Abstract
EEG instrument (electroencephalography) is an instrument used as a recorder of brain activity by showing brain waves. The principle of EEG is to detect and to find out changes in each neuron cell that is characterized by waves and interictal waves on the EEG (electroencephalogram) results. Collection of brain signal data is recorded so as to produce imagery motor data. In this study using multiclass EEG signal data (four classes of body movement movements) that will be processed on the EEG signal classification system based on body movement patterns in MxNxT format, where M is the number of channels, N is the number of samples per channel and T is the number of trials. The initial stage of the signal is filtered using butterworth to eliminate noise. EEG signal feature extraction uses the CSP method to get the required features and the last stage uses fuzzy and ANN. The results of the classification of ANN 83% and Fuzzy 78.3%, but in some cases Fuzzy produces significant accuracy.

Abstract
Sugar cane can be cultivated in diverse agroecosystems, so it has the potential attack of different pest. The study on the biodiversity of insects in sugar cane plantations at different altitudes has the objective to study the insect community structures that are useful in making decisions in integrated pest control. The study was conducted on sugar cane plantations in the highlands and lowlands areas, i.e Kerinci and Muaro Jambi Regency. The insect sample was identified to morphospecies level. The results showed that the altitude did not affect the diversity of insects in the sugar cane agrosystem, nevertheless the altitude affected the abundance of pests attacked. Interestingly, Sesamia was only found attack the sugarcane in the highlands area. Ants (Hymenoptera) causing hollow stems of plants. The intensity of attacks in the highlands ranges 36 - 76%, while in the lowlands 28 - 40%.

Abstract
Increased global energy consumption and CO2 emissions are expected to increase by almost 60% in 2030, compared to the early 2000 (Ghafoor, et al 2014). One of the biggest factors of increasing energy consumption is influenced by the need for water cooling or air conditioning. The need for water cooling/air conditioning is influenced by an increase inthermal loads, as well as an increasingly diverse form and capacity of a building. In addition, the increase in the need for water cooling/air conditioning is also influenced by peoples behavior which requires comfort in the temperature of a building, especially for people who are in tropical climates, for example Indonesia. This behavior becomes a habit, so that today the community is very dependent on the use of air cooling/air conditioning. To answer the problems in the use of water cooling/air conditioner and the utilization of solar energy, the technology of the Solar Air Conditioner is based on the Desiccant Cooler System. In its use, the system is able to cool the temperature in a room as needed, by utilizing solar radiation. The system consists of components Desiccant, Heat Exchanger, Evaporative Cooler, and Solar Thermal Collector, and uses working fluid (water). However, in the application of this system Solar Air Conditioner there is no air exhaust mechanism as a result of cooling in the room, the cooled air is confined indoors so that if left for a long time it will make the air unhealthy. In US Pat. No. 6.513.339 dated February 4, 2003 explained about Solar Air Conditioner in a closed system that uses a desiccant fluid system incooling evaporative cooler, but the system has closed air circulation which causes indoor air quality poor. The innovation that we offer here is in the design of the Solar Thermal Air Conditioner system, there are additional ventilation components that can be controlled, so the system can also function to circulate the air inside the room. In addition, the design function of the Solar Thermal Air Conditioner also emphasizes the saving of electricity consumption, because the largest energy consumption is obtained from thermal energy from sunlight. The result is using components Solar Collector, Heat Exchanger, Desiccant Wheel, and Evaporative Cooler, controlled ventilation, the system is able to condition and circulate air by reducing electricity consumption.

Abstract
Various policies have been carried out to increase women political representation, but currently the quota 30% has not been reached yet. This study analyzes the factors that influence the lack of women political representation from the perspective of women representation in the political parties- management as one of the obstacles in the achievements of 30% of women in politics. This is a qualitative research that was conducted with primary data from interviews and secondary data regarding the management of political parties at national and local levels. The results of this study indicate that the regulation that obligate to political parties to accommodate 30% of women in national level of party management is very effective. All the political parties in the national level meet this rule. This regulation also has impact in the tendency to accommodate 30% of women in political party management at the local level, both at the province and district level. However, the higher the level of party management, the lower the percentage of women in the position of top management of political party. The position of women in political party officer is still dominated by the position as treasurer, which is in line with the stereotype of women who are more thorough and diligent. The lower the level of party management, the higher the percentage of women position as party treasurers.

Abstract
Supply chain management is the integration of material procurement and service activities, conversion into semi-finished and final products, and delivery to customers. The increasing awareness of halal products by both producers and consumers, the halal concept at the moment is a matter that needs attention globally. The application of halal concepts in the supply chain is called halal supply chain management. Halal supply chain management adopts the conventional supply chain but with imposed Sharia law requirements. In addition, every activity in the supply chain can cause pollution, waste, and other hazards to the environment. Green Supply Chaim Management is the integration of an environmental perspective into supply chain management. Green Supply Chain Management uses eco-friendly inputs and converts these inputs into outputs that can be reused at the end of their life cycle so as to create a sustainable supply chain. The food industry at this time must prioritize halal products and processes, and also needs to consider the environmental impact caused by industrial waste. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to create a framework by integrating halal supply chain management with green supply chain management in the food industry in order to achieve a sustainable halal supply chain.

Fun School Movement / Gerakan Sekolah Menyenangkan (GSM) is a grassroots social movement carried out with teachers, aimed at creating a pleasant learning culture atmosphere and make students become more critical, independent and creative in school. This movement promotes and builds the awareness of teachers, principals and education policy makers to build schools as a pleasant place to learn science and provision of life skills so that children become a successful learners. Blockchain is a new technology that is widely used by various fields as a work concept and thought that is included in the system or framework of the system or movement that is built. The Blockchain was originally used as a thought used in cryptocurrency, one of which was used in Bitcoin. This technology is increasingly ogled by many engineers because of the ability of this technology to be able to change everyones view of a technology that is currently centralized and also very dependent on an institution. The blockchain for social movements is used as a concept to channel an idea and idea about the form of a pleasant school. The selection of blockchain as a suitable concept for social movements is because there are similarities in the goals of this social movement. The Fun School Movement is not a social movement assisted by the government, this social movement is purely carried out by the two founders who saw their children very happy and also enjoyed studying while stepping on Primary Schools in Australia. Through these experiences the two founders wanted to apply what happened to their childrens school in Australia and of course adapted to the social conditions in Indonesia.

Abstract
In conjunction with the development of Islamic finance industry, Islamic economics and finance courses have been introduced since the last two decades in Indonesia. To train the talents for Islamic finance industry, a number of institutions have held and training sessions in the phase of Islamic finance development. We assigned a number of criteria to choose the sample namely, faculty of economics and business students in public university with the lenght of study period at least three semesters. To collect primary data, 421 sets of self-administered Islamic financial literacy questionnaire had been distributed to the target respondents. From the total distributed questionnaire, 300 of them were completed and included in the sample. Therefore the respond rate is 71.3%. 145 respondents are in the category of low Islamic financial knowledge, while 155 are in the category of sufficient. From 145 respondents with low Islamic financial knowledge 79 (66) have (not) taken (any) Islamic economics and finance courses. From 155 respondents with sufficient financial knowledge 114 (41) have (not) taken (any) Islamic economics and finance courses. Using Pearson Chi-Square (cross-tabs), the p value is less than 0.05. Therefore, we do not have enough evidence to accept the null hypothesis that there is no difference between the two groups regarding their profiency in Islamic financial knowledge. In view of this, it can be inferred that Islamic economics and finance courses have significant impact upon Islamic financial knowledge of public university students in Padang. INTRODUCTION There has been an increasing trend of the Islamic finance industry in Indonesia since the last two decades. Despite experiencing positive improvement in terms of a number of institutions, assets, revenues, and customers, Indonesian Islamic finance industry so far has not reached its optimum level. One factor that has led to such condition is the low score of Islamic financial literacy index. The latest survey conducted by the OJK of financial literacy finds that Islamic financial literacy of Indonesian consumer is 8.11% (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan, 2017). Moreover, the finding of the survey informs that student-s Islamic financial literacy index is among the lowest compared to other consumer group based on the profession category. Owing to this condition, the phenomenon needs to be observed thoroughly, particularly the current state of students- Islamic financial literacy index. RESEARCH METHOD This study explains the impact of Islamic economics courses on Islamic financial literacy of university students. Additionally, it intends to compare Islamic financial literacy of those who have taken Islamic and finance courses and those who have not. With respect to the approach, the current study will use a quantitative approach to explain the linkage between the two variables. The population of the present study is all currently enrolled faculty of economics students from public universities in Padang notably Universitas Andalas, Universitas Negeri Padang and Universitas Islam Negeri Imam Bonjol. The target respondents of the present study are students of faculty of economics and business with the study period at least three semesters. The sampling technique used is the purposive sampling method. A self administered questionnaire will be used to collect primary data from university students in Padang. To avoid confusion and any unnecessary errors during the survey, pretesting will be conducted to limited number of respondents. Pretesting is another type of pilot test that focuses on data collection activities, for instance using questionnaires (Cooper & Schindler, 2008). Having passed the pretesting stage, the next step is to distribute the questionnaires directly to the potential respondents. Completed questionnaires, therefore will be inputted to statistical software for further examinations. Variables Definition Measurement Islamic economics courses All related Islamic economics courses such as Islamic bank, Islamic capital market, fiqh muamalah Yes or No Islamic Financial knowledge Stock of knowledge specifically related to Islamic finance concepts and products (Azmi & Chong, n.d.) Islamic Financial behavior Financial decision making (Mandell & Klein, 2009) Likert scale Islamic Financial attitude How consumers attitude in certain financial experience Likert scale RESULTS AND DISCUSSION From the table 4.1, it can below observed that most respondents can answer the question correctly in question number two that asking about example of ribawi transaction (98%) and question number three about the element of akad (contract) in a transaction (83.7%). Meanwhile, question on akad for Islamic bank saving account (6) and characteristic of Islamic mutual funds (7) are the most questions that could not be answered correctly (13.7% both). Distribution of Responses to Islamic Financial Knowledge Questions No Question Responses Incorrect (%) Correct (%) 1 Meaning of riba 59.7 40.3 2 Example of ribawi transaction 2.0 98.0 3 Element of akad 16.3 83.7 4 The right akad for a transaction 67.0 33.0 5 Negative element of a transaction 38.7 61.3 6 Akad for Islamic bank saving account 86.3 13.7 7 Characteristic of Islamic mutual funds 86.3 13.7 8 Takaful 43.3 56.7 9 Sukuk 61.7 38.3 10 Mudharabah 85.0 15.0 CONCLUSION From the findings of present study it can be conclude that many respondents put more emphasize on syariah-compliant status of financial products prior putting their wealth in any Islamic investment schemes. Islamic bank saving account is the most chosen Islamic finance products in the present time as well as in the future time. With respect to the level of Islamic Financial Knowledge, most respondents can be categorized as sufficient knowledge. The present study finds that attending the formal Islamic Economics and Finance courses can positively contribute to a greater level of Islamic Financial Literacy. REFERENCES Abduh, M. (2016). Abstract
Sharia-based economic sector lately is growing very rapidly. Not only in the financial, culinary and fashion sector but also in halal tourism sector where the Middle Eastern tourists growth is very rapid, with a total of 170,000 foreign tourists in 2018 and this figure is projected to increase to 250,000 tourists in 2019. Therefore, it is important to be discussed because of the huge market potential that can improve the Indonesian economy, especially in the tourism sector, and not to let the potential market come without maximum service. This makes the researcher think that halal tourism is important to be discussed specifically, especially in the Marketing Communication sector, besides its great potential, halal tourism itself requires strong branding so that the process of delivering information and the desires of visiting tourists will be even greater. This study will focus on Marketing Communication Strategy of Halal Tourism in Bandung. This study will use a qualitative research method which the marketing communication strategy of halal tourism in Bandung will be described in detail and clearly, then the final results will present the marketing communication strategy model. The theory that is used in this research is the social construction of reality proposed by Berger and Luckman. This theory defines that individuals as members of the society try to construct reality through social processes, namely interactions carried out by individuals with others continuously. Thus, Department of Tourism and Culture in Bandung also tries to construct this phenomenon into a new reality called halal tourism. Then spread continuously through interaction with the community. A case study approach is used in this study, and the validity of the data is tested by using data triangulation based on sources and experts in their fields. This marketing communication strategy is expected to be a reference for the marketing communication strategy of halal tourism in Indonesia.

Abstract
Indonesia is one of the megabiodiversity countries, but only about 25% of its biodiversity has been cultivated, and some of them are rare and endangered. One of the rare plants that is very useful and has the potential to be developed is kepel (Stelechocarpus burahol (Bl.) Hook. F. & Thomson). Kepel or Burahol is an identity plant of Yogyakarta Province, known as a palace plant and often used as natural perfume and biopharma. This research was conducted to obtain a map of kepel distribution and to identify the morphological characterization of kepel plants in the Yogyakarta Palace and its surroundings. The study was conducted using a survey method with the purpose of sampling in the Yogyakarta Palace and its surrounding area. The sample plants were kepel plants that have been fruitful. Each plant was observed, and the morphological parameters measured included stem, leaf, and canopy. Observation variables according to the description for Annonaceae plants were based on Bioversity International, International Plant Genetic Resources Institute (IPGRI) in 2008. Data from observations were presented in the form of scoring, then analyzed to assess the similarity matrix using SIMQUAL (Similarity for Qualitative Data) procedures. Grouping of matrix data (cluster analysis) and making dendograms was done by the Unweigthed Pair-Group Method Arithmetic Average (UPGMA) method using numerical Taxonomic and Multivariate System (NTSYS) version 2.02i. The results showed that based on the map of kepel plant distribution in the Yogyakarta Palace and its surrounding, the diversity of vegetative character of plants was random, and there was no grouping for certain accessions. Based on the morphological characterization of kepel plants in the Yogyakarta Palace and its surrounding showed uniformity in the canopy shape and leaf edge shape, however, it had diversity in leaf shape, leaf base, leaf tip, leaf color, leaf length, leaf width, leaf stalk length, color stem and a number of branches. Based on the similarity of morphological characterization (canopy, stem, and leaf ), kepel plants in the Yogyakarta Palace and its surrounding can be grouped into three clusters with a similarity level of 0.5. Cluster A consists of 17 accessions, Cluster B consists of 23 accessions, while cluster C consists of 6 accessions. The diversity of morphological characterization of kepel in in the Yogyakarta Palace and its surrounding can be used for plant selection to improve traits. Abstract
Antibiotics are the main substances that used to treat infectious diseases such as typhoid fever. Evaluation of antibiotic use is needed to reduce the occurrence of resistance. Antibiotic resistance can be fatal. Failure respond to treatment can lead to prolonged illness, increased risk of death and extend the length of stay. Besides having an impact on morbidity and mortality, antibiotic resistance also made economic and social impact. This study is to examine the relationship between the accuracy of the duration of antibiotic administration in typhoid fever and the length of stay. Method: A Retrospective non-experimental study with cross-sectional design. Medical records were assessed the accuracy of antibiotic duration by Gyssens criteria. From 75 medical records that fulfill the inclusion criteria, 64 patients had the right duration of antibiotics. Length of stay varies from 2 days to 7 days. The most widely used single antibiotic was levofloxacin 27 (36%). The results of the chi square analysis obtained a value of p> 0.05. The conclusion: there is no relationship between the accuracy of the length of antibiotic administration and the length of hospital stay.

Abstract
This paper is dealing with the evaluation of protection coordination of over current relay and ground fault relay in distribution system. Protection systems that are widely used in distribution systems are over current relays (OCR) and ground fault relays (GFR). The two protection systems are tasked with protecting the distribution transformer against short circuit fault on the distribution network. Given the importance of the protection system in ensuring the continuity of electricity distribution, its performance needs to be evaluated in a certain period of time. Evaluation of the protection system performance includes the time and current settings of the pick-up relay, whether it is in accordance with the IEEE standard. In this study, OCR and GFR performance evaluations were carried out in the Sleman distribution system, Yogyakarta, Indonesia. Relay current settings and pick-up times are evaluated using ETAP software. In this evaluation, the distributed distribution network experiences phase to ground and symmetrical three phases faults. The ETAP evaluation results show that both OCR and GFR relays still work well according to the IEEE standard.

This study is conducted to determine attitudes of Mindanao State University-Iligan Institute of Technology ESL writers toward writing and peer review, and whether these have an effect to their compositions. A pre-and post-surveys and interviews are conducted to determine the attitudes of students toward peer review. Enforced draft revisions, using a peer review worksheet, were imposed on the writers over one writing cycle. The study shows students have a positive attitude toward peer review despite their reservations about their ability as writers and as good critics. They claim that peer review is less stressful as they consider the feedback session a friendly conversation where they easily explain their ideas. There were clear improvements in content and organization. Final draft quality improved more on performance after the intervention, with students feedbacking each other-s works. There was evidence from qualitative interview data that guided peer review succeeded in directing attention substantially towards organisation and content. Abstract
This study discusses the experience of female legislative candidates in the candidate selection process in Indonesian political parties in the 2019 legislative elections. The existence of different backgrounds starting from the electoral district (electoral district), social, political and economic capital of female candidates will affect the experience of In entering the political world, the female candidates especially the candidate selection process. This study argues that the rules held by political parties for the stages of candidate selection still do not favor women and gender bias, so they often harm female candidates. Based on these arguments, the experience of candidate selection against female candidates can be seen as an important stage that is also complex and needs to be seen with a deeper explanation. Using qualitative research methods with a feminist perspective, this study aims to explore the experiences of women in the candidate selection process, as well as analyze the motivation and background of female candidates who then become determinants of the success of the female candidates.

Abstract
Marketing is one of the high cost activities in product sales. Therefore, an effective marketing could encourage customers to purchase more products with reasonable cost. One of the efforts to determine effective marketing is clustering the customers and formulates correct treatment for every customer cluster. Today, most of companies have digital data including customer transaction data. Techniques to analyse digital data to discover knowledge behind the data is also developed. One of the technique in digital data analysis that receive major attention from researchers is machine learning; a technique to enable computer to do learning in analysing the data. This study presents the process of customer clustering to determine effective marketing strategy using a machine learning technique. Customers would be analysed based on 3 data that are the last date of coming (recency/ R), purchase frequency (frequency/ F) and total money spent for product purchase (monetary/ M). Such method is well known as RFM method. Result of the study shows that the proposed machine learning could be used to cluster the customers and could be used as the basis for marketing manager to determine correct treatment for every customer clusters.

Abstract
Issues on river embankment as the flood barrier system currently has increased due to plenty failures occurred along dry and rainy seasons in Indonesia. Water level change along the seasons might be the primary cause of failures. Commonly saturated embankment stability is almost always applied in assessing safety factor. Even though, in-situ soil properties show different characteristics among the different water level, such as soil suction. In fact, suction or negative pore water pressure, that located above ground water table, has advantageous effect to increase the unsaturated embankment stability. This paper analyzes the saturated and unsaturated embankment stability in Bengawan Solo river at Kanor village section, Bojonegoro, East Java, Indonesia due to soil suction change along the various water level. Both analyses of water table definition and embankment stability are performed to determine safety factors. The field investigations were conducted to obtain the actual in-situ soil properties. Safety factors are calculated for maximum, medium and low water levels. Safety factor varies due to various water level, it increases when the water level is increasing, while it decreases when the water is decreasing. It implies that the hydrostatic force enhances the stability condition. Because of negative pore water pressure consideration above ground water table, safety factor of unsaturated embankment stability is greater than safety factor of saturated embankment stability.

Abstract
Rainfall parameter has been widely used as early warning criterion for sediment disaster. It is also used as the threshold in Mount Merapi, Central Java Province, Indonesia for mitigating lahar which is frequently induced by high rainfall intensity. The rainfall threshold called critical line was developed by correlation of two rainfall indices, namely short term rainfall index and long term rainfall index. Several methods for identifying those two rainfall indices was proposed by previous researchers. This research is aimed to compare the implementation of different rainfall indices by the means of distributed rainfall runoff model. Rainfall runoff model is capable to perform the relationship between rainfall and runoff considering the heterogeneity of a basin and estimate temporal distribution of flow depth and discharge. Based on the results, short term rainfall index and long term rainfall index represented by effective rainfall with 6 hours half-life and 1.5 hours half-life, respectively seemed to have better correlation to simulation results. From this research, it can be concluded that comprehensivee analysis to determine the best rainfall index can be achieved by the utilization of distributed rainfall runoff model.

Abstract
Background: Bloodstream infections (BSIs) are a potentially life-threatening health care–associated infection (HAI). Catheter-associated bloodstream infections (CABSIs) are the main threat to patient safety presented by suboptimal vascular access care. We conducted a literature review in knowing how CABSI Surveillance in Hemodialysis Patients. Method: Literature review is conducted by looking for articles from 2008 to 2018 using a database from PubMed. Articles are accepted in this study if they examine surveillance infection, CABSI, BSI, and hemodialysis. Sorting articles through abstracts and free full text articles. Results: A total of 32 articles about BSI, 20 articles included inclusion criteria. In the United Kingdom, these infections account for 10%-20% of all hospital-acquired infections. The mortality rate from CABSIs is reported to range from 12%-25%. The relative risk for CABSIs associated to the use of central vascular catheters (CVCs) is 64 times greater than to peripheral vascular catheters, presenting therefore CVCs as the main source of CABSIs. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) reports that CRBSI rates have remained steady in hemodialysis patients over the last decade, with an estimated 37,000 CRBSIs occurring in 2008. Many journal mentioned that hemodialysis central venous catheter (CVC) use and they contribute to increased infection-related hospitalization, mortality, and health care costs. Risk factors for infection include catheter-dwell time, access site, multi-lumen catheters, the patient-s underlying conditions, as well as catheter care practices. Conclusion: Collaborating with patients to develop optimal interventions that increase catheter-related education and self-efficacy cannot be overemphasized. The true incidence of BSI is not known. Information such as prevalence, duration of catheter insertion, and dressing management are insufficient because of a lack of surveillance data. Further research is still needed on surveillance of bloodstream infections.

Abstract
Whitefly, Bemisia tabaci, is a polyfag insect and one of the important pests in vegetable plants at Indonesia. Loss of yield due to whitefly attack on host plants is 20% -100%. Chemical control with pesticides is less effective because the whitefly body is covered by a layer of wax. Whitefly control with resistant or tolerant plants is needed. Whitefly is a sap-sucking leaf plant insect. Therefore plant vegetables breeding for resistance varieties or tolerance refers to the leaf morphology as physical barrier such as number of trichome, slope of trichome, density and length of palisade tissue, cuticula layer and leaf thickness. The aim of this study was to review the effects of leaf morphology of the Bemisia tabaci Genn. on Brassicaceae, Cucurbitaceae, Fabaceae, Malvaceae and Solanaceae. With this summarize character target of plant vegetables breeding will become more clearer to be achieved.

Abstract
The increasing public awareness of the importance consuming healthy food, encourage the development food of biotechnology. Yogurt is a biotechnology processed food made from milk which has been fermented by Lactobacillus and Streptococcus lactic acid bacteria which have antioxidant activity. The weakness of yogurt products is that in the manufacturing process there is a decrease in water holding capacity (whey off), this is caused by a decrease in the pH of yogurt in the range of the casein isoelectric point which affects the quality of the yogurt end product. The purpose of this study is to maintain the final quality of yogurt with the addition of natural taro flour stabilizers. The method used in this study is comparing the concentration of natural stabilizer 2.5%, 1.25%, 0.165%, 0.1% and incubation time 9 hours, 18 hours, 24 hours, 34 hours. Parameters of observation are the analysis of the physico-chemical properties of yogurt. The results showed the best yogurt with fat content (0.51%), potassium (2354.64 mg / kg), nutrient content (612.8 kcal energy; protein 12.7; carbohydrate 9.85 g; calcium 120.29 g; phosphorus 223 , 5g; Iron 20.3g; Vitamin A 484mg; vitamin B 0.387mg; vitamin C 1.81 mg)), and organoleptics showed that panelists preferred yogurt variants (sweet taste).
