Abstract
Indonesia is a country that has many coal deposits, especially in Sumatra Island and Kalimantan Island. In both Islands have many coal formations. 8 samples in this study are from three formations, they were Warukin Formation in East Kalimantan, Pengasih Formation in Jambi, and Muara Enim Formation in South Sumatra. The main factor to determine coal qualities is the coal rank. The coal rank from the lowest to the highest are lignite, sub-bituminous, bituminous, and anthracite. The factors that influencing of coal ranks are calorific value, volatile matter, moisture (inherent water), and fixed carbon. One of the influencing factors is geologic history. Geologic history is the key to understanding the story of rocks in the past. The purpose of this study is to review the relationship between coal samples qualities and their geologic histories. The differences in coal ranks of those samples have difference geologic histories. Those factors that influencing of coal ranks are rocks age, depositional environment, temperature, pressure, and recent geologic events.

Abstract
The Baduy indigenous school model is a research and development project. This activity consists of three phases: (1) In the field, precisely in the Baduy region which is ethnographically a modeling site in preliminary research, (2) Development of the Baduy indigenous school model, (3) Implementation and publication. This study aims to develop an indigenous school model that is used as a reference for implementing indigenous school education. The idea that this education program has been initiated by CLC Kencana Ungu since 2009 through equality education, but has not been institutionalized by custom. This legalization is important, not only in terms of fulfilling constitutional rights, but more than that in terms of the values given by indigenous schools to shape the future of education and the opportunity to live in their own way. The method used in this study is a method of field education studies. The method of studying field education, does not stop at institutionalization, it must be forever understood as a dynamic part of life, so it is necessary to continue learning in education in the real field. The results of the ethnopedagogic study show the relationship between educators and students through learning experiences presented in thematic analysis.

Abstract
Bantul Regency is a rice barn area for the Special Province of Yogyakarta. For a long time, this regency has been self-sufficient in rice. In the last five years, the conversion of irrigated rice fields has changed to become settlements at the rate of 81.2 ha a year as a result of the population growth rate of 2.04% a year. The study aims to determine the contribution of irrigated land in maintaining regional rice self-sufficiency. The analytical methodology used applies the quantitative analytical description approach to estimate the rice supply-demand balance position for 2006-2015. The results were applied to predict the balance position for the next 10, 20, 30, 40 and 50 years with 10 scenarios. The results show that this regency has surplus of rice in 2006-2015 with self-sufficiency rate of 1.08-1.28. The scenario simulation results show that the rate of population growth causes the rice deficit to be wider and faster to occur. To prevent the occurrence of the rice deficit, control of land conversion and control of the population must be carried out simultaneously. Land use change also has a high risk for irrigation activities carried out because it causes changes in the water balance, losses to irrigation network infrastructure, lack of water in planting season II and plating season III.

Abstract
This study aims to estimate the fair value of stock prices from technology-based companies listed on NASDAQ, Apple Inc. (AAPL), Alphabet Inc. (GOOG) and Microsoft Corp. (MSFT). This study uses the Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) method with the Free Cash Flow to Firm (FCFF) approach and the Relative Valuation (RV) method with the Price to Book Value (PBV) and Price to Earning Ratio (PER) approaches. Both methods are applied in three scenarios, namely: pessimistic, moderate and optimistic. The results of these two methods are used to provide advice to the relevant parties. Using the DCF - FCFF method, in a pessimistic scenario, investors are advised to sell or not buy all the shares because the stock is all overvalued. In the moderate scenario, investors are advised to sell or not buy MSFT shares because it is overvalued and buy shares of AAPL and GOOG because they are undervalued. In the optimistic scenario, investors are advised to buy the shares of the three companies because all shares are in an undervalued condition. Using the RV - PER approach, in all scenarios, investors are advised to buy AAPL shares. While the RV - PBV approach, specifically in the pessimistic scenario, is recommended to buy MSFT shares and buy GOOG shares in two other scenarios. Future studies are expected to minimize the calculation variables that are subjective in nature and do calculations with other methods to produce more accurate information for investors and companies.

Abstract
The research area is located in Lubuk Tarok Village, Sijunjung Regency, West Sumatra and is geologically part of the Ombilin Basin. Previous researchers examined Sawahtambang Formation as part of Ombilin Basin stratigraphy on a regional basis. The purpose of this study is to characterize sediment deposition, interpret and model the depositional environment. The method carried out in this study is the making of outcrop stratigraphic profiles with detailed observations of lithofacies and architectural elements in eight observation locations divided in two north-south oriented segments. The observation location is positioned in a geological cross section to find out the stratigraphic position of the unconformity with the Sangkarewang Formation below it. Interpretation of the lithofacies and architectural elements characteristics are carried out to know the process and its depositional environment. The final stage is making comparative modeling, refers to Nichols (2009) to show the vertical and lateral relation of lithofacies. Both segments in the west and east of the research area showed similarities in types of litofacies, there are Scourfills (Ss), Sandy through crossbeds (St), Sandy planar crossbeds (Sp) and Sandy horizontal (Sh). Ss is sandstones that fill the scour surface. St is found in the channel migration part. Sp is found above the channel migration, and Sh is fine deposits at the top of the runoff flow deposits. The architectural element shows repetitions and combination of channel and sandy bedform sedimentary geometry. Litofasies changes show how the the deposition process changed by the cause of channels that intersect each other. The deposit formed by this channel activity is called multistorey channels which are interpreted as the result of braided river environmental deposits with paleocurrent direction to the west. The characteristics of the Sawahtambang Formation which has very thick sandstones are significant value for the study of reservoirs in Ombilin Basin.

Abstract
The free water table is located at the base of a hydrocarbon column and the transition zone. The free water table indicate the fluid contacts which are critical for field reserve estimates and for field development. Estimation of free water table usually using capillary pressure versus water saturation graph from SCAL data, but in this case the free water level is estimated by logging data with Pickett-s plot method. This technique use petrophysical parameters on log-log graph of porosity versus resistivity to determine reservoir characterization, one of this is height above free water table. The advantages of this method are low cost accurate in simple lithologies and unreliable in complex lithologies or low resistivity sands. The Pickett-s plot method is determined by predicting petrophysical parameters (a, m, n) and formation water resistivity (Rw) first. Next, the determination of straight line water saturation (Sw), permeability (k), capillary pressure (Pc), and height above free water table (h). The study takes data from 2 wells (Y-1 and Y-2 ) on the Petro field Pematang formation. From the calculation, the height above free water table of Well Y-1 upper formation is about 88.5-1150.4 m and lower formation is about 159.3 – 973.5 m, Well Y-2 is about 265.5 – 1327.4 m.

Abstract
The rate of maternal and child mortality is an indicator to measure the degree of maternal and child health in North Central Timor, East Nusa Tenggara which is directly adjacent to the Timor Leste. The fluctuation in maternal and infant mortality shows that the health level of border communities does not meet health standards. The governments efforts are to improve the quality and health services access through the provision of mobile health centers, maternity homes in health centers (Puskesmas), birth waiting homes and placement of midwives in the village. In addition, with the existence of Regional Regulation Number 4 of 2012 concerning Maternal and Newborn Babies Health (KIBBLA), each delivery must be carried out at an adequate health facility or at Puskesmas. Although various efforts have been carried out, but the problem of maternal and child health in North Central Timor remains a separate problem. The causes of maternal and infant mortality are related to maternal health conditions since the process of pregnancy, childbirth, childbirth, socioeconomic, geography, and behavior-culture of the people which are covered in 4T (too-old, too-young, too-much, too-often) and 3T (too-late in making decisions, too-late in carrying and too-late in getting health service).

Abstract
Law Number 5 of 2014 concerning Civil Services (ASN) and Government Regulation Number 11 of 2017 concerning Management of Civil Servants (PNS) are the bases for ASN to enhance three (3) competencies, Managerial Competency, Technical Competency and Socio-Cultural Competency. Based on this, civil servants have the right to develop their competencies at least 20 hours/year. Furthermore, the Industrial Revolution 4.0 has demanded the use of information technology as a tool for developing the ASN competency. The National Institute of Public Administration (NIPA) stipulates the Regulation Number 8 of 2018 concerning Guidelines for the Implementation of Competency Development of Civil Servants through E-Learning. Management of Training (MOT) as one of the training in NIPA, combines e-learning training with classical training that is called blended learning. This paper discusses the evaluation of the implementation of blended learning model of MOT in 2018. This study used a descriptive qualitative approach through literature study and focused group discussions to uncover the problems. The result showed that MOT training increased the knowledge, skills and attitudes of participants concerning the management of training. This study also elaborates a number of obstacles and hindrances regarding the implementation of training, such as networks, time and participants mindset. In conclusion, MOT blended learning was effective for learning purposes only on cognitive aspects. And to achieve learning goals that covered the affective and psychomotor aspects could be effectively achieved through classical training. Therefore, the participants still need social interaction not only between the facilitator and participants but also within participants.

Abstract
This paper presents a simple analytical approach to define cut geometry of multi-pass rough milling during a free-form surface milling. The shape of in-process workpiece surface was identified using the coordinate of corner points that are found in every step of stair surface. In every instantaneous tool location, the workpiece sections that have possibility intersecting with the cutting edge were identified based on the coordinate of cutter location point. The algorithm was developed for machining using indexable flat end-mill by considering the effect of helix angle to the cut geometry. The proposed method was successfully used to determine the length of cut and generated the shape of cuts. The validation of the accuracy was carried out by comparing the length of cut measured using CAD software with those generated by the proposed approach. The results demonstrate that the proposed algorithm was accurate. Moreover, the test validated that the helix angle tends to produce larger cut.

Abstract
The aim of this study was to investigate relationship between reversible reasoning and conceptual knowledge, particularly, mental action deployed by undergraduate students through reasoning reversible in problem situation of composition of function. This case study compares reversible reasoning of three three high-achieving undergraduate student. These students were tested before with test measuring their understanding of aspect function. Data collected through think aloud and clinical interviews depict strategies that the participants used to work back to find original function. The result showed that constructing reversible reasoning requires conceptual knowledge with several characteristics (relational-harmonic, relational-visual, relational-pseudo) that explored in detail. Suggestion for further inquiry on improving knowledge about reversible reasoning as mental valuable tools for students in classroom practice.
