Abstract
There has been increasing attention on sustainable practices and in particular in financing socially-responsible projects through impact investment. The focus of these impact investment financing has been on performance-driven risk-sharing in order to ensure accountability to the execution of the program according its initial intention. We feel that this should not only be limited to impact investments but also in every substantial investment that is being made. In this paper, we recommend putting sukuk and bonds on the blockchain to enable transparency and put forth steps to automate cumbersome processes in sukuk/bond issuances in order to reduce costs and improve efficiency. We leverage similarities and discuss significant advantages of using technology to operationalize accountability and instil confidence in properly structured and executed financial instruments. We make these recommendations on the basis of fulfilling a gap in sustainable practices, through impact-focussed sukuk and bond issuances.

Abstract
ABSTRACT In mathematics learning many teachers complain about the students low ability to apply mathematical concepts. This can be seen from the many mistakes students make in understanding mathematical concepts so that they ignore mistakes in working on problems that can result in low student learning achievement (scores) both in daily tests, semester tests, and final school exams, even though in the classroom learning process is usually the teacher gives the task (stabilization) continuously in the form of problem training. The real conditions in the implementation of the exercises provided are not fully able to improve students abilities in applying mathematical concepts. The low quality of learning can be interpreted as being less effective in the learning process. The cause can come from students, teachers and facilities and infrastructure. Based on the problem, the researchers tried to find a solution by examining the Improvement of Mathematics Learning Achievement with the Problem-Based Learning Method in the Linear Program Discussion. The problems that the researcher revealed were: 1) Can the Problem-Based Learning method improve students ability to work on practice questions on the subject of Linear Program in class X-TKJ4 SMK 6 6 Garut academic year 2018/2019? 2) Can the Problem-Based Learning method improve student learning achievement on the subject of Linear Program in class X-TKJ4 SMK 6 6 Garut academic year 2018/2019? 3) How can the impact of the Problem-Based Learning method improve student learning achievement on the subject of Linear Program in class X-TKJ4 SMK 6 6 Garut academic year 2018/2019? The method used in this study is the test method, questionnaire, and observation with data analysis techniques, namely descriptive analysis. The results that the researchers got were: 1) Problem-Based Learning Method can increase the activity and creativity of students in learning opportunities in class XI, for active discussion there was an increase of 7.69% and activeness in recording lessons increased by 8.40%. 2) Problem-Based Learning Method can improve student learning outcomes in a classical way this is seen during the study an increase of 6.19%, and an increase of 39.30% from pre PTK to post PTK. 3) Problem-Based Learning Method can increase interest This is evidenced by the increase of 16.53% from pre PTK to post PTK.

Abstract
Indonesia is a region that is directly adjacent to the Pacific Ocean and the Indian Ocean which allows a thermal front phenomenon. The purpose of this study is to identify the presence of thermal fronts based on seasonal variations and inter-annual variations in Indonesia. The data are Sea Surface Temperature (SST), Ocean Nino Index (ONI), and Dipole Mode Index (DMI) with a span of time from January 2007 - December 2017 (11 years). The SST data is a level 3 Aqua Moderate Resolution Imaging Spectroradiometer (MODIS) satellite image data with a resolution of 4 km. SST data processing uses remote sensing techniques and Geographic Information System (GIS). The results of this study indicate that the distribution of SST and thermal fronts are influenced by seasonal variations and inter-annual variations. The highest average thermal front event in Indonesian waters occurred in a combination of El-Nino and Positive IOD conditions. The highest average thermal front incidence in Indonesian waters also occurred during the East Season, while the smallest average occurred during the Transition Season II. During West Season, Transition Season II, and East Season, the largest number of thermal fronts was found in Western Indonesian Waters. Meanwhile, in the Transition Season I, the largest number of thermal fronts was found in Central Indonesian Waters.

Abstract
The Southern Coast of West Java Province in the Java Islands is one of prone and exposed area to tsunami hazard. It has about 428 kilometers coastline length, covering 5 administrational regencies (i.e. Sukabumi, Cianjur, Garut, Tasikmalaya, and Pangandaran). It is a strategic area that support many economic activities including tourism, fisheries, electricity power plants, agricultures, markets as well as social factors such as coastal villages, schools and other public facilities. The existence of this strategic area is threatened by the potential for a tsunami disaster mainly from megathrust along the Southern Coast of Java Island. On 2006, a tsunami earthquake of M7.7 occurred off Pangandaran Regency with tsunami height of 5-8 meters and inundated about 500 meters along southern coast of West and Central Java Province. The tsunami caused more than 600 casualties and damage to buildings, public facilities and insfrastructure. Yet, the Indonesia National Earthquake Source and Hazard Map suggest a bigger threat of a plausible M8.7 – M9.2 megathrust earthquake off Java island. This research aims to analyze and map potential areas affected by the tsunami in the South Coast of West Java Province based on numerical modelling carried out with Cornell Multi-grid Coupled Tsunami Model (COMCOT) v1.7 based on the several megathrust earthquake scenarios in southern off West Java. The results of tsunami modelling show that the highest impact is generated in the Sunda Straits & West Java - Central Java Megathrust Scenarios with highest tsunami inundation and the fastest travel time occurred in Cianjur Regency with 26,7 meters height and estimated arrival time of tsunami wave approximately 10 minutes after the mainshock, while the farthest inundation distance is estimated in Sukabumi Regency about 5.8 kilometers from the coast due to existence of river. As an impact of tsunami in socio-economic aspect, Pelabuhan Ratu District in Sukabumi would be the most vulnerable due to high economic activities and number of inhabitants.

Abstract
Mathematics taught in school is known as school mathematics where the study of material has been adjusted to the needs of students. Nonetheless, Mathematics is actually indirectly known in the community. Indirectly the community has known mathematics in their daily activities such as counting, measuring and even producing products such as woven. This habit is a culture that can be associated with mathematical concepts better known as ethnomatematics. One example is the concept of the roof of the kebaya house which is a traditional house of Jakarta. The roof of the house consists of a triangle and a trapezoid. This can indirectly introduce the concept of flat wake to students. This study aims to design learning media applications with mathematical concepts that exist in several cultures in Indonesia that can be used as learning resources for mathematics. The research method used is research and development (RnD). To get a proper application, testing is done using blackbox testing. This application is expected to make ethnomatematics a basis for learning mathematics in the modern era.

Abstract
Abstract This research originated from the concern of researchers looking at the activities of students in schools that still use plastic during snacks in the school canteen. Excessive consumption of plastic results in a large amount of plastic waste. Because plastic is not derived from biological compounds, plastic has properties that are difficult to degrade (non-biodegradable). Plastic waste has a negative impact on the natural environment, which most people use as a means of fulfilling their daily needs. Seeing these conditions, it is necessary to have a learning that can foster the ecological awareness or ecoliteracy of students by utilizing nature which in this case is the oen iboh plant (iboh leaf) which is used as a container for food and snacks for students in the school canteen. Efforts to improve the ecoliteracy of students through the use of surrounding natural resources as a source of learning in Science learning in grade IV SD IT Nurul Ishlah Banda Aceh. The researcher wanted to find out the parents response to the activities of students in the school in the utilization of natural resources for increasing ecoliteracy. From the results of preliminary observations carried out on Science learning activities in class IV SD IT Nurul Ishlah Banda Aceh. This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The subjects of this study were parents of fourth grade students of SD IT Nurul Ishlah Banda Aceh. Sources of research data are: (1) written sources, (2) oral sources, (3) documents, and (4) records. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, and documentation. The process of data analysis research is carried out with qualitative descriptive techniques. Based on the results of the study concluded, it is recommended for parents to motivate students to use nature in the environment as an effort to increase the ecoliteracy of students from an early age.

Abstract
Indonesia, being a tropical country, has a high photovoltaic (PV) energy generation potential that can help meet demand due to impending shortage power supplies in the coming years. The shading effect is a negative effect that causes the Photovoltaic power output to drop from its normal state. The performance of Photovoltaic Panels (PV) is a shared module surface exposed to sunlight. Shading effects a result of the influence of clouds, but the influence of these clouds causes a lack of uniform illumination of sunlight received by the photovoltaic. This is condition called Partial Shaded. Partially shaded PV systems cannot operate at maximum efficiency because of shadows cast by surrounding structures, foliage and cloud cover. This paper describes an experiment on PV output for the irregularity of sun irradiation. Characteristics of I-V can be influenced by partial shading effect. The voltage and current of PV solar cells will drop from partial shading effect experiment which consists of 20%, 40%, 60%, 80% and 100% shading area

Abstract
Incompatible aid supplies, in which received aid items do not match with the need of the victims, appears to be one of persistent problems in relief operations. The mismatch can be argued due to that the need of aid supplies may vary over time and the nature of disaster creates different need of aid items which are not available in standard survival kit. The purpose of the present paper is therefore to empirically identify aid items that should be available in survival kits by considering time-after-disaster and the nature of disaster. A survey was conducted in Bantul and Sleman districts where earthquake with a magnitude of 6.5 Richter scale and volcanoes eruption have occurred respectively. A total of 120 respondents, consisting 65 respondents from Bantul district and 55 respondents from Sleman (Cangkringan), participated in the study. The respondents were asked to rate the urgency level of the aid items during the first and the second week after disaster. Results indicate the time after disaster, the nature of disaster, and the culture are found to be significant factors influencing the required items of the survival kit. Furthermore, the required aid items during the first week are significantly different than those during the second week after disaster. It is also worth mentioning that the type of disaster determines crucial specific aid items that should be provided in the survival kit.

Abstract This non-doctrinal research describes the practice of ignoring the value of justice and logical truths rather than eradicating corruption among high-ranking state officials. The aim of describing an ambitious implementation of criminal justice can be counterproductive, that is not only injustice, but rather the denial of the premise of material truth as the character of the rationality of the performance of criminal law. Primary data from interviews with actors and informants, and secondary data in the form of case documents were analyzed qualitatively with hermeneutic interpretation techniques. The results of the study show that ambitious corruption eradication has the potential to damage the logic of criminal justice and curb the conscience of law enforcement.

Abstract
The study of potential fishing zones (PFZ) in Indonesia has been recognized for decades after the introduction of remote sensing technology for fisheries in the 1970s. Sea surface temperature (SST) and Chlorophyll-a concentration are the two main oceanography parameters used to determine potential fishing zones. Despite the popularity of this study, from which many research institutes produce such maps, there is still a big gap in understanding the accuracy of the map with respect to the vessels- behavior. One of the main reasons is the high-cost on validation methods such as conducting field surveys or engaging onboard observers. Furthermore, these methods can only cover a limited number of vessels and locations resulting in inaccuracy of PFZ. Using the available Indonesian VMS data, we can tackle those limitations. We analyze and match the VMS fishing efforts data against PFZ map based on time and distance variations. The PFZ map was sourced from LAPAN for a 1-year period in 2018 covering 6 project areas in the Java Sea, the Sulawesi Sea, the Maluku Sea and the Banda Sea. The VMS fishing effort data comes from Global Fishing Watch fishing algorithm which is run over Indonesian VMS data. The result showed that there were 1,476 vessels confirmed to fish around PFZs within the time variation ranging 1-3 days. The distance of the vessels fishing from the PFZ was less than 6 km. The study suggested that PFZ map is quite decent in forecasting the fishing ground locations. The result can be beneficial in developing the capture fisheries technology by providing science-based advice for reducing the operational cost in searching for the fishing ground.

The increased of internet usage in Indonesia has encouraged the phenomenon of online shopping into needs or hobby for the social network users, especially students. This research aimed to analyze and discover the uniqueness of online shopping behavior among Indonesian students consist of the stage of problem identification, information search, alternative evaluation, purchase decision, and post-purchase behavior. This research used qualitative approach with descriptive method. Informants consist of online shop owner and students who come from various departments and universities in Indonesia. Result obtained that Indonesian students began to shop online in 2010-2011. They used online shopping applications such as Lazada, Tokopedia, and also in the online shop which has Instagram account. They shop online because it was easier, cheaper, the goods were more varied and sometimes, the goods that sold were hard to find in the conventional market. They rarely become regular customers and some of them were getting into the addictive stage of online shopping. Purchase decision of online shopping among Indonesian students obtained results that the attitude of others such as family, relatives or friends sometimes supports and criticizes because online shopping was considered wasteful, consumptive, and the high risk of fraud. Search and share has become the power in the purchasing decision process. Research results can be considered as business development with students as the target, a very promising market potential.

USE OF SMARTPHONE, DISCIPLINE, MOTIVATION AND LEARNING ACHIEVEMENTS (Case Study of Sukabumi Al Azhar 7 Islamic Middle School Students 2018/2019 Academic Year) I Suryani 1*, S Prabawanto1 1Departeman Pendidikan Matematika, Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia Setiabudi No.229, bandung 40154, Indonesia *irnasuryani@upi.edu ABSTRACT This study aims to explain the effect of smartphone use on student mathematics learning achievements. The method used in this study is the collection of correlation data using questionnaires and interviews. The subjects of the study were 158 students at the Al Azhar 7 Islamic Middle School in Sukabumi. This research is based on the use of smartphones among students, whose intensity is increasingly increasing, has even become a trend. Uncontrolled use of smartphones results in discipline, motivation and learning achievement being interrupted. The first process is to look for the influence of intensity of smartphone usage on students learning discipline, on motivation and on student achievement. The research instrument consisted of 20 items using smartphone intensity and 20 items of discipline, 20 items of motivation and data on report cards. The data analysis method used is the Product Moment technique from Pearson using SPSS assistance and displayed in table form. Based on the data analysis (assumptions) that have been done, the results of the research from Pearson Corelation show that r = - 0.391 with P = 0.000 (P <0.05). This means there is a relationship (-) between the intensity of smartphone use with discipline, motivation and learning achievement of students. This means that the higher the intensity of smartphone use, the lower the discipline, motivation and learning achievement of students, and vice versa. The intensity of smartphone use gives a large percentage of students discipline, motivation and learning achievement, while the rest is determined by other variables not examined. The results of this studys data analysis that the relationship between the intensity of smartphone use and discipline, motivation and learning achievement of students is inversely or inversely. So that the hypothesis in this study can be said that there is a negative relationship between the intensity of smartphone use with student learning discipline can be accepted.

Abstract
Introductory Nuclear Physics course is found in the curriculum of pre-service physics teachers in the Institute of Teachers Training at South Borneo. This research is carried out which aims to describe the implementation of the course and the perceptions and knowledge of nuclear physics for pre-service physics teachers. This research used a descriptive quantitative method. The research sample used purposive sampling which consist of 42 students on eighth semester and one lecturer of the course. Data was collected through documentation techniques, questionnaires, interviews and observations. The results of the investigation showed: (1) the course process was not interesting enough by the dominant lecture method of the course and teaching materials written by lecturers without using the latest research results; (2) pre-service physics teachers tend to have negative perceptions and their knowledge were only limited to the knowledge contained in teaching materials written by the lecturer. Therefore, improvements are needed in the course process to answer the challenges of negative nuclear effects through the Education for Sustainability Development (ESD) approach and utilize the latest research results.

Abstract
Problem solving ability is one of mathematics learning goals. Students problem solving abilities are good if they meet the indicator, able to solve closed mathematical problems in a mathematical context; able solve closed mathematical problems outside the mathematical context; solve open mathematical problems in a mathematical context; and solve open mathematical problems outside the mathematical context. But it was found that students problem solving abilities were still not good. This can be influenced by several factors including cognitive style and gender. The cognitive style in this study focuses on the Field Dependent (FD) and Field Independent (FI). This study conducted to analyze the influence of cognitive style and gender on students mathematical problem solving abilities. This research method was descriptive qualitative research. The subjects were six junior high school students. Students were given cognitive style tests and then problem solving abilities test. The results of tests and interviews was found that the mathematical problem solving abilities of male students with FD cognitive style were better than the mathematical problem solving abilities of male FI students. While the mathematical problem solving abilities of female students with the FI cognitive style were better than the mathematical problem solving abilities of female FD students.

Abstract
Abstract. Science literacy is one in HOTS (High Order Thinking Skills). Science literacy is one of the skills needed by students so that students have the ability to solve HOTS problems. One way to measure scientific literacy skills is to use scientific literacy instruments. Several studies have been carried out in the development of scientific literacy instruments, but there are still shortcomings in their development. Some researchers also provide advice on the development of subsequent scientific literacy instruments. There are several shortcomings in existing scientific literacy instruments, including those that have not raised aspects of inquiry, critical insight. In addition, the existing forms of scientific literacy instruments still need development. Then the item analysis method used still uses the classical data analysis method, but some have used analysis items using IRT (Item Response Theory). These shortcomings can be minimized by changing the form of scientific literacy instruments to be more interesting or can measure more than one ability. In addition, the item analysis method of using IRT is one of the recommended methods of data analysis compared to classical analysis methods.

Abstract
Jakarta is the capital city of Indonesia which is famous for its nickname of a densely populated metropolitan city. The city of Jakarta is a place of central government where all government conditions in Indonesia are regulated in this city. In addition to being a center of government, Jakarta has many recreational places such as Taman Impian Jaya Ancol, Dunia Fantasi (Dufan), Monumen Nasional (Monas), Kota Tua, and many more. Jakarta has enormous tourism potential. To optimize tourism potential in Jakarta, a facility is needed in the form of a map containing tourist attractions in Jakarta along with routes to these tourist attractions. This map can help both domestic and foreign tourists visiting tourist attractions in Jakarta. The map must also show the optimal route to visit various tourist attractions. This is so that one can visit many places at one time. As a solution to this problem, the graph approach is used with the euler graph application as a solution to the optimal route problem. The algorithm used is the fleury algorithm. From the discussion, the results obtained that the use of graph euler with the algorithm Fleury can determine the optimal route in tracing tourist attractions in Jakarta.

Abstract
Mathematics and culture are two things seen as something that is not connected to everyday life. Whereas in teaching mathematics in school (formal), the teacher should start by exploring the knowledge of informal mathematics that has been obtained by students from the lives of the people around their homes. Environment can be a source of mathematical problems in real life. One of the environments is culture. Mathematics in culture is known as ethnomatematics. Each region certainly has its own culture, including Jakarta. Jakarta which is the capital city of Indonesia has a culture of traditional houses known as Rumah kebaya. Rumah kebaya has a special characteristic, especially on the roof which consists of a triangle and a trapezoid. The purpose of this exploratory research with ethnographic approach is to explore and explore any mathematical concepts that exist in rumah kebaya which can be used as a learning resource for mathematics as well as an effort to develop ethnomatematics as the basis for mathematics learning. Learning mathematics using ethnomatematics objects can enrich the mathematical applications that are around students and can facilitate students to understand abstract mathematics by using concrete ethnomatematics objects.
