Abstract
Indonesia is an archipelago with a strategic geographical location. The content of energy and biological resources in Indonesia is very diverse. In terms of the economy, Indonesia is a potential market because the population is number three in the world. One of Indonesia biggest commodity is rubber. The Ministry of Agriculture (2013) states that Indonesian rubber production has a considerable role in world rubber production. The rubber industry in Indonesia is divided into two types, namely natural rubber and synthetic rubber. One of the rubber producing areas in Indonesia is Kaur Regency, South Bengkulu Area. Rubber latex price was very unstable and the farmer always complaint about. This research proposed two rubber supply chain design in order to increase Kaur regency farmer-s income by creating value-added activity. First, by establishing the farmer cooperation as the replacement of small collector. second supply chain design is beside the farmer cooperation, the farmer also processing the rubber skin into an edible snack that can be sold. Value-added analysis using Hayami methods and Monte Carlo Simulation was done to analyze the proposed model of the rubber supply chain. In the existing model, the farmer income is only Rp 819.233,91./ week In the first scenario, the farmer income decrease to Rp 779.370,65/week and the result from second model increase farmer-s income to Rp. Rp 863.771/week.

Abstract
Scheduling is one of the ways used by a company to optimize a series of tasks that must be done. The sequence of work done does not have to be in accordance with the work that must be done by the work post; there are several ways that can be used as a reference in ordering work scheduling. Delays in one work post can result in a delay in the completion of the entire product that must be completed. There are four types of sequencing methods commonly used including: FCFS (First Come First Serve), EDD (Earliest Due Date), SPT (Shortest Processing Time) and LPT (Longest Processing Time). This study aims to determine the effect of treatment differentiation method/work order method on the Mean tardiness in completing work in the industry event organizer by using four methods in a simulation. The sample in this study was 200 business events or MICE held during the last two years by event organizers in Jakarta. The results of this study indicate that the different types of events held by event organizers require the application of different methods of sequencing work scheduling to produce minimum Mean Tardiness.

One activities of Maternal and Child Health (MCH) services in Puskesmas and Posyandu is monitoring Mother and Child health. At present, KIA recording and monitoring is still done manually using the Cohort book. Because it is done manually, The one problems related to recording and reporting. Error in filling and accuracy, as well as time in presenting reports, are obstacles faced by MCH service providers. The presence of a MCH information system that can record history and monitor MCH and help report presentation is very important. This study aims to analyze the needs of the MCH information system that is appropriate for the Puskesmas. This analysis is one part of all stages in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). The results of the analysis of system requirements are then poured into a Software Requirement Specification (SRS) document in accordance with the standards of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE). Because this document is the basis for developing the system at a later stage, this document must be tested both in terms of correctness and completeness of its system requirements and other aspects needed by system developers. Therefore, in this study, an SRS document was also developed to ensure that this document is ready to be used as the basis for developing information systems in the next stage. The method used in this study is a mixed method, which consists of qualitative and quantitative approaches. This study produced an SRS document that has been tested by prospective users, information system developers and academics. Test results showed that the SRS document was correct, unambiguous, complete, consistent, stable, verifiable, can be modified and traceable

Abstract
The aspect of ergonomic in interior design is one of the centers of attention a designer has to take into account since it greatly relates to human-s health as the end user in the long term. Putting aside ergonomic factors will result in health problems, a few to mention, such as musculoskeletal pain, spine pain (due to backbone abnormal), and others. There are a number of researches discussing this topic; yet, mostly their scope is restricted to residential context, occupational, and other commercial facilities. In the Indonesian context, traditionally Islamic educational institutions, such as pesantren, has been excluded in many studies. Therefore, the present study aims to observe the existing interior design based on ergonomic perspective in pesantren (Islamic educational institution) context in relation to the factors of students health. The study used a qualitative research method through a literature review of previous researches related to this topic. In addition, secondary data of interview results with some experts in this field is taken into consideration to get the design parameter for the learning space area in Islamic boarding school based on the ergonomic aspect.

As one of favourited travel destination cities in Java island, Bandung is always visited by tourists especially on weekends and holiday seasons. As a respond, a business opportunity in the sector of accommodation increases as well as its competition. Nowadays, there are broad choices of tourist-s accommodation starting from hotels, guest houses, and hostels. Previously, their markets were classified into medium to high-budgeted tourists, low-budgeted tourists, and backpackers respectively, but now the markets are biased as many hostels provide capsul bedrooms that ensure each of their guests has privacy and comfort that meet their expectation. With several emerging capsul hostels in this city, this paper aims to find the strategies of hostels to win the market competition through their capsul pod design. The research is conducted in comparative method through survey at INAP at Capsule Hostel, Pinisi Backpacker Hostel, and Tokyo Cubo. The finding shows that each studied object has a unique strategy, which is shown respectively by compact design, fancy LED lighting ornament, and thematic design.

The importance of this component of mathematics is essential to bettering one-s economic prospects, gaining employment, keeping employment, and obtaining better employment. The main objective of this study was to determine the attitude of pre-service teachers towards statistics. This study also aimed to investigate the relationship between attitude towards statistics with gender, major and campus respectively. The participants comprised of 80 undergraduates from the Institute of Teacher Education (IPG) who were enrolled in the preparatory programme for the bachelor-s degree in education; whereby, they need to undertake the Basic Statistics Course. They consisted of 3 main majors, namely, Malay Language; Physical Education and Health; and Design and Technology from two campuses which are Bahasa Melayu Campus and Temenggong Ibrahim Campus. The Survey of Attitudes toward Statistics (SATS 36) which was translated into Malay language and contains 36 items that assess six constructs (r=.827) was used to answer the main objective of this study. The study found that the attitude of pre-service teachers towards statistics were ranked medium (3.437). In order to address the second objective of this study, the Spearman correlation test using SPSS was employed to analyse the data collected through the SATS 36 questionnaire. The analyses indicated a very weak correlation between attitude toward statistics and gender (r=.048;p=.672), major (r=.153;p=.174) and campus location (r=.074;p=.514) respectively, which were not statistically significant.
