Abstract
This study intends to find out the effect of online-based sales on hotel accommodation services in the panorama of lembang, especially in west Java. The method used in this study is qualitative. The results of the research obtained were whether it was effective or not for the lodging services that were scrutinized so that lodging service providers could further develop their products through advertisements advertised in the mass media to attract consumers. The results of this study also assume that product sales are very helpful and makes it easy for customers to order without coming and spending their time, and for service providers it is also not difficult to find prospective customers in the field, they just make advertisements on social media. The conclusion of this study proved that online-based sales at the hotel panorama of lembang through traveloka and pegi-pegi applications are very helpful for their services to attract consumers. Abstract
This study aims to explain how Japanese entrepreneurs achieve success and replicable benefits in entrepreneurial activities. Data for this study was gathered through from observations on articles and books. This study uses a qualitative method. As a nation that experienced a war defeat, Japan has similarities with Indonesia. However, why is Japan recovering faster than Indonesia? We can see how the progress of Japanese industry is very rapid, especially since post World War II. So that raises many questions, whats the secret of the success of Japanese business? Results of this qualitative research show that Japan can be successful because it applies their past culture, namely "Bushido". This "Bushido" teaches to be a person who never gives up and works hard. Therefore, Indonesia can also develop rapidly like Japan if it applies the "Bushido" nature that is in line with Islam.

Abstract
The purpose of this study is to analyze the use of a framework that contains general commands and basic functions, and the benefits for making e-commerce or e-learning websites in the world. The method used in this research is descriptive, to explain the circumstances related to several variables of the tested variables.The results of this study are to find out the uses and benefits of websites that are used for building e-commerce or e-learning websites that are used by private users and software developers in the world today, and also the benefits of using websites. More sophisticated for e-commerce or e-learning in todays world. And also this research is done by discussing about and working to create a website that has the type of function as e-commerce or e-learning. Abstract
This writing aims to describe the function of Village Mutual Funds managed by Village Owned Enterprises in maximizing natural resources to improve the economy of rural communities. The method used is information gathering by observing the growth of mutual funds in Indonesia and the distribution of food products, and observing Village Owned Enterprises data on the internet. The results of this study are to identify how much percentage of the profits obtained by Village Owned Enterprises if they work together with Village Mutual Funds. This research was conducted by discussing the Mutual Fund system, Village Owned Enterprises Empowerment, and Food Self-Sufficiency in the village economy. The development of technology makes it easy for people, especially in business and is more convenient for people to invest and even do not need to leave their homes using only cell phones and the internet can be done quickly and efficiently.

Abstract
The purpose of this research is to find out how the benefits of doing transactions by gateaway payments in e-commerce for sellers and buyers. In this discussion, the author uses the research method from the journal and uses images to explain the working mechanism of the payment gateway, to draw conclusions.The results of this study, stated that making transactions through payment gateways buyers can feel the ease and security of transactions, and for sellers quickly and safely in making mass transactions. This is because Payment Gateway requests are made simultaneously. The conclusion of this study is to find out the benefits and working mechanism of payment for buyers and sellers.

Abstract
This research paper aims to describe the use of being a consultant in making accounting information systems, providing good and efficient technological guidance, so that the planning is appropriate and can improve the countrys economy with the existence of consultant services that affect taxes and cost efficiency and explain how much the community understands technology or system that can improve the quality and economy of the country. The research method used is the development and exploratory, namely research carried out in order to develop and explore more deeply, and to find new knowledge. The result of the research is that there is no system that is not standardized abroad, has not supported multi warehouses and the number of people who do not understand the important benefits of the information system. This is because due to the absence of a separate understanding for the wider community, there is no understanding that information systems can facilitate and can increase income and reduce expenses, so there must be a special consultant. Thus the conclusion is that SIA in Indonesia is still very low, still based on Australian standards. Consulting services can improve, of course, consultants must be competent in their fields.

Abstract

Method approach in this study is uses the descriptive method. The result of this study is to show the study of the influence of fintech in financial transactions in genereal. Abstract
The purpose of this study is to find out the marketing using internet technology or e-commerce web for the business of handicraft puppet show. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method by collecting data with the library research method and field research using observation techniques. With content analysis and deductive analysis, this study examines the marketing strategy of the Tokopedia E-Commerce website to market handicraft puppets. The results show that Tokopedia provides easy online business features for the sale of local handicraft products, especially puppet show. Besides that, Tokopedia also provides convenience in transactions, safe and convenient shopping, and easy in product search.

Abstract
The purpose of this study is to increase the selling value of apartments, with the concept of social balance that is expected to be made to develop and grow in the environment around them with the power of synergy that will have an identity or characteristic. In this study, the authors used descriptive methods carried out in the literature and descriptive approaches to determine the success of the study, as well as references from previous studies. The results of this study are to make buildings that are not selfish and care for the community, especially those who live in apartments and generally the surrounding community. With the concept of social balance, the synergy between the two who become identities will be created while increasing the value of the apartment because of the value that other apartments do not have.

Abstract
Rainfed rice fields are one of the potentials that have not been utilized optimally for farming, especially food crops (rice, maize and soybeans). Rainfed paddy fields are suitable to be considered in supporting self-sufficiency of rice, maize and soybeans, although there are many limiting factors in this agroecosystem such as unpredictable rainfall, low soil fertility and existence of weeds. On the basis of food crops with planting system of rotating time (soybean-rice-maize) and relatively narrow ownership/cultivation of paddy fields, farmers income is still low. One of agricultural system that can be developed in rainfed rice fields is integrated system of food crops farming (rice, corn and soybeans) with beefcattle. Integrated system of food crops and cattle is agricultural system inherited from ancestors (indigenous knowledge) that needs to be preserved for next generation. This system needs to be developed both in terms of technology and management according to local environmental conditions (specific to location). Integrated system of food crop and livestock zero waste is an improvement of integrated system of food crop and livestock and an alternative in effort to increase level of fertility of rainfed rice fields, production/productivity of food crops, cattle and farming income. Utilization of agricultural waste is used as production input (feed) for cattle and cattle livestock waste (manure, urine and feed waste) can be used as production inputs (organic fertilizer) for food crops. Furthermore, this can improve the efficiency of food crop farming and cattle. The objective of this study is to implement innovative system of integrating food crops (rice, maize and soybean) and zero-wastecattle beef breeding specific to location in order to increase the productivity of rainfed rice and farmer income. This study was carried out at Livestock Farmers Group of Loh Jinawi III in Boloh village, Toroh sub-district, Grobogan district in 2016 to 2018. This study was conducted by implementing several supporting technologies of integrated system of food crop and livestock zero waste, involving (1) technology of food crop cultivation (rice, maize and soybeans) to increase productivity, (2) beef cattle breeding technology through feed improvement and (3) technology of plant waste process for livestock feed and organic fertilizer. Integrated system of food crop farming and livestock zero-waste was feasible to be developed technically, financially and socially feasible in order to increase the productivity of rainfed rice fileds.

Abstract
Pagatan Groundwater Basin (CAT) is located in three regencies, namely Tanah Laut Regency, Tanah Bumbu Regency, and Kotabaru Regency in the Province of South Borneo. The research area is in Tanah Bumbu Regency. Most people in Tanah Bumbu Regency use water from dug wells for their daily needs. The purposes of this study are to determine the type of groundwater facies and Water Quality Index (WQI). The methods approach were hydrogeological mapping and analysis of hydrogeochemical samples of groundwater from both confined aquifer and unconfined aquifer. There were 170 groundwater samples are mapped in the study area. In addition, observations of geological conditions and land use as well as hydrogeochemical analysis and groundwater facies were carried out to determine the effect of environmental conditions on groundwater quality. The study area consists of serpentinite, claystone, limestone, sandstone, and alluvium deposits. The geomorphology is divided into 4 landform units namely Marin landform, Denudational landform, Karst landform and Structural landform. The study area has differences in groundwater quality in both confined aquifer and unconfined aquifers. The unconfined aquifer has two types of groundwater facies, namely Ca-Mg-HCO3 (Calcium Magnesium Bicarbonate) and Ca-Cl (Calcium Chloride). While the confined aquifer has two types which are Ca-Mg-HCO3- (Calcium Magnesium Bicarbonate) and Na-HCO3- (Sodium Bicarbonate). Based on calculation of the Water Quality Index (WQI) of unconfined aquifer shows 70% of groundwater samples have poor quality. Meanwhile, the unconfined aquifer indicates 85% of groundwater samples have good quality which is suitable for consumption.

Abstract
The purpose of this study is to explain the convenience to business people in the service of buying and selling transactions. The method used by the author is descriptive to obtain facts by searching, recording and collecting information based on the basis of research science so that the facts obtained from the information are obtained. The results of this study are to optimize sales in sanded transactions. Based on the method applied by the authors see the problems in cashier management, then from this study the authors expect to provide solutions for business people. The conclusion of this study is that what is needed by small and medium-sized micro-enterprises (MSMEs) is the ease of service of buying and selling transactions to be more optimal. Abstract
Tourism is developed with the aim of elevating the beauty or excellence of the regions uniqueness and improving welfare, as well as the standard of living of the people. These objectives will be tested by the real developments of the conditions of natural potential, local culture, or even the possible natural and social disasters. Most tourism object management activities are carried out only to the maximum extent of seeking, maintaining and maximizing economic benefits. The latest developments have demanded tourism planners to pay more attention on environmental preservation for its sustainability, which has been neglected most tourism businesses in the field. This study studies the link between the potential and function of a region and environmental sustainability needs in such coastal villages. Descriptive qualitative approach is used to explain the concept of regional design contextually. Analysis is made to understand the meaning and function of a natural asset for the sustainability of the life of the community and the surrounding area. The reserach is done at Karangjae Beach in Punjulharjo Village, Rembang Regency, Central Java, a potential tourist attraction and a successful developing coastal village, which is managed by the village tourism conscious group. However, regulation on the extent to which coastal boundaries for economic activities have not been understood by the community groups that mainly push the economic function of the coastal. In addition, the increasing number of tourist visits and people who do their business in the area, has changed the appearance of the coastal and shared the decline in regional quality in general. The problem arises is not easy to overcome, because it involves the perception on the right tourism management, community needs, and the policies of the district government. Any decision that will be taken later, requires an understanding of all parties regarding regulations related to coastal management, regional development priorities, and the sustainability of community-based tourism businesses in the countryside as well as for the preservation of their natural environment.

In the writing of this scientific work, the researchers aim to explain the role of young people for the development of business in Indonesia in the last few years is very significant. This qualitative approach to use their research with the method of Phenomenology. Data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observations of non participation, and internet searching. The results of this research in the form of data that tells us that young people are our usual perspective of one eye, can now play a role in the development of business in Indonesia because of his hobby, namely social media play an indirect role in the the original publication of different brands of Indonesia. Abstract
The purpose of this study is to find out: how much influence the e-money has on financial transactions, to know the impact of using e-money on economic growth in the community. This research uses descriptive longitudinal method, data collection techniques used are interviews with several users of electronic money. Results of research conducted on electronic money users prefer non-cash transactions and get a new fact that the majority of middle and upper class people prefer non-cash transactions because they are more effective and efficient in making transactions. From this research, it can be obtained the results that e-money can be a legitimate payment system that facilitates the upper middle and lower middle class. Human resources and the existing payment system can support E-money users to make transactions more non-cash.

Abstract
E-commerce is a promising business media today, The purpose of this research is to find out the effectiveness of using e-commerce in ornamental plant bussiness, and what benefits can be made for ornamental plant farmers, The research method that I use in this research is a descriptive method for a complete review of the situation that occurred at the time of the study, the results of this study to find out how much results can be obtained if using e-commerce in the world of ornamental plant business, and what benefits can be made by ornamental plant farmers, this research is conducted by discussing how orders, sales and payments transactions are made using e-commerce, the results of this research that e-commerce can improve sales efficiency for ornamental plant farmers, of course e-commerce technology can affect the level of ornamental plant sales.

Abstract
The purpose of this research is to invite consumers to change their mindset to use digital technology, to facilitate any transaction. This research method uses a quantitative method, which is a method of collecting data (interviews and consecutive distributions). Of the thirty samples of data collection, twenty-five of them preferred to be smart buyers. Their reasoning is to make transactions easier and keep away from cheating. From the results of the study, the average transaction agent is a smart buyer. Because more than 83% of the results chose to be smart buyers. And the conclusion of this digital technology has been very influential in carrying out economic transactions, of course, a smart buyer will be careful to see the price of the item is certain, because this relates to the budget that is owned, look carefully at the image of the item to be purchased. And most importantly, a smart buyer, always read the ad information carefully before buying, because in the ad states, a smart buyer explains the condition of the item being sold.

Abstract
The purpose of this study is to analyze that communication with technology and information systems has many benefits create modern marketing. Social media have become the main pillar in delivering information. Social media can be used to socialize programs and policies, introduce products and social media can be used to community learning. Method Data collection with questionnaires is distributed randomly to social media users. The results of the analysis show that small and medium entrepreneurs claim to be easier to market products through online media and get more customers from online sites. Likewise consumers prefer to buy products they want through social media, because in this era of globalization people tend to use digital communication, they also assume that shopping through online sites has many advantages such as economical, time-saving and practical prices. Of course this is widely used by entrepreneurs. Therefore, social media can be a creative marketing product in entrepreneurship.

Abstract
The purpose of this research is to see what the community needs by utilizing the interests of consumers who are environmentally friendly, also attractive in business opportunities. Because of that we take samples of products that have been used in Japan namely, Coin Lockers. To support the research, we used a method of exploring reviews of several articles related to our research products. The results of the Coin Lockers show are needed by people, especially those who have difficulty storing luggage when traveling, when they only want to bring some items they only need to carry, Coin Locker is very helpful in increasing tourism resources. From these results, we know that this product is important as a support for facilities that can be obtained by the community. Thats because its easy to use, Coin Locker is also to save users money. Of course, Coin Lockers is very beneficial for business people who want to try this new business line that is environmentally friendly and quite sophisticated in our country.

Abstract
The purpose of this research is to find out the extent of technology in the modern era, which is involved in the development of entrepreneurship through various applications and their use by entrepreneurs to maximize their business potential. The method used in making this scientific paper is a qualitative approach model with a literature study method that emphasizes documentative data collection from data sources in the form of written sources. The results of the study show that technology is very important in the development of entrepreneurship. Entrepreneurs can compete with other companies in developing their businesses. because if you dont use technology, that effort will be difficult to develop. Of course this greatly affects entrepreneurship because technology is a tool for entrepreneurship that can facilitate a job both in marketing and the production process of a business.

Abstract
This purpose to find out the development of e-commerce in terms of e-ticketing and its benefits. This study uses a descriptive method, aiming to display a picture of the situation related to several variable situations. The results of this study are to determine the extent of e-commerce development in e-ticketing and also the benefits gained by e-commerce technology.This research was conducted by discussing the search system, purchases and also payments using e-commerce technology. The results of this study indicate that the application of e-commerce technology is very helpful in terms of purchasing airline tickets online.

Abstract
The purpose of this study was to find out how much public enthusiasm for Japanese anime merchandise was seen based on the sales of the merchandise. This research uses a purposive sampling method with non random sampling technique. Nonrandom sampling is used to determine the specific characteristics that are in accordance with the research objectives. The specific characteristics of sampling that are used as criteria are the seller and the level of sales. So that the final results of this study can be known the influence of the level of sales of Japanese anime merchandise to the enthusiasm of the community in entrepreneurship to become the seller of these products.

Abstract
The purpose of this study is to find out how students interest in entrepreneurship, especially about what factors influence student interest, as well as the obstacles that will be faced when running a business, and the types of business that students are interested in entrepreneurship. Seeing that unemployment is increasing, its time for the interest in entrepreneurship in Indonesia to be improved. One way to develop interest in entrepreneurship can be started from college. The interest of students to become an entrepreneur must have been invested since the beginning of their lectures. The accepted curriculum should be arranged in such a way that it can produce graduates who can later run a business.The method used in writing this paper is a qualitative method whose data comes from the authors experience, the results of discussions with experienced people and various literature. The results of the writing of this scientific work are to find out what factors motivate students to want entrepreneurship, as well as the constraints, and what types of business are most desirable so that the results of this study can be applied to students who want to be entrepreneurs.

Abstract
The purpose of this research was to determine the positive impact of the internet or e-commerce web for marketing doll craft products. Which previously marketed only in a limited scope, the point is because it does marketing only from someones talk, or those who already know there will be a doll company, or only those who make purchases then make purchases talking about doll products to friends, or family. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative, which explains the overall picture of developing problems and creative ideas that will be innovative solutions. From the research results obtained that it is better to use the renewable technology resources, because as time goes on technology becomes more renewable, as for some people say if “technology keeps away that is close and bring the distance closer,” so for the problem in this company. Technology makes us better communicate with each other than not used, the possibility, the feasibility, and other advantageous help people in the world bring their product into the world. The impact using of e-commerce, it can increase the revenue of the company and can reduce the cost. The other impact is everything product that we can sell and service all of the time without any restriction and boundary of the area.

Abstract
In this paper the author will try to review whether the development process of a video game relates to its quality. The worldwide video game industry had its ups and downs from their beginning in the 1950s until the present, with many video games released to success, but there are many which fails. To find the relationship between the development process of a video game and its quality, the author tries to study the development of 20 video games from a multitude of genres by AAA developers and publishers in the last 10 years and comparing their respective critical reception and sales. This paper tries to answer the question on whether a video game will be successful or failed in the commercial market based on its development process, marketing and life cycle. From the recent trends, the result is most likely inconclusive or varied depending on the video game in question. The author expects that this paper will give an insight about the development of video games to the readers and act as a basis to decide whether a video game can be considered a success or a failure in the market.
