Abstract
The organizations environment and climate are important variables because the fact is that more and more organizations are scientifically monitoring environmental strength. This monitoring becomes a much-needed source of information for organizing change and organizational development. The meaning is that a conducive school climate affects the performance of members of school organizations. In other words, school going forward or backward depends on the ability of the school to create its environment and the willingness of the environment to accept its existence. Teacher performance is also influenced by teacher motivation. Quality teachers are directly proportional to student performance. A qualified teacher means that the teacher is also a good teacher. A good and quality teacher has the characteristics of a number of competencies. These competencies are teacher effectiveness, teachers cognitive abilities, teachers personality, classroom management, mastery of information technology, and commitment and responsibility. Teachers as educators have a very important and strategic role in achieving development goals in the field of education. According to Davies and Ellison in Baedhowi (2006: 278), teachers are the keyperson in the classroom. Mention of key figures in the classroom and as educators for teachers, is indeed very reasonable considering the role of the teacher cannot be replaced by anything, at this level knowledgeable, insightful, competent, and certified teachers are very much needed. This is also an indicator of professional teachers

Abstract
The aim of this study was to investigate the abundance and diversity of meroplankton (larvae of benthos and nekton, including eggs) in the Nusalaut coastal waters. The field survey data were conducted in May 2009 and April 2014. The abundance of meroplankton was collected from NORPAC net (0.33 mm, mesh size) by vertical hauling from 10 meter of deep to the surface. The samples were taken in 8 stations. All samples were preserved with 4% formaldehyde and analyzed using a microscope. In May 2009, total abundance of meroplankton varied between 84 ind.m-3 and 780 ind.m-3, but mainly fluctuated around 300-500 ind.m-3. Larvae of 13 taxa were identified. Fish eggs represented the most predominant taxa (average abundance 96 ind.m-3), followed by echinodermata larvae (81 ind.m-3). Meanwhile, total abundance in April 2014 was lower compared with May 2009. During this period, the total abundance varied between 8 ind.m-3 and 48 ind.m-3. Larvae of 7 taxa were found. Echinodermata larvae represented the most predominant taxa (average abundance 6 ind.m-3), followed by gastropoda larvae (5 ind.m-3). It is predicted that spawning season occurred during May, indicated from the high value of total abundance of meroplankton.

Abstract
Northern Ambon Area has a unique characteristic in term of biodiversity, including Macroalgae and Echinodermata. This research aims to determine the distribution of nutrients in the territorial waters of North Ambon in 2017 and 2018 and their effects on the distribution of Macroalgae and Echinodermata. Seawater samples were obtained in 26 sampling points in 2017 and 18 sampling points in 2018 located in Northern Ambon coastal area. The determination of chemical parameters are using a Spectrophotometric Method consisting of NO3, PO4, and SiO2 concentration determination, as well as determining pH and DO using a pH meter from seawater samples taken. The results of the analysis show that the average concentrations of NO3, PO4, and SiO2 in the study area in 2017 were 0.090 mg/L; 0.042 mg/L; and 0.330 mg/L with an average DO and pH content of 5.83 mg/L and 8.19. Meanwhile, the average concentrations of NO3, PO4, and SiO2 in the sampling area in 2018 were 0.028 mg/L; 0.021 mg/L; and 0.129 mg/L with an average DO content and pH of 7.54 mg/L and 7.64 mg/L. Based on the 2004 Decree of the State Minister of the Environment, No. 51 about Sea Water Quality Standards for Marine Biota, it is known that the concentration of NO3 and PO4 in the Northern Ambon coastal area exceeds the maximum threshold that has been determined, but still indicate the suitability intended for the life of the biota. The values of NO3 and PO4 concentrations in 2017 and 2018 also indicate that the trophic status of the seawater is between Oligothropic and Mesotrophic. There is a decrease in the concentration of whole nutrients from 2017 to 2018 which influences the variability of macroalgae and Echinodermata observed in the study area in 2018 when compared to 2017. The Macroalgae classes that can be found in this area are Rhodophyceae, Phaeophyceae, and Chlorophyceae. Furthermore, the Echinodermata classes found in this area are Holothuroidea, Ophiuroidea, Asteroidea and Echinoidea.

Abstract
The purpose of this study was to enrich the international law concept of self determinations. As the right of a nation to determine its own destiny, it can even become an independent state. The study used qualitative research methods with data collection techniques through literature studies. The results showed that the concept of self determinations, as the right of a nation to determine its own destiny, it can even become an independent state get a challenge in Kurds case. Independence is the right of all nations. So what is experienced by the Kurds in the Middle East region is irony. One of the biggest ethnic groups that is overlooked by injustice. A large nation but does not have the power to establish a country. The inhibiting factors come from internal and external. Internally, we can see that the Kurds are separate and scattered in several countries; Turkey, Syria and Iraq, each with their own ideals. Whereas for the external comes from the discrimination of the countries they occupy. This study concludes that international law introduces the concept of self determinations. As the right of a nation to determine its own destiny, it can even become an independent state. However, it is not easy to apply this principle, bearing in mind that every country that exists has the sovereignty that they always maintain. This is an important finding to affirm the importance of ke concept of self determinations in international relations studies.

Abstract
Extreme wave height analysis has been conducted in Natuna Sea, Indonesia, using 25 years (1991-2015) Significant Wave Heights (SWHs) data from WAVEWATCH 3 (WW3) with spatial resolution of 1/8o. The Natuna Sea is geographically connected to the South China Sea (SCS) and is often crossed by massive storms (cyclones) with wind speeds greater than 30 m/s. These storms may have contributed to the existences of high waves in the SCS, which propagate as swell waves to the Natuna sea and could led to extreme waves in this region. Extreme value analysis has been done by classifying the extreme events of SWHs using Peak-Over Threshold (POT) method with a fixed threshold level at quantile 0.93 and a minimum time separation of 48 hours between two successive extreme events. Furthermore, the Generalized Pareto Distribution (GPD) has been applied to estimate return values of the extreme SWHs for several return periods. The shape and scale parameters of the GPD have been estimated by Maximum Likelihood Estimation (MLE) method. The characteristics of extreme SWHs in the Natuna Sea have been explained by maximum and seasonal distribution plots. Maximum value of extreme SWHs in the SCS can reach 13 m and around 3-5 m in the Natuna Sea. The seasonal distributions of extreme waves indicate that the occurrences of extreme waves in the SCS during Northeasterly Winter Monsoon (NWM) are higher than those during Southwesterly Summer Monsoon (SSM) although the tropical cyclones in the SCS are more likely to happen during SSM. The seasonal mean and maxima of extreme SWHs in the Natuna Sea are also high during the NWM and low during the SSM. To examine effects of swell waves from the SCS and also the future extreme waves in the Natuna Sea, we have analysed the characteristics and calculated the return values of extreme waves in front and behind of Natuna Island, which the former faces directly to the SCS. There are 172 (331) extreme waves happen from 1991-2015 in the front (behind) of Natuna Island and mainly from northeast (southwest). Most of them are around 2-3.5 (0.5-1.5) m with mean period of 7-9 (3-5) s. Moreover, the return values in the front (behind) of the Natuna Island show that there are possibilities of extreme waves with values 4.70, 4.87, and 4.96 (2.08, 2.20, and 2.27) m for return periods of 25, 50, and 75-year, successively.

Abstract
Significant Wave Height (SWH) in Natuna Waters has been simulated during Typhoon Hagibis event in the period of 20th – 27th November 2007 in the South China Sea by using Simulating WAve Nearshore (SWAN) model with 1/24° spatial resolution. 1/4° wind data obtained from Cross-Calibrated Multi-Platform (CCMP) and 1/120° bathymetry data derived from General Bathymetry Chart of the Ocean (GEBCO) are used as model input. Open boundary values for the SWAN simulation are obtained from WAVE WATCH III (WW3) results, which are provided by Indonesian Geospatial Information Agency (BIG). The model results show that swell generated by Typhoon Hagibis arrived in the Natuna Waters after 3-day travel time, which is 23rd November 2007. Typhoon Hagibis has an impact on swell propagation from the South Cina Sea to the Natuna Waters. SWH in the Natuna Waters during the peak phase of Typhoon Hagibis and Mitag (23rd November 2007) vary between 0.8 – 3.5 m. There are 6 observation points in the study area to investigate SWH variation from 22nd October – 22nd December 2007. Point 1 (P1), Point 3 (P3) and Point 5 (P5) show points in the northern part of the Natuna island, Subi Besar Islands and Riau Islands, respectively. Meanwhile, Point 2 (P2), Point 4 (P4) and Point 6 (P6) show points in the southern part of the Natuna island, Subi Besar Islands and Riau Islands, respectively. Typhoon Hagibis in the peak phase generates the SWH at P1, P3, and P5 of about 0.6 – 2.5 m and generates the SWH at P2, P4, and P6 of about 0. 5 – 1.6 m.

Abstract
Seasonal characteristics of wave height in Southern Bali waters in 2014 was simulated using SWAN (Simulating Wave Nearshore) model with the resolution of 1/216° (0.51 km). The model was forced using Cross Calibrated Multi Purposed (CCMP) wind data with resolution 1/4° (27.75 km) and 1/600° (0.18 km) bathymetry data derived from Batimetri Nasional (BATNAS) provided by Geospatial Information Agency (BIG). The result shows that the highest (lowest) seasonal average of Significant Wave Height (SWH) in Southern Bali waters (SBW) in 2014 during east (west) monsoon or JJA (DJF) on June-July-August (December-January-February) months was about 2.2 m (1.4 m). Meanwhile, SWH during the first (second) transitional monsoon or MAM (SON) on March-April-March (September-October-November) months was about 1.7 m (2.1 m). The 2D spectrum analysis exhibits that seasonal wave characteristic in Southern Bali waters (SBW) was dominated by swell propagation from the Indian Ocean (IO). Corresponding to the SWH, seasonal average of wave energy spectrum during east monsoon (JJA) shows that the highest value is up to 0.0038 m2s/deg compared to the other seasons.

Abstract
Environmental factors influences the composition of plant metabolites, both qualitatively and quantitatively. Plants pharmacological activity depends on its metabolites composition. Dapdap (Erythrina variegata L.) is one of the plants that is part of Balis local wisdom. Dapdap is easily found in the tropics and can grow on various textures and soil pH. Dapdap and turmeric are ingredient of "tepung tawar", which is a means of spiritual purity in Bali-s religious ceremonies. The application of local wisdom values is supported by the results of the antibacterial activity test of dapdap extract against pathogenic bacteria. This study was to determine the antibacterial activity of dapdap extract obtained from different sampling locations. The well diffusion method was used to evaluate the antibacterial activity of dapdap extract against Staphylococcus aureus and Eschericia coli. The extract was obtained by maceration for 24-72 hours using 96% ethanol. The addition of turmeric extract was able to increase the antibacterial activity of dapdap extract. The different of sampling location can affect the antibacterial activity against Eschericia coli. The maceration duration of dapdap extract did not affect its antibacterial activity against Staphylococcus aureus and Eschericia coli.

Abstract
SATISFACTION MODEL IN INLAND TRANSPORTATION PROVISION FOR AN AIRPOT, THE CASE OF SOEKARNO HATTA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT, JAKARTA Adi Nurmahdi Universitas Mercu Buana adi.nurmahdi@mercubuana.ac.id PROCEEDING To support tourism sector in Indonesia reliable high quality mobilities provision has been playing more important roles for the sake of the domestic customers as well as the tourists form overseas, as many as 67 millions people trvelling through the main gate of Indonesia at the end of 2018. While the conventional bus services serving to and from Soekarno Hatta Airport is predominantly occupied by state-owned conventional Damri shuttle bus, nowadays intense competition namely by taxi both online and non-online has caused severe competition among the inland transportation operators. With the objective, among other, to find out satisfaction level among passengers while travelling to and from the airport, this study was carried out to focus on objective to find out factors which have affected customers satisfaction in using inland transport. Some operators can serve better services than the others, differentiating in quality services has been one of their motions, though price matters and reflects truly the quality. Damri has been threatened by the existence of the online taxi competitors apart from conventional taxi services such as Blue Bird which now also introduced online booking to its fleets and Express taxi. The opening of airport railway services by the Government since August 2017 can also endanger Damri-s leadership position at the route. The phenomenal Gojek which also offers Go-Car, and Grab have played important roles in Damri-s dominance. Operators were worried that the advancement of online taxis could make intense rivalry among themselves. To combat the market Damri also has started selling its tickets online though it is in introductory stage in its life cycle. Survival of the thick market for inland transport providers are the industry-s main concern, while the Indonesian economy is prospering despite supporting infrastructure to the airport is limited, it is predicted that the demand for the inland transport would keep growing. Thus, research on customer information on insight to satisfaction is needed by many operators. Practical and exploratory research by conducting interviews through surveys which measures customers- perception and focus on overall service quality applied in this research. A non-probability, purposive sampling, with total of 185 inland transport customers who regularly use the inland transportation modes, at least once a month over the last six months withdrawn. Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) analysis which measures the relationship between customer perception and priority on increasing product or service quality compared to their expected satisfaction measured, with analysis using SPSS 26. IPA combines the measurements of importance (degree of care) and performance (degree of satisfaction) in two dimensions which enable easy interpretation. It was found that CSI index scored 70.05 which means customers were moderately satisfied. This research concluded that even CSI result was fairly achieved and at satisfactory level, to be able to sustain market existence and moreover dominance operators must maintain at least 80 CSI index, high satisfaction point index, thus formulating new strategies and tactical strategies needed. Among the major tasks for the operators have been to be able to increase reliability and responsiveness rates of personnel, apart from upgrading the physical look and condition of the fleets. Regular customer excellence trainings needed to boost the customer index since personnel plays important key in services, while keeping up with the digital invention and implementing it in their srvices also immensely important, such as by providing WiFi fleets, and easy access to booking and canceling. Other staretgy included offering differentiated products with more attractive incentives to customers such as existence of loyalty programs and points reward are most desired, apart operational mode enhancement whereby all fleets would become more advance with reliable personnel and ability in delivering high quality services, and punctuality would be the keys to be able to triumph in the market.
