Abstract
In this research to reduce energy consumption of the electrolytic hydrogen production process, on the other hand still increase the efficiency, durability, and safety, we propose a catalyst from CO2 that decrease the use of energy and still produce the same amount of hydrogen. Wherein hydrogen and oxygen is produced from splitting carbonic acid (H2CO3) which comes from mixing CO2 and water (H2O). Based on the research conducted, hydrogen production rate when using CO2 as catalyst in lower voltage variation compensated the higher voltage. The best result regarding CO2 as catalyst after 300 minutes of electrolysis process, the lower voltage generate higher hydrogen volume.

Abstract
This research evaluates public street lighting with case studies on Jalan Dr. Setiabudhi Bandung, 4,980 kilometers (km) from the start of the Lembang direction to the Cihampelas direction. Tests have been carried out by measuring illuminance values (lux) on 114 light points on the road. Most lights are assumed to use typical SOX with 135 watts of power, voltage range of 220-240 volts (v), frequency of 50-60 hertz (Hz). Measurements and calculations was done with result the height from the base of the pole to the lamp varies from 7.04 meters (m) to 10.51 m with an average of 9.8 m. Observations and measurements along the road also recorded as many as 29 lights were off, 15 lights were slightly covered by trees, and 23 lights that were not blocked directly illuminated the road. There are a total of 51 of 114 lighting poles whose luminance values are below the Standar Nasional Indonesia (SNI). The total 63 points of the luminaires that meet SNI, as many as 50 points of luminance value are greater than 15 lux. The shortest distance between light poles is 22.8 m, the longest is 273 m with a mean of 40.9 m. Evaluation shows both in terms of illuminance, distance between poles and power and the type of lamp used still has the opportunity to be redesigned to be more efficient. Redesign is done using dialux evo more efficiently. Opportunity optimization by implementing the Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) algorithm was proposed in this research.

Abstract
The purpose of this study is to obtain an overview profile of the affective abilities of vocational students about the discourse of electrical energy conservation. The research method used is qualitative research which aims to explain the phenomenon of problems experienced by students in understanding the concept of electricity. Research activities are carried out in the odd semester of the school year 2017/2018. The subjects of the study were the students of class X in one of the Private Vocational Schools in Bandung consisting of one class chosen at random (random sampling). The results showed that the profile of affective ability which is a result of representation of the value or energy-saving attitude of students in SMK S Bandung is still low. This can be seen from the value of the average achievement of affective goals the willingness to respond, satisfaction in response, acceptance of value, preference for a value, commitment, and conceptualisation of values of 0.49 which is still in the low category. This shows that physics learning, especially on the concept of electricity at the SMK level has not been oriented towards affective goals.

Abstract
Biosurfactants are surface-active molecule produced by microorganisms and have several advantages over the chemical surfactants. The objective of this research was to obtain biosurfactant-producing bacteria from hydrocarbon contaminated soils in Jakarta Bay and to observe their biosurfactant activity through emulsification capacity and surface tension reduction capability. Overall, 19 isolates were screened for biosurfactant production by hemolysis assay, drop collapse assay and oil spreading assay. The result showed that 12 strains gave positive results on the screening tests and were determined as biosurfactant-producing bacteria. Three strains (TKY 3, TKY 14 and TKY 19) had the best biosurfactant activity. Isolate TKY 3 has the best emulsification index (E24) with a value 57±0,57%, while the lowest surface tension value was achieved by two strains ( TKY 19 and TKY 14 ) with the same value of 37,84±1,45 mN/m.

Abstract
Surfactant injection is one of the EOR methods used to increase oil recovery. Using of surfactants is intended to reduce the interface tension between oil and water. The types of surfactants commonly used are oil-based surfactants, such as petroleum sulfonate. This condition causes the price of surfactants very dependent on oil prices. As efficient alternative, research on plant-based surfactants sourced from nature is being developed. Like the type of surfactant that will be used in this study is Sodium Lignosulfonate (NaLS) sourced from bagasse waste. The purpose of this study is to add reference of the characteristics of the NaLS surfactant to be used optimally. The screenings in this experiment were Aqueous Stability test, phase behavior test, and IFT test on 1.5% NaLS concentration and high salinity 70,000 ppm Nacl. The results of aqueous stability test is transparent, the results of phase behavior test is middle phase emulsion with an emulsion percent of 8.75%, and the results of IFT test obtained value of 1.98 mN/m. Based on these results, surfactants meet the screening parameters so can proceed to the injection stage for determine the value of recovery factor. Results of recovery factor for bagasse waste NaLS surfactant injection is 4.4%.

Abstract
NaX zeolite is a synthetic zeolites with faujasite framework that has large pores, which it is largely used as adsorbents. NaX zeolite was synthesized using silica which was extracted from elephant grass. The silica was isolated from elephant grass using its ash with conventional ignition method, with NaOH as solvent. The extracted silica purity is 86,33%. NaX zeolite was synthesized with 3.5 Na2O : Al2O3 : 2.9 SiO2 : 150 H2O as molar ratio in hydrothermal condition at 90 °C for 15 hours. Synthesized zeolite were then characterized using FT-IR to confirm the formation of zeolite based on chemical bonding that appears on the spectrum, XRD to confirm the framework structure of the formed zeolite, and SEM to obtain its morphology. Based on those analysis, it is known that the result of synthesis process is zeolite with NaX crystal structure and octahedral morphology with crystal sizes range 1-5 µm.
