Abstract
This study aims to build a conceptual model of an adaptive strategic food commodity management system held in the scope of the regional government using the Soft Systems Methodology (SSM) approach. The use of this method is based on the fact that strategic food management in the implementation of the regional government is messy, ill-structured, complex and multidimensional therefore it requires a systemic and holistic approach, one of which is through SSM. The use of an adaptive strategic food commodity management system is very important as an effort to integrate strategic food commodity data which have been scattered in various stakeholders. Moreover, by using information technology, the system can optimize the best distribution chain of strategic food commodity in the region of Indonesia. However, research related to the use of the SSM approach in managing strategic food commodity using information technology to face global trade competition is still limited. The need to integrate data from strategic food commodity stakeholders is expected to be able to produce the best scheme that is adaptive to dynamic changes to face global trade competition.

Abstract
The implementation of Renewable Energy Directive (RED) policy on April 2009 by European Union(EU) received several responses from many countries, due to create non tariff barrier in international trade. RED(2009/28/EC) established an overall policy for the production and promotion of energy from renewable sources in the EU. It requires the EU to fulfil at least 20% of its total energy needs with renewables by 2020. One of the countries affected by RED policy is Indonesia. The EU includes Crude Palm Oil (CPO) as a nonenvironmentally friendly product on its RED. After this policy was set, Indonesia CPO exports to the EU fell from 275.162,425 metric tons(MT) to 236.653,661MT and the next month just 896,876 MT. This research purposes to analyze RED policy and its duration impact on Indonesias CPO exports. This research uses ARIMA Intervention to analyze monthly data of Indonesias CPO exports from January 2002 to December 2018 (before and after policy implementation) and forecast CPO export from Indonesia to EU for 2019 until 2020. It is obtained that RED policy gave an impact on declining of Indonesias CPO exports to the EU only two month after the policy was set. RED policy has a temporary effect because the government moves quickly to divert CPO export market to Asia region. Forecasting results show the volume of Indonesias CPO exports to the EU from January 2019 to 2020 will experience an upward trend. The lowest volume is in January 2020 (298.527MT) and the highest is in August 2020 (330.063MT)

Abstract
The Global Value Chain (GVC) has driven by the global economy, the need for goods encourages the creation of distribution channels globally. GVC is a tool for tracking shifts in global production patterns, linking geographically dispersed activities and determining the roles played in both developed and developing countries. Coffee is one of Indonesias leading products by contributing 2.7% of the worlds exports and number four producers in the world in 2018. However, exports declined during the 2014-2018 period by 5% and decreased production capacity by 5.6% from 2017 -2018. The stakeholders involved in the coffee industry also still do not provide maximum results in expanding the overall value produced. With this description, it is necessary to see how Indonesia is in the GVC and explain the obstacles faced by stakeholders in maximizing the coffee value chain. The theory of diamond porters will be used for analysis. The results show that the total value created in the Indonesian coffee chain is truly sourced from within the country, demand conditions are very influential on Indonesias position in the GVC. The governments role in improving the coffee value chain also needs to be maximized, such as giving facilitation of certification and infrastructure improvements.

Abstract
Trade is the most important sector that provides the largest contribution in the services sector in Indonesia. This sector has grown rapidly in the past decade with the modern way of trading because of the influence of online systems. This study aims to determine the influence of trade and human capital in this digital era on the Indonesian economy and to find out whether labor productivity convergence occurs in Indonesia, and to find out factors that accelerate convergence. The analytical method used is dynamic panel data with the GMM First Different approach. This study shows that sigma convergence occurs in Indonesia based on the variation coefficient of the dependent variable. Absolute beta convergence and conditional beta convergence also occur during the study period, indicated by the dependent variable lag coefficient that is significant and less than one. Exports and imports between countries and between regions are proxy trade variables, while internet use and long school expectations are proxy variables for human capital. Physical capital (proxied by using district/city and provincial capital expenditures) and human capital, overseas exports, inter-regional exports and inter-regional imports have a positive effect on labor productivity in Indonesia, and increase the convergence rate so that the time needed to cover the gap will be more short.

Abstract
In the last decade, there has been a shift occurs in the dominance of Indonesian cocoa exports from cocoa beans to processed cocoa. The shifting can be seen from 2010, at the time the government start to apply the export tax of cocoa beans. Free trade policy in ASEAN region has led to free-import tariffs on agricultural commodities as well as cocoa commodity. As a result, there was a decrease in export volume and an increase in the volume of Indonesian cocoa imports. This research aims to analyze the impact of the export tax imposition on cocoa beans and cocoa import tariff on the export volume of cocoa beans, cocoa paste, cocoa butter and cocoa powder. Because of the correlation between equations, the Seemingly Unrelated Regression (SUR) method is used. To enrich the analysis, researchers measured the Trade Specialization Index (ISP) and Revealed Symmetric Comparative Advantage (RSCA) of cocoa beans, cocoa paste, cocoa butter and Indonesian cocoa powder. The results of SUR estimation show that the tax export imposition on cocoa beans negatively affects the export volume of Indonesian cocoa beans and positively affects the export volume of Indonesian cocoa paste, cocoa butter and cocoa powder. Cocoa import tariff positively affects on the export volume of cocoa paste, negatively affects on cocoa powder, and not significantly influencing the export of cocoa beans and cocoa butter. Researchers also found that the value of processed cocoa ISP and RSCA increased after the application of tax export of cocoa beans in April 2010. Processed cocoa RSCA values in 2010 averaged 0.56 to 0.7 in 2017, while the average ISP value was 0.76 to 0.78. Therefore, the government must continue to apply the tax export imposition on cocoa beans and imported cocoa tariff to increase the export volume of cocoa paste, cocoa butter and cocoa powder. In addition, the policy can also increase the competitiveness of Indonesian processed cocoa.

Abstract
The purpose of this article shows that sociomathematical norms can be raised through learning media. Sociomathematical norms are social norms related to problem-solving in mathematics learning. Sociomatematic norms can be formed from interactions between students or teachers in learning mathematics so that the culture of mathematics can be formed in a group or the class community at school. This preliminary study is not to create learning media that can improve the norms of sociomathematical but can only utilize conceptual by comparing various literature related to social norms, sociomathematical norms, and learning media. Theoretically, using visual media can improve sociomathematical norms, so that mathematical culture in the class can be formed. This is because visual learning media can be used by students to interact with the surrounding environment. In this regard, the teacher needs to prepare visual learning media to help mathematics learning so that the mathematics culture in the class can be formed.

Abstract
This research aims to design and develop a media lab in the form of Augmented Reality applications that are used in basic physics lab module. AR applications work with a tracking system and the reconstruction of the 2D marker contained in the experimental module to display 3D video animation. The method used in this research is the development of software includes the stages of collecting and analyzing the needs, do the design and manufacturing applications, validation and testing by the user, and revision. Results of the assessment by the AR application validator media and materials are respectively 80% and 85% in the predicate is valid and may be used after minor revisions. The results of trials by students as the user indicates that the 2D marker on lab module was initially less obvious and less sensitive at the time of scanning. However, after the revision of the 2D marker on lab module, 2D AR marker was sufficiently clear and sensitive at the time of scanning so that AR can help the general practical implementation and the AR content to support the practical implementation. The results showed that the development of AR applications had been successfully carried out and the AR application can function well with the scan time 1-1.5 second at a distance of 10-20 cm and successfully used in the experimental module at an angle of< 90 degrees.

Abstract
Current learning encourages students to have excellent critical thinking skills. The teacher tries to apply various kinds of learning strategies and also appropriate learning media in order to facilitate students to achieve competencies. In this effort, internet-based technology has an important role as a learning management system, learning apparatus, and simulation for certain phenomena. This study examined the level of success of learning that utilizes the learning management system (Schoology) using the hypothetical-deductive strategy and enriched with the simulation of physical phenomena (PhET Simulation). The learning syntax was validated first by experts before applied to students. At the end of learning, students were given a usability questionnaire (USE Questionnaire) to determine their level of acceptance of this learning strategy. These results formed the basis for implementing this strategy on broader schools.

Abstract
Visuospatial reasoning is a process of thinking about geometric objects that many people use to solve problems encountered in everyday life. Visuospatial reasoning not only deals with an essential role in the world of mathematics, but also can solve problems in the fields of engineering, architecture, medicine, physics, and other areas. This study aims to describe and compare the increase in visuospatial reasoning through a hybrid learning model. The hybrid learning model in this research is the process of acquisition of knowledge and skills (student-centered) based on instructional design that integrates digital (internet and mobile), printed, recorded and traditional face-to-face classroom activities that are organized in the teaching plan. Furthermore, the students are guided to decide their learning process by choosing the available learning methods and materials that best suit their characteristics and individual needs that are oriented towards achieving the objectives of the lecture. Based on data analysis, it was found that visuospatial reasoning improved better in students of moderate mathematical abilities group but did not increase the low group.
