Abstract
Savonius water turbine research is still growing today. One of the developments that has been made is about modification of geometry. The research that has been done aims to improve the efficiency of savonius turbines. Savonius turbine has a simple structure, and is easily applied so that research on the savonius turbine is interesting. Savonius rotor ability that can operate at low velocity is an advantage that can be combined in the process of developing renewable energy. One of the researches that develops is changes in blade shape. In this study a change in blade shape was carried out. The circular profile "S" shaped geometry is modified into a semi-circular profile "L" with an outer overlap. Research has been carried out simulations using Ansys software with CFX Solver. Savonius rotors that have been used in this study are rotors with aspect ratio 1. Simulation has been done on 3-dimensional modeling and on the properties of pure water. Mesh is performed on the workbench with the tetrahedral method, and uses the K-epsilon turbulent type. From this study it was found that blade modification into semi-circular with "L" profile and outer overlap can improve the performance of the savonius water turbine on the horizontal axis.

Abstract
The textile and apparel industry is a rapidly developing industry and has an influence on the economy. Despite having high competition, the textile and apparel industry is one of the interesting industries to be made into business opportunities in several big cities. PTGP is a company that has taken business opportunities in the apparel industry for decades. Companies in the mature category are not always successful in doing business. PTGP must close the business branches owned because operating costs are higher than the revenue generated from sales. Efficient operational costs are needed by every company in carrying out the companys operations. Forecasting is a way that can be used for the companys operational effectiveness and operational cost efficiency. The right time series forecasting method can be determined by looking at the historical data of demand for the product. Forecasting accuracy can also be used as a condition for selecting the forecasting method to be used. Single Exponential Smoothing is a forecasting method used in general in various industrial fields. Holt-s Model is a forecasting method used with the influence of trends in the data used. Holt-s Model has more precise accuracy than Single Exponential Smoothing so that the use of Holt-s Model forecasting is more recommended in the textile and apparel industry because there are influential trends in demand.

Abstract
This paper presents the comparative techno-economic analysis on three different renewable energy sources (i.e. Solar (Thermal and PV) and Wind Energies (WE)) paired with two desalination systems (i.e. Multistage Flash (MSF), Multiple-effect Distillation (MED) and Reverse Osmosis (RO)). The aim of this investigation is to provide thorough technology and economic analysis on the renewable-energy-driven desalination system for Nusa Tenggara Timur (NTT) province. NTT has nationally most districts (20 regions) accounted for water drought every year due to low water precipitation and lack of fresh water resource. It is investigated numerically using Engineering Equation Solver (EES) taking account for most major input considerations. The Solar thermal driven desalination is used to power MSF and MED. The Solar PV and WE are utilized separately for the source of energy for RO system. The results can be utilized as major consideration on which technology should be applied to tackle the fresh water supply drought in NTT. In addition, the economic analysis provides ample explanation for the economic feasibility on the project to be applied. Based on the investigation, the Solar Thermal powered MED and MSF promises biggest feasibility techno-economically with lowest LCOEs.

Abstract

Abstract
The Industrial Revolution 1.0 was characterized by the mechanization of production using hydropower and steam. Then mass-producing companies became an open possibility thanks to the presence of electricity in the Industrial Revolution 2.0. Industry and production can then realize production automation during the Industrial Revolution 3.0 because of the support of the electronics industry and information technology. Industrial Revolution 4.0 is understood as a factory computerization, automation and data reconciliation to realize smart factories. Structured in this smart factory are robots or cyber physical systems, Internet of things (IoT), cloud computing (cloud), and cognitive computing. Everything is digital. The Industrial Age 4.0 will continue to present many changes that cannot be stopped. All these changes encourage people to adapt, because ultimately it will change behavior, how to work to the demands of skills. Nowadays, the rapid development of technology that is very noticeable changes is increasingly transparent and horizontal human behavior like this digital era. So, character is the only thing that can give a strict line to distinguish which people will be successful and which are not. Digital technology make integration of these feasible foundations, and technology offers new ways to contribute positively to human character in order to become champions in the face of this hypercompetitive business competition climate.

Abstract
This study introduces hollow activated carbon from kapok (Ceiba pentandra) which were prepared using KOH (CB1) and K2CO3 (CB2) as the activating agents at 1:1.0 (raw kapok: KOH or K2CO3), impregnation time 15 min and activation temperature of 400°C. The iodine number, quantified by Sodium Thiosulphate volumetric titration and percentage yield of CB1 (1446.30 mg/g, 62.60%) was higher compared to CB2 (1200.23 mg/g, 53.50%) which confirmed the effectiveness of KOH as the activating agent. The raw material and prepared activated carbons were characterized by Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR), Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) and CHNS/O Analyzer. Absence of certain functional groups were observed for the activated carbons compared to the raw kapok, resulting from the carbonization and activation processes. CHNS/O Analyzer confirmed the increase in carbon content of CB1 (63.93%) and CB2 (62.86%) compared to the raw kapok (43.54%). Hollow tube were viewed from the SEM analysis for all the samples. CB1 and CB2 were evaluated in the transesterification of waste cooking oil (WCO) using 0.2 wt.% catalyst, methanol to oil molar ratio of 3:1 at 60˚C for only 1 h. The percentage of biodiesel yield increased in a trend as given: without catalyst (35.46%) < CB2 (87.46%) < CB1 (89.57%). High catalysis of CB1 was presumably due to its high surface area and high carbon content compared to CB2. This study was successful as it introduces a facile and cheap conversion of waste kapok into promising catalyst for green synthesis of biodiesel.

As part of agricultural cultivation practices, especially plant breeding activities, the resistance of cultivated plants to pest attacks is one of the characteristics that must be prioritized. This research was conducted to study the type of pest and their damage intensity as the first step in the breeding program of waxy corn and black corn. The study was carried out through field survey activity on a weekly observation starting from plants aged 1 to 12 weeks old after planting. The type of pest found was identified and the damage intensity was calculated. The type of pests found consisted of grasshoppers, thrips, stem borer, earworm, and rat as well. There was no difference in population size and damage intensity of all pests in two corn varieties. The population size and damage intensity of all pests were affected by the age of corn plant because each pest was attacked at different times either when the plants were in the vegetative or generative phase or both. Generally, the damage intensity of pest is still in the mild to moderate category. A monitoring activity needs to be conducted in the subsequent activity to obtain information on the development of these potential pest species and their populations size.

Abstract
Three-dimensional concurrent engineering (3DCE) concepts provide new approach for integrating product, process, and supply chain design and give companies the opportunities to shorten product development lead time and time to market eventually, increase product variant and quality, and reduce product development cost. However, the 3DCE approach is not comprehensive yet since the researches are continuing and growing. This article provides bibliometric literature review on 3DCE as a term and concept through mainly Scopus database and Mendeley software for managing and resuming the references. After manual filtering and reading we conclude 37 articles strongly related to the term of 3DCE. Finally, we classify the articles based on its keywords into three cluster of words using VOSviewer software. We find that "supply chain", "new product development", and "3dce" are the most frequently words of those articles which represent the research stream or the researcher-s background.

Abstract
This paper discusses the certainty of legal protection for doctors who treat patients with emergency cases are reviewed from human rights and medical Practice in Law No. 29 year 2004. Informed consent is absolutely given and is requested for approval before medical action is conducted by the physician to the patient as stipulated in article 45 Law No. 29 year 2004 on medical practice. The issue raised in this paper about whether there is an exception Informed consent is not given at the beginning of the treatment of emergency patients in accordance with Indonesian legislation and to know the obligations of Informed consent for emergency patient handlers and the legal aspects incurred when they were not conducted. This paper uses the normative method due to conflict of norms, Informed consent as an absolute condition that is difficult to apply for emergency patient handling. Informed consent can be excluded for the handling of emergency patients as stipulated in the Law of Health Ministry A which is an explanation of article 45 and article 52 letter a Law No. 29 year 2004 on medical practice but hierarchically Law of Healt Ministry should not contradict the regulation of the law above which is medical practice law, so that it is necessary to do the reconstruction so that there is a legal certainty for doctors in the handling of emergency cases. In addition, doctors also have legal protection rights reviewed from the perspective of human rights because if all procedures and administrations are in accordance with the standards but still can be charged because it is still not complete explanation and details in the article of medical practice Law No. 29 year 2004.

Abstract
Fulfilling electricity needs which are mostly supplied by the coal steam power plants, such as Indonesia, has its own challenges. Therefore, the government is expected to provide a reliable coal supply to each power plant. The coal supply chain is a complex network in which various coal specifications can be supplied by more than one supplier, and also uncertainty in demand and lead time exist. Each supplier offers different price for the coal and also different transportation cost based on the location of the supplier which are scattered in several places in Indonesia. In order to find the set of suppliers and transportation route of coal, optimization model that minimizing the purchase and transportation cost of the coal to fulfil demand in the power plant was built. The output from the optimization was used as an input to find the effective safety stock, order quantity, and reorder point needed in each plant in order to prevent the occurrence of stock out. Furthermore, a sensitivity analysis was also carried out to understand the impact of variation in demand and lead time and also the impact of implementing multiple suppliers on safety stock level in each plant.

Abstract
The increasing development of the textile industries has made the competition sharper. To maintain a competitive place in the market, it is critical for a textile industry to keep their production effectiveness at the highest level. Total productive maintenance (TPM) can be done to improve production performance, both in terms of quantity and quality. How successful the TPM implementation is measured by Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) which shows the effectiveness level of a particular machine. The imbalance pattern between target and actual production in almost all departments in the textile industry encourages OEE analysis to determine the performance of each machine they use. However, operators are facing difficulties in measuring OEE for every machine manually. This study aims to develop a computerized database system to help measure the OEE calculation so it can help the company knows their real-time machine performance. It automates the process of OEE calculation and identify the losses associated with equipment effectiveness. The developed system is validated using the historical operational data of a Spinning Department in a textile industry.
