Abstract
Vorticity causes many adverse effects on the area near the surface, both on moving (turbine blade) and fixed objects. Therefore, this study attempts to investigate the effects of free-stream turbulence on trailing edge vortex on the NACA 0015 airfoil profile. This research was conducted using two-dimensional numerical simulations. To determine the interaction of vortex and free stream turbulence, two variations of turbulent intensity were given, namely 0.5% and 4.6% with Reynolds number of 1.6 x 105. The k-e turbulence model was used in the current study. The angle of attack of the flow towards the airfoil was varied from 0 deg. to 25 deg. in conditions of increase and decrease in the horizontal position of the airfoil. The result was found that there is an agreement between the simulation and the experiment result. Increased turbulent intensity can delay the stall condition, the stall process begins to be observed after the 12 deg. attack angle at 0.5% turbulent intensity while at turbulent intensity 4.6% the stall process was found after the 15deg. attack angle. From a velocity streamline, it was found that an increase in turbulent intensity can inhibit vortex growth.

Abstract
The use of laminated bamboo beams to be an alternative as one of the elements of building materials. Techniques such laminates can be used to form the building materials used as construction materials in large sizes. Previous studies have extensively covered the beam strength of laminated bamboo, type and pattern collapse crack. Some testing of the shear strength with the use of adhesive labur 60 MDGL, resulting in partial fracture or shear fracture between bamboo material and not occur in the adhesive. This research is directed to find out the effect of variation within the stake on the block against the shear strength of laminated bamboo. Comparison between high beam size and the width is two to one size (120 mm x 60 mm). Further tested the strength of the beam to the shear capacity with four variations within the stake is fox, Ligno and Rajawali. For laminated bamboo using bamboo outer skin on the surface of the beam as well as the use of adhesives labur 50 MDGL. Indonesia is the third largest contributor to TBC in the world after China. The results of the study of TB prevalence in Indonesia in 2013-2014 found the prevalence of TBC for all types and ages 660 per 100,000 population and it is estimated that there are 1,600,000 people with TB. In the Minister of Health Regulation Number 67, in 2016 it is stated that the diagnosis of tuberculosis is used by theMRT method. Objective: The purpose of this article is to find out a description of the pattern of MRT examination referrals in health facilities. Methode: Cross sectional study design, total sample 33,630 cases. This study is a further analysis of data from the Evaluation Study of Diagnosis of TB with TCM in Indonesia, 2018. Data sources were individual data of patients who performed MRT examinations from 44 health facilities (42 hospitals and 2 health centers) in 42 districts / cities in 26 provinces. Data analysis with univariate and crostabulation. Results: The total sample was 33,630 cases from 44 health facilities. There is an increase in the frequency of MRT examinations every years, from 178 in 2014 until 17,284 in July 2018. Most patients who refer MRT examinations come from internal facilities (71.5%), then from Puskesmas (18.7%), other hospitals ( 5.8%) and at least from independent / clinical doctors (3.3%). The purpose of conducting referrals to MRT examinations is mostly for examination of new pulmonary tuberculosis (76.1%), then drug resistant tuberculosis (19.8%), HIV-Tuberculosis (3.2%) and the least is DM-Tuberculosis (1.0 %). Conclusion: The total number of MRT examinations increases every years from 2014 until 2018. Referral to MRT examinations mostly comes from internal facilities and at least from public private sektor (medical doktor)/clinicians. The most average of MRT examination from the referral facility is for new pulmonary tuberculosis examination. The use of MRT for the purpose of examining HIV-TBC and DM-TBC is very low, ranging from 0.6-4.0%. Keywords: tuberculosis, molecular rapid test, hospital, health facilities

Abstract
The aims of this research are to understand the forms and model of socialization held by Ministry of Communications and Informatics (Kominfo) and to understand the implementation of regulation (Electronic Information and Transaction Law - ITE Law). In general, ITE Law is divided into two major parts, namely control regarding information and electronic transactions and control for any actions that are prohibited regarding internet usage. The role of the Kemkominfo through socialization is to provide digital education and literacy to users of social media, while the implementation of regulations means that the government becomes an apparatus that carries out law enforcement actions against social media users who are proven to spread negative content. But still there are still many hoaxes spreaded, hatespeeches and SARA that hide behind the principle of freedom of speech, even though it clearly violates the articles in ITE Law. The method used in this research is case study with qualitative approach and the purpose is about to find out how the socialization model in the context of implementing regulations made by the government in mitigate negative content in social media. It is found that digital literacy and socialization is more suitable for holistic long-term needs while the implementation of regulations combined with serious law enforcement is still needed to anticipate the implications caused by the use of information technology. This research recommend to government to put more effort at digital literacy and socialization to further raise the awareness of self regulation among social media users rather than law enforcement.

Abstract
The film is a product of mass media that elevates the cultural and social values in society. Women in social construction are always portrayed feminine, as in Disney animated films. However, since the early 2010s, Disney animated films shift their image of women. Women in Disney used to be portrayed in a subordinated, dependent and passive position have now turned into an independent, capable, active and not necessarily need men, such as Brave and Moana. The concept of Gender and Media in this study aims to see how the media constructs women. The theory used is Sigmund Freud identification theory which discusses how to construct and establish gender subjectivity and map gender with Mulvey Gender Concept. This is qualitative research with Chris Mertz semiotics to show signs in films and Charles Sanders Piere semiotics in interpreting data. The paradigm in this study is constructivist, to explain how meaning is being formed. The results of this study construct women to be the main characters in the films Brave (Merida) and Moana (Moana) which lead to masculine characteristics. Like being strong, independent, active, rational, intelligent and not always related to romance. Suggestions from this study are expected to be a reference for gender studies and provide awareness about being women in this era.

Abstract
In case of land acquisition for public purposes like developing of infrastructures, the local government set up the committee for land acquisition (P2T) both for province level or district level. In its realization, such as toll road infrastructure development, in addition to setting up such P2T, the central government through ministry of public works and people housing development (PUPR) also setting up the land acquisition team (TPT) in order to assist P2T. The process of setting up such institution there are P2T and TPT, of course, the same process occur or take effect for others infrastructure development. Under the toll road regulation, the government had set up the regulatory body (regulator) that is to say toll road regulator (BPJT), but, however its authority for land acquisition is limited to assist the process of land acquisition in term of checking the availability of land acquisition fund resource from investors, and make sure its use. However, the purpose of setting up such regulatory body are, basically to avoid the monopoly activities, to protect the users against the monopoly behavior and to protect the investor against the misgovernment. Since the setting up such P2T and as well as TPT, the land acquisition for public purpose, in its performance, there are many constraint such as inefficiency and ineffectiveness in performing of land acquisition both upon the institution or the procedure, and also arising the risk of the government budget usage. In the act of development of toll road infrastructure in Indonesia, land acquisition for public purpose still be the main constraint, both in the matter of time frame of its performance or the matter of its cost, so that it still become as the investors obstacles. In this circumstances, the question arising that, do the institutions related to land acquisition activity for public purpose could run effective and efficiency, and how government regulate it so that giving the effective and efficiency of its performance. Refer to Chicago approach to law and economics, of which one criterion employed is pareto efficiency and public choice theory, this normative legal research will gives the alternative solution of land acquisition for public purpose which more effective and efficient under the regulator institution which set up as the single (general) regulator and apply to all jurisdiction (centralize).

Abstract
This paper aims to examine the asymmetric effect of sukuk returns on Indonesian economic growth, a non-linear autoregressive distributed lag (NARDL) model and Granger causality test are employ from the periods 2018:02 to 2019:04, using GDP Growth as a proxy of economic activities, Indonesia sukuk composite return index and price index as explanatory variables. The study revealed a non-asymmetric association amid economic growth and sukuk return. The finding of the study suggest that 1% negative shock in sukuk returns will results to a downturn shift in GDP growth by 2.4% and 1.5% in the short and long-run respectively. However, both positive shock on sukuk returns and price are reported to have an insignificant association with economic growth. The outcomes from the Granger causality analysis suggest that there is a unidirectional causal association moving from economic growth to sukuk returns, while a neutral relationship is found between sukuk price and economic growth. The outcome of the study is expected to be useful to stakeholders in terms of investing, formulating and implementing better constructive and sound policies.
