of first to use and the principle of first to file. This paper used normative method with an economic analysis of law approach. So, it is expected that this paper can contribute ideas to fill the legal vacuum regarding the authority of trademark registrants by companies that have not been regulated in Law No. 20 of 2016 concerning Trademarks and Geographical Indications.

Abstract
Mathematics has an important role in development in all aspects of life. Through mathematical modeling, students can be trained to think critically and creatively in solving problems related to everyday life. The habit of critical thinking using intuition can help determine the initial steps and bring up creative ideas in solving the problems they face. This study aims to describe the characteristics of the intuitive reasoning model of students of rational personality types in solving HOTS problems in mathematics. The subjects in this study were grade VIII students of DAHA 1 PAWYATAN SMP Kediri who had been selected based on rational personality types through Kierseys personality test. The intuition data used by the subjects in this study were collected using task-based interviews. The results of this study are that the subjects did not rewrite the important things in the question when answering, such as what is known and what was asked by arguing that this is usually true. In general the subjects in this study used an implicit intuitive reasoning model and diagrammatic model to solve the HOTS problem given.

Abstract
The growth of smartphone users in Indonesia can be a good potential for various fields, one of which is education. This research aims to produce a circular motion experiment tool using sensor smartphone in the horizontal and vertical position and find out its feasibility for use by high school students. The method of research used is research and development or R&D with the ADDIE development model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). The research result shows that the experimental tool has shown the influence of object distance directly proportional to centripetal acceleration when the angular velocity is constant. In addition, there is also a difference in tangential acceleration at the top of the circle and under the circle in a vertical position. In the questionnaire test, the average score of the feasibility of the experimental tool was 91.25% with a very good category. While the average score of module feasibility is 86.25% with a very good category. The average score obtained based on the response from students is 94.5% with a very good category.

Abstract
The study aims to describe students creative thinking skills in circle material based on students- learning obstacle and trajectory. This research applied descriptive qualitative. The instruments used were circular questions and interviews. Data analysis carried out along with the data taken by analyzing students creative thinking skills based on students- learning obstacle and trajectory. The research subjects were VI semester students who were able to handle analytical geometry. The results of the study shown that, most students experience learning obstacle (1). Students have difficulties in finding concepts from the meaning of circles, (2). Students have difficulties working on material circle questions and without re-examining the answers (3). Students found out difficulties in a concept from the general formula of the equation of the circle (4). Learning materials presented in textbooks do not build students creative thinking skills, so they do not support meaningful learning. Learning trajectory based on analysis of learning obstacle experienced by students and analysis of causes of difficulties can occur. Preparation of hypothetical learning trajectory through learning situations designed is expected to create students creative thinking, indeed, the student reconstruction process is created an independent students form concept of the formula set.

Abstract
The purpose of this study was to describe the effectiveness of the use of mathematical learning devices based on the contextual teaching and learning approach in terms of students mathematical communication skills. The subjects of this study are seventh grade students of SMPN 26 Padang with a total of 30 students. This research includes the type of development research. The development model used in this study is the Plomp model. The Plomp model consists of three phases namely preliminary research, development or prototyping stage and assessment phase. Data on the effectiveness of learning devices are taken from the results of tests of students mathematical communication skills. From the test results, it is found that the average test scores of mathematical communication skills of class VII students are effective. The percentage of the results of the mathematical communication skills test reaches 80% of the minimum completeness criteria. Based on the results of these studies indicate that the learning device developed has been able to meet the effectiveness criteria, namely the percentage of completeness in classical more than 75%.

Abstract
TPACK is a unique description of an experienced teacher in integrating the components of teaching such as content, teaching methods and technology into learning units so that students can learning optimally. This study aims to determine whether STEM-based TPACK designed by teachers can foster student attitudes towards science and careers related to engineering jobs. Descriptive analysis of the study was carried out through Lesson Plan analysis that the teacher had designed, the implementation of the lesson plan and student attitudes towards science and engineering careers before and after teaching and learning of the human blood circulatory system. The research data was obtained through an instrument consisting of the Content Representation + Technology (CoRes + T) rubric adapted from Loughran et al. (2012), observation sheet and attitude scale. The study involved a science teacher and 14 students from the Junior Secondary School (SMP) in West Bandung Regency. The results showed that STEM-based TPACK in the lesson plan developed by teachers had demonstrated essential concepts for the topic of human blood circulatory systems (CK), as well as in the selection of models and teaching methods (PK) that were relevant to the concepts chosen and supported to foster the engineering ideas of students. The RPP has also described the technological aspects (TK) that are appropriate to CK and PK. Students attitudes towards science and engineering careers show positive progress from before and after teaching and learning.
