Abstract
One of the halal product innovations in terms of the services that are being heavily developed is sharia-based lodging (sharia hotels). Sharia lodging is a hotel concept that offers various facilities and services that are in accordance with the values of Islamic law. The growth of sharia hotels in Indonesia is increasing due to the increasing need for a sense of wanting to obey Islamic values. This can be seen from the many emerging sharia hotels as a form of increasing halal lifestyle simultaneously in various regions in Indonesia, including in the city of Semarang. One hotel that offers sharia lodging services in the city of Semarang is Grasia Hotel. This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction in forming customer loyalty at Grasia Hotel. The indicators are used to measure service quality such as tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. Path analysis approach is applied in this research with 110 respondents. Path analysis is a method of analysis used in this research. Path analysis is useful to determine the direct and indirect effects that occur between variables. The results show that there is a positive effect between the service quality to customer satisfaction, customer satisfaction on customer loyalty, and service quality on customer loyalty.

Abstract
The optimization of molecular geometry, UV-Vis spectra modelling and IR spectra modelling on cannabis (C1-C8) derivatives had been done computationally by using Gaussian applications. The geometry optimization of cannabis compound derivative molecules was carried out by using the semi-empirical PM3 method and the data parameters were measured in the form of total energy, molecular length, charge distribution and dipole moments. Each derivative of cannabis compounds showed results of optimal geometry with stable energy. Modeling of UV-Vis spectra of cannabis derivative compounds was carried out using the semi-empirical PM3 method with the TD-SCF approach. The adsorption in the ultraviolet region with wavelengths 249.30 nm-277.34 nm and oscillator strengths > 0.1 had shown in the result. The largest gap energy price, C2 compound of 0.33870 eV with electron excitation at MO 63→64 was showed in computational simulation. The determination of thermal energy is simulated on the ideal gas state with the highest thermal energy prices found in C1 compounds of 320.664 kcal/mol. IR spectra modeling simulation had shown a good enough suitability between simulated frequency calculated (cm-1) and the literature frequency (cm-1).

Abstract
Physics learning aims to make students gain not only facts but also understanding scientific concepts. Physics learning approach can be taken from the surrounding environment, so the students are able to directly imagine the natural phenomena and connect them to physics. One branch of physics that has a lot of phenomena is fluid mechanics (static and dynamic). Fluid dynamics can be learned using river current such as Semarang East Floodway. Students can learn about debit, current velocity, volume, topographic, and flood hydrograph. Students also can learn about canal-s functions and problems, and how to decrease flood threatening using physics method. From the topographic map, students can understand about meander that happened in upstream canal (Penggaron River), erosion and sedimentation in the river body, narrowing under the traffic bridge, delta at the mouth of river (towards the Java Sea) which is used as a pond. Physics learning along the Semarang East Floodway was able to make contextual physics teaching materials for students.

Abstract
Accumulation of domestic organic waste needs to be processed because it can cause negative effects on the environment. Domestic organic waste can be decomposed into high value products of secondary metabolite by using bacteria like biopesticide. Composition of domestic organic waste as a substrate can affect the decomposition of that waste. This research aims to investigate the optimum composition of domestic waste and additional materials in treating domestic organic waste by using Streptomyces sp GMR-22. Composition of the waste and additional materials was determined by proximate nutrition factors of the ash, protein, fat, and carbohydrate contents and optimized by using response surface methodology (RSM). The temperature and moisture was set to 37^{o}C and 60% respectively. The response was demonstrated by the number of Streptomyces sp GMR-22 on the eight day of the solid-state fermentation (SSF) process. The results show that the highest cell number of Streptomyces sp GMR-22 on eight days was resulted from the combination of 5.25 g ash, 5.5 g protein, 1.5 g fat, and 41 g carbohydrate on resulting 2,8 x 10^{9} cells/gram of substrate. The RSM results indicated that carbohydrate and protein contents were the main factors on the growth of Streptomyces sp. GMR-22. On the other hand, ash had a low significance and fat had no significant effect. In the processing of domestic organic waste through SSF which was based on the proximate value, the RSM results can be used to determine nutrition priorities that must be met.

Abstract
This study reviews the existing Islamic fintech lending in Indonesia to understand the degree to which the firms have been promoting sustainable development goals (SDGs) in the local context. To do so, the theoretical literature related to fintech and SDGs are reviewed firstly to explore the understandings of the subject matters. Following this, the official reports from the domestic regulators are employed to select the firms for in-depth review. This work finds the selected firms mostly have been financing the underdeveloped sectors, such as agriculture and Small and Micro Enterprises (SMEs), collecting and distributing Islamic funds which are Infaq, Waqf, and Shadaqah, and conducting charity programmes for the underprivileged community. To an extent, these findings are synonymous of the firms- effort in promoting the SDGs of ending poverty and hunger, advancing clean energy, and reducing the inequalities. Due to the method engaged, these shreds of evidence do not provide any positivist generalisation. Even so, this is the first study substantively confirms the role of fintech firms in implementing the SDGs from the Indonesian perspective. A recommendation demands the Indonesian government collaborating legally with the existing fintech firms to best solve its recent issue of the declining trend in the SDGs of life on land.

Abstract
This paper examines the election monitoring in Indonesia with a specific focus on a unique element in Indonesian election that is the Bawaslu, an official institution established to observe and monitor the electoral process. Bawaslu had gained considerable authority since 2017, granted by the election law, to not only monitor and provide recommendations, but also has the power to intervene with the electoral process and to judge any electoral offence. In the case of 2019 concurrent election, Bawaslu-s newfound authority had caused it to be in a constant conflict with the KPU. It is also argued that Bawaslu-s existence is one of the causes that have led to the declining participation of local or international civil society in election monitoring in Indonesia. Despite the argument claiming that the phenomenon is a sign of Indonesian election is getting better, the diminishing role of civil society as monitoring agents in electoral process can also be viewed as a symptom of democratic backsliding. This research uses observational study to evaluate the 2019 concurrent election and interviews with people from KPU, Bawaslu, as well as local and international election monitoring NGOs in Indonesia. We argue that Bawaslu-s current role is not ideal in the Indonesian electoral system because the participation from civil society in election monitoring is still very much needed in democracy consolidation in Indonesia.

Abstract
Fresh water is a basic requirement in the life of living things, especially humans, but the natural conditions with the sea area that dominates the earth make the source of fresh water on the face of the earth very limited. The coastal area and swamp area are areas which in general are very difficult to obtain sources of fresh water. One of the efforts that can be done in overcoming this problem is by treating unsuitable water around it with distillation solar methods. But the main obstacle obtained is the intensity of sunlight that is unstable throughout the day so that the productivity of distilled water becomes unstable. In this study, the effect of the addition of PCM in solar still systems was investigated to increase the productivity of distillate water produced. PCM material is a heat storage material when the intensity of solar radiation is high and will immediately release the heat stored when the radiation intensity decreases. The PCM material used in this study is myristic Acid which is a Saturated Fatty Acid extracted from nutmeg plants which has a melting temperature of around 50 - 60 ˚C, thus this material is very suitable to be used as PCM material in solar distillation systems.

Abstract
One of the failure factors in braking is the loss of the ability of brake lining material to the braking process. The quality of brake lining depends on several factors, namely the composition of the material, type of material and hardness. Brake pads is one component in the braking system that is directly in contact or rubbing against the rotating part in this case the drum (drum system) or disk (disc system). The ability of brake pads has an important role, namely to absorb the amount of kinetic energy during braking. In general, brake pads are made of asbestos material because they are superior in temperature resistance up to 800˚C, but asbestos materials have carcinogenic properties that have a negative impact on the environment and human health. This research was developed to answer these problems, namely to look for alternative brake pads that have good toughness and structural properties and do not interfere with the health of the vehicle driver or are environmentally friendly. Brake pad materials are made from hybrid composites reinforced with basalt, shellfish, alumina and bound using phenolic resin polymer (PR-51510i). This brake pad materials is produced through a sintering process with an emphasis of 2000 kg for 30 minutes at a fixed temperature of 150 °C. This composite was made as many as five variations, each of which tested its strength using the charpy impact test according to ASTM D 6110 standard. The strength of the average brake pad specimens obtained was 0,0003327 J/mm², better than the average toughness of brake linings from asbestos ingredients

Abstract. The concept of dual channel supply chain (DCSC) allows retailers to sell their products broadly. Channel collaboration, offline and online, helps companies to survive amid competition through increasing profits. Nonetheless a review of previous studies in DCSC provided no explicit model addressing consumer behavior in two directions, offline to online as well as online to offline. This study proposes an analog model to evaluate the factors that influence consumer preferences for switching channels from offline to online and from online to offline used the push pull mooring (PPM) approach to identify the variables involved in consumer channel switching-intention. The object is apparel retailer under dual-channel structure. Furthermore data is collected by means of questionnaires. Confirmatory factor analysis is then used to test the validity and reliability of the variables involved. Structural equation modelling (SEM) used to identify variables that have a significant effect on consumer switching intention. The results of this study may be used as reference for researchers and apparel retailer managers to develop strategic plans in operating their business.

Abstract
Inheritance is a legal event that devolution of property on a heir or heirs upon the death of the inheritor, which the property of the inheritor include assets and liabilities by the law inherited to the heirs who are lineage directly (ab intestato) or who are mandated to accept the inheritance through a will. Nowadays, the heirs do not only originate from the lineage of the inheritor, but also through a will that can be directed to another party outside the testators lineage to receive portions of inheritance or property from the testator. In the development and debatable issue that pets can be appointed as heirs through a will to receive a part or all of the testator-s wealth. Certainly in a legal perspective, inheritance directed at pets is unreasonable even though in a psychological perspective it is generally understood that testator and pets as heirs have a strong emotional ties, but in the concept of legal subjects especially in a legal perspective in Indonesia, pets are not included in the category of legal subjects in the legal system of Indonesia. Therefore this issue will be discussed further with the perspective of civil law in Indonesia to explain why inheritance directed at pets is considered unnatural and not acceptable.

Abstract
The objective of this study is to analyze the deconstruction of home meaning both physically and psychologically among the millennials in urban area, particularly the city of Surabaya. Based on the data collected, the trend of traveling and enriching experiences are considered more important for millennials compared to the ownership of a place to live. Even in urban area, new spaces have been emerged to replace the function of home. For instances apartment, boarding house, and inns that are affordable compared to the price of one land plot in the city. Home is not only inferred as a place to rest and gather with the family, but also for a place to work, to develop entrepreneurship, or to hold the building ownership in order to stop for a while. Meanwhile, millennials are able to create activities outside their houses as a new happiness as in the home. By using Derrida-s deconstruction approach through analyzing the texts spoken by the interviewees, this research aims to identify the complexity of the significance on home concept both physically (buildings) and psychologically (the inherent values). The meaning patterns of the collected data will be linked to the traces followed. So that the significance complexity of home concept in urban area by millennials can be found.

Abstract
Teeth are the strongest tissue in human body. They are not easily damaged even in a very long time. Daily mastication using the teeth causes attrition or tooth-wear. Estimating chronological age in forensic cases may be based on the dental attrition. The purpose of this study is to compare age estimates using regression equations based on the average stage of attrition (ASA) in Deuteromalayid skulls from Java who lived in early 1900s. The study was conducted by observation, scoring maxillary molar in 13 samples that have information of age. The average age of the sample was 35.38 years. The age of the individuals tends to be younger when we use the first regression equation. Using the second regression equation, the age tends to be older. When we calculate the average using the two equations, it was 27.22 years, and 40.78 years. People around the world use their teeth differently, and have different culture of food processing. This may result in differences of the degree of attrition. We suggest that we should use the regression equation from a different population cautiously, because it may result in inaccurate estimate of chronological age.
