Abstract
Torus palatinus is a protrusion of bone or exostosis which is generally found in the middle part of the palate in the maxilla. Not all individuals have a torus palatinus so this can be used for identification in forensic anthropology. The purpose of this study was to find out the prevalence of the torus palatinus from the Javanese and Papuan crania in the Anatomy and Histology Laboratory, Medical School, Universitas Airlangga. The sample consisted of 101 crania of males and females, age of 20 to 80 years. We observe the presence or absence of the torus palatinus in each cranium. Based on our observation, we found 1 cranium (1%) which had a torus palatinus. This individual is a Javanese Deuteromalayid male aged 50 years old. We conclude that the prevalence of the torus palatinus in this Javanes and papuan sample is only 1%. We do not encounter any torus palatinus in the crania from West Papua.

Abstract
Food and beverages that are safe for human health is one of the sub-systems in the National Health System and the second goal of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), which are ending hunger, achieving food security and improving nutrition, and encouraging sustainable agriculture. In achieving this goal, the government issues the marketing licenses for food and beverage products before they are circulated and consumed by the public. In reality there are several food and beverage products that have been circulated and consumed by the community that fails to meet the safety, quality and nutrition requirements, the presence of these foods and beverages can have an impact on public health. Regarding the above conditions, the central and regional government that having mandate in the obligatory issues in the health sector have a responsibility in controlling food and beverages for their citizens. This article aims to analyze legal instruments used by the central and regional government in controlling the circulation of food and beverage products as a form of state responsibility in providing security and health for the public. This article is using a normative juridical approach, that is, applying laws and regulations and conceptual responsibility of the State for the fulfillment of human rights, especially in controlling food and beverages.

Abstract
Globalization is an overwhelming factor for bringing many changes in economic and social development across the world. Globalization brings positive economic reforms and other social development; it also makes changes in the culture and traditional market of the host communities. Both developed countries and developing are impacted by globalization and Myanmar is no exception. As a result of globalization, Myanmar experienced economic reform and encountered to global market. The Underdeveloped market of Myanmar attracts many investments and importers. This raised the question for the survival of traditional handicrafts whether they can withstand the influence of massive industrial products. The purpose of this paper is to investigate how globalization impacts traditional products- markets and discuss how to maintain sustainable development for traditional products, case of Pathein Umbrella industry. A qualitative descriptive approach was used in this research paper. This approach needs to be the design of the choice when a straight forward description of a phenomenon is desired. In this research paper, purposive sampling was used to select informants from Pathein Umbrella Industries in Myanmar. Abstract
In recent times, research in the development of foods containing probiotic is growing. One of them is research in the incorporation of probiotic in chocolate. Nevertheless, the quality attributes of the probiotic-enriched chocolate have not been fully explored. This work investigated the impact of ingredients proportion on the quality attributes of probiotic milk chocolates, more specifically moisture content, appearance, hardness, rheological behaviour and microstructural characteristics. In this study, 3 different proportions of probiotic powder were used as ingredient for Milk Chocolate (MC) 1, MC 2 and MC 3. Aside from these samples, a milk chocolate, as reference (CREF), was also produced without probiotic powder. The result showed that the chocolates containing probiotic powder (MC1, MC2, MC3) tended to have higher Casson Yield Value and Casson Viscosity than chocolate without probiotic powder. Whereas MC3 and MC4 exhibited a lower hardness, CREF and MC1 had a higher hardness value. With regard to the appearance and moisture content, all chocolates exhibited comparable values. Microstructural visualisation showed that the chocolates containing probiotic powder exhibited a higher particle size.

Abstract
Flow properties of chocolate highly determine mouthfeel and consumer acceptance. Aside from these, they are also important factors in determining the incorporation of chocolate in food products. This work investigated the possibility of using viscometer to determine the flow properties of molten chocolate. The data obtained from viscometer was fitted to Casson Model. Afterwards, Casson yield value and Casson viscosity were then derived. To observe the homogeneity of molten chocolate, thixotropy value was also determined. In this study, molten chocolate was produced using a stone melanger as an alternative processing method. Four grinding durations, namely 4, 8, 12, and 16 hours, were used to produce 4 types of dark chocolate. The results showed that viscometer was able to determine the value of Casson Model parameters, eventhough the shear rate reached was only approximately 45 S-1. Using this approach, it can be observed that the Casson Yield Value and Casson Viscosity increased as the grinding durations were increased.

Abstract
Tempering is one of the most important processes in chocolate making. Tempering is needed to ensure that chocolate has the correct melting point, hardness, snap and gloss. After tempering, cocoa butter crystallises in polymorphic form V, resulting in chocolate with melting point in the range of 33-34oC. This work investigated the impact of maturation duration and holding time of tempering process on hardness and appearance of dark chocolate. Five maturation durations namely 1,3,5,7,9 days and five holding time namely 3,6,9,12,15 hours were used as variables. The results showed that hardness of chocolate had propensity to increase as the maturation duration was prolonged. Similar trend was also observed as the holding time increased. However, no clear impact can be observed on the appearance of chocolate. Nevertheless, the oven method, seems to have potential for small-scale production of dark chocolate

Abstract
Chocolate is characterised by its solid texture at relatively low temperature. However, it will easily melt as the temperature increase. This phenomenon contributes to the low level of chocolate quality in tropical countries. In order to cope with this problem, an innovation in producing thermostable chocolate is highly required. This work investigated the impact of fat content and palm sap sugar proportion on the heat stability of milk chocolate. Hardness of chocolate was used as a parameter to evaluate the chocolate stability against storage temperature. In this study, three levels of fat content, namely 30%, 32%, 34% and five palm sap sugar levels, namely 0%,25%,50%,75%,100% were used. The results showed that fat content, palm sap sugar proportion and their interaction significantly influenced the hardness of milk chocolate. Due to its moisture content, the hardness of chocolate increased as the proportion of palm sap sugar was increased. In contrast, at the same level of palm sap sugar proportion, the increase of fat content decreased the hardness of milk chocolate.

Abstract
Popularity of cocoa-based drink has been growing since long time ago in tropical countries. Iced cocoa drink is highly consumed due to the fact that the ambient temperature in the tropical region is relatively high. This condition stimulates cocoa drink industries to continuously improve the quality of their products. This work investigated the performance of small-scale steam jet agglomerator used to produce instanised cocoa powder. This small-scale machine is designed to increase the solubility of cocoa powder, thus cocoa powder will be easily solubilised in cold water. In this study, a small-scale steam jet agglomerator was manufactured. Afterwards, the impact of three drying times, namely 60 oC, 80 oC, 100 oC and three levels of agglomeration process repetition, namely 1,2,3 repetition as well as their interaction on the solubility and colour of the products was investigated. The results showed that drying temperature, number of repetition and their interaction influenced the solubility and colour of the instanised cocoa powder. Whereas, the solubility decreased as the temperature and repetition were increased, the darkness of the colour increased as the temperature and repetition were increased.

Abstract
Environmental change seems to have resulted in water insecurity related issue in many areas globally (Bostrom, 2011). Flood disaster in India, United States, Turk and Indonesia cost people their life along with economic burden (McIntyre-Mills et.al, 2018). United Nations High Commissioner for Refugee (2014) notes global environmental change might lead people living in rural areas to move in to cities, whilst urban water insecurity issues affect the life chances of women, children and vulnerable groups (Figueres 2015). A similar interdisciplinary research by Darian-Smith and McCarty (2017) argues that development perspectives ought to place rural and urban areas in a bonded entity as an integrated development approach. The integrated approach is in line with the Global Agenda for Sustainable Development, which underlines community resilience of those living in disaster-prone areas and refugee centres. This study keys in policy making and governance addressing Paris Climate Change Agreement (2015), United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (2014) and United Nations Seandai Framework (2015-2030). The research is in harmony with the Sustainable Development Goals 1, 5 and 17, namely eradicating poverty in terms of water crisis, mainstreaming gender and building network with respect to protecting the vulnerable. Likewise, the research argues for inclusive decision making as to The United Nations Declaration of Rights of Indigenous Peoples (2007). This study is making the case to: 1) analise the complexity of needs of the vulnerable community groups concerning water insecurity; 2) Emphasise local government and community networks in the matter of understanding, monitoring and evaluating sustainable rural-urban development based on local wisdom (Nussbaum, 2011, Sen, 2005, Yap and Yu, 2016; 3) create community resilence by ways of analysing the dynamics of policy so as to address why and how all stakeholders could provide trust in government. Abstract
The main purpose of this study is to examine the theoretical and empirical evidence on the causal relationship between the implementation of customer relationship management (CRM) and corporate performance. A research conceptual model is developed to depict the impact of three - organizational, strategic, cultural - factors on CRM implementation and the implications for corporate performance. The analysis was made up of 120 questionnaires from courier companies all over Indonesia. Since in courier industry, customers- need and preferences change frequently, as do the competitors, so the moderating effect of market turbulence (market dynamism and market uncertainty) on the relationship between CRM implementation and corporate performance was also investigated. A structural equation modelling (SEM) test with maximum likelihood estimation was performed to test the relationship among organizational-strategic-cultural factors, CRM implementation, and corporate performane. The results indicate that organizational, strategic, and cultural factors, have positive effects on CRM implementation. The results also indicate that CRM implementations have significant positive effects on corporate performances of courier companies that do business-to-business marketing. Additionally, it is indicated that market turbulence negatively moderates the relationship between CRM implementation and corporate performance.

Abstract
This research aims to investigate the presence of asymmetric information within business lending process—before and after contract—between bank and micro and small enterprises. The two common conditions arise from this case are adverse selection and moral hazard. The data used in this research were come from banks and debtors-entrepreneurs taken by using simple random sampling method in Purbalingga and Banyumas working areas. Adverse selection was detected by setting specific questions to debtors independently to explore the possibility of any mistakes within proposal screening process. Then, moral hazard was analyzed by rating scale method, i.e. measuring the moral hazard level of each debtor. Hereafter, both of them were analyzed to investigate the effect of adverse selection on moral hazard by multiple regression. This research finds that (1) in selection process, there have been adverse selection because of incomplete information hardly obtained by banks, (2) most of debtors have medium-high level of moral hazard, (3) adverse selection has significant effect on moral hazard. From the results, it can be suggest that (1) adverse selection must be minimizing because it is the main source of further problems, (2) debtors- moral hazard can be detected early by assessing their character and capacity when they propose the projects.

Abstract
Clay is a type of soil with high pore water characteristics which causes its problem for pavment. Ujung Kulon national Park road in Sumur Subdistrict, Pandeglang Regency is a road with clay soil type, so the road is often demaged. To overcome this its problem it is necessary to add strength and improve its bearing capacity. One of the way is by doing a method of Stabilitation on the soil in that location. The addition fly ash and carbide waste is one of the effective ways to stabilize clay soil, since fly ash and carbide waste have properties that are able to bind the soil to solid and increase the value of the soil strength. The research aims to determine the classification of soil, soil plasticity index, and find out the effect of adding fly ash and carbide waste to the soil physical properties, as well as to find out the value of the soil compression strength in existing condition and after mixing fly ash and carbide waste. The water content of the sample taken from the compaction of the original soil standart proctor. The variation of fly ash mixture that used is 0% and 20% and carbide waste with a mixture of 0%, 5%, 10%, 15%, 20% and 25%. Based on the result, the soil which stabilized by fly ash and carbide waste in the variation of 0%, 10%, 15%, and 20% showed the increase of the value of the soil bearing capacity, and decrease the velue of soil plasticity index.the largest of UCT (Unconfined Compression Ssrenght) value result for soil sample mixed with 20% fly ash and 20% carbide waste contain by curing for 28 days in amount of 5,51 kg /cm2. Curing effect on the compressive strength for fly ash has pozzolanic properties that is like cement takes time to strengthen binding and carbide waste has the cemichal compound needed by clay in the particle binding process.

Abstract
Garlic (Allium sativum L.) has compounds that could be used as anti-microbial, anti-atheroschlerosis, anti-oxidant, anti-viral, anti-cholesterol, anti-diabetic, anti-hypertension, and anti-cancer. In this paper, oils was extracted from Garlic using Solvent Free Microwave Extraction (SFME) method without solvent which is as an alternative technique to produce oil without a solvent and and it has several advantages in terms of product quality. This research used Microwave Hydrodiffusion and Gravity (MHG) technique for process extraction and produce high yields of garlic oil. The highest results were obtained from this study when at 100 g, 450 W and 10 min. Response surface methodology was designed to evaluate the effects of mass of raw material (g), microwave power (W) and extraction time (min) for optimization of analytical methods. Regression models have designed and predicted experimental values well. Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry technology was used to analyze the chemical compositions of garlic oil. The results showed that sulphide compounds, like diallyl disulphide, trimethylene trisulfide, ester and alcohol which is found in garlic oil.

Abstract
The technology of using waste for road construction by using slag as an aggregate substitute is able to reduce costs as well as environmentally friendly technology. Hot mix asphalt pavement (HMA) will experience aging both short and long term, this study was conducted to see how the effects of aging in hot asphalt mixtures by using slag. There were three types of mixtures in this study with different levels of slag, aging test specimens were conditioned by the AASHTO R30 testing method. The results of testing the slag characteristics with SEM that the slag surface is roughness than the natural aggregate, also the slag has porosity on its surface indicates that the slag has stronger adhesion properties with the asphalt. In hot asphalt mixtures with slags obtained by increasing the slag percentage, the optimum bitumen content will be smaller but if viewed from the optimum marshall stability value at a slag percentage of 20%. Then the mixture was conditioned for short-term aging with a higher marshall stability value compared to normal conditions with void in mixture (VIM) values, while for long-term aging the stability value decreased compared to normal conditions with VIM values approaching normal conditions without aging.

Abstract
Control of inventory of raw materials becomes an important part of the manufacturing process. By controlling good raw materials will reduce storage costs in warehouses, increase productivity and profits of the company. In this paper use quantitative methods that will result in the calculation of the most efficient order quantity to increase the productivity. Preparatory planning by just in time method is done by designing the demand for the next year using the forecasting method of linear trend, moving average and single exponential smoothing then extended by making the master schedule of production to be continued by designing the transmission system. From the estimate of the approximation method with the smallest error value is the 33.57% linear trend method, derives the shortest path and produces lead time using the nearest neighboring method equivalent to 8 hours. So the result obtained is based on its approach at the right time the storage cost is lower than Rp 1,445,708,937 to Rp 542,580,380 and increase the cost of the message from Rp 341,280 to Rp 4,266,000 and the company is able to save on cost of inventory 9.4%

Abstract
The street vendor (PKL) control in Gresik Regency carried out by the Civil Service Police Unit (Satpol PP) is one part of Satpol PPs duties and functions in complaints involving the public tranquility. Regional Regulation Number 15 of 2013 concerning “Penyelenggaraan Ketentraman dan Ketertiban Umum” was compared with the previous regional regulation, namely Regional Regulation Number 25 of 2004. Both of those regulations have the same spirit, about how Government and Community activities are carried out without any differences and difficulties in any way, but from these two regulations also contain differences in the handling of street vendors. The new regulation in Regulation number 15 of 2013 obtain administrative penalty only to push the regulaition tresspassor and eliminated criminal penalty has regulated by the previous regulation number 25 of 2004. Implementating evaluation about the new regulation show the decrease effectivity, by devidence the increasing number of Street vendors in urban areas. Sanctions in new regulation that only consist of administrative penalties do not cause violators deterrent about the punishment so they repeat the violation time after time.
