Abstract
Nashrul-haqq is a group of Muslims who claimed to acquired divine powers after a long period of spiritual training in masajid, forest, water and other empty quarters. They are highly skilled in healing all types of illnesses, can perform extraordinary talents that goes beyond the imagination of an ordinary person such as transformation to animals, seeing and communication to unseen spirits, martial arts, etc. This study sought to introduce and present Nashrul-haqq unique contributions in the Meranaw society particularly in healing and other relevant circumstances that stimulate their skills for exploitation. Results of the study were retrieved from the seventy (70) key informants and respondents that consist of Nashrul-haqq, patients of Nashrul-haqq, observers and witnesses of Nashrul-haqq demonstration of skills and, the Ulama. This is a qualitative, descriptive type of research. Further, the researchers also had immersion with the so called amalan, where Nashrul-haqq gathered to perform faith healing and spiritual training. In depth interview as well as focus group discussion were employed as method for the oral interview. Respondents were reached thru snowball and purposive method. The concept of Sufism was used to understand the ideological concept adopted by the Nashrul-haqq. Findings show that Nashrul-haqq are commonly misunderstood by some Meranaw religious leaders for being associated to jinns or supernatural beings, a practice labelled as a form of innovation of religion. On a positive light, they are regarded as significant members of the Meranaw society that can be attributed to their list of successful records in faith healing.

Abstract
Human Rights Violations is one great dilemma which concerns every country. This phenomenon is cohered with the tyranny and incompetence of the government resulting to a society filled with atrocities. The case of Marawi City during Martial Law under Marcos regime in the Philippines is a microcosm of the greater picture of the violation of these rights which this study would like to unfold. In presenting the scope of this study, four objectives are outlined as follows, to explore the untold stories of Meranaw in Marawi city during Martial law, to examine and investigate the social condition of Marawi on how the people struggled within the martial rule, to discuss how the people of Marawi respond to the military aggression and human rights violations in Marawi city and, to know how the Meranaws look at Martial Law at present. The study is primarily conducted based on oral interviews and archival methods. Key informants who are eye witnesses and those other respondents that corroborated or give additional information for the fulfilment and development of this study were purposively chosen. Results of the study show that before Martial law, there was a mutual harmony in Marawi city among the Meranaw natives, the Bisayas and the Chinese settlers in Marawi. The deployment of Armed Forces of the Philippines and the Philippine Constabulary brought the community in a chaotic environment where abuses and injustices were experienced primarily by the Meranaws. To counter these aggressions, the people respond in a collective way of rebellion, some vacated Marawi, some evacuated while others chose to remain. Nevertheless, people of Marawi implied that the purpose of Martial law was not established but rather, it cause disarray, wide corruption and intensified rebellion that trigger large scale of problems that shaped the Mindanao problem.

Abstract
Background: Emergency nurses often find themselves doing practice at fast changing situations routinely and repetitively, therefore they might miss some important aspects in practice that could affect patient safety and might miss the opportunity to learn from their experience. To deal with this challenge, a life-long learning strategy is needed. Researchers suggest that a habitual reflection can be beneficial, since a potential mistake can be identified and prevented by analysis and reflection upon what has gone previously. Objective: This study is aimed to look at how reflective learning could be implemented in emergency nursing practice, including what aspects that should be considered when implementing this learning strategy. Method: A general literature review was conducted, employing CINAHL, Science Direct, and PubMed to find relevant articles using search terms: reflection, reflective learning, reflective practice, combined with emergency nurses. The articles used in this study are published within 2005 - 2017. Two outdated literature had also been used in this study in order to build arguments and analysis. Result: At least four strategies are needed to integrate reflective learning into emergency practice. First, emergency nurses should thoroughly understand the core of nursing as a profession. Second, they must know the essential process in reflection in order to reflect appropriately. Third, since emergency nurses have to deal with time constraint, uncertainty, and high workload, they must find appropriate reflection approaches and analysing their strengths and weaknesses. Fourth, emergency nurses must be aware of over-reflecting and uncertainty, since they can compromise them to act immediately when delivering care to the patients. Conclusion: Reflective learning can be beneficial when assisting emergency nurses in learning and dealing with challenges in emergency department. Literature suggests at least four strategies to implement this learning method. Further research is required to find appropriate reflective learning approaches and models which most fit with emergency nursing practice.

Abstract
This paper presents a study on the development of Indonesian English as a Foreign Language (EFL) teachers intercultural capability in an overseas study programme and its impacts on classroom English Language teaching practices by utilising the conceptual framework of the development dimension of intercultural capability by Bennet (1993), Taylor (1994), and Chen and Starosta (1997). By using narrative inquiry as research methodology, this study draws on the stories of two Indonesian EFL teachers experiences of intercultural learning during a master degree programme overseas. Data was gathered through semi-structured individual interviews with Indonesian EFL teachers who have completed Master of Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL) studies in Australia. The finding shows that communication and cultural disequilibrium in an overseas study programme play a key role in the development of EFL teachers intercultural capability in a way that enables them to develop their personal attributes from ethnocentrism to ethnorelativism. The finding also reveals that although the teachers become interculturally capable, the overseas study programme does not necessarily contribute to their oral English skill development. A deeper reinforcement in teachers cultural environment and the quality of experiences encountered overseas is needed. In a further result, this study reveals that the development of the teachers intercultural capability affects their subsequent classroom English teaching practices in a way that they begin to employ a dialogical communication and interaction by reflecting to their past experiences, especially when the teachers recognized the importance of employing a communicative interaction when they encountered challenges abroad.

Abstract
Transportation plays a key role in peoples lives, changing views and having a big social and economic growth. In addition, technological developments are also related to social and economic growth, thus the Intelligent Transport System (ITS) has evolved rapidly towards social and economic conditions at this time. The biggest problem with the development of transportation at this time is congestion and even congestion itself has become a matter of greater concern at this time. The more vehicle growth, the more competition that is carried out by factories by promoting the vehicles they make and there are no clear rules for increasing the growth of vehicles. There are several factors that cause congestion starting from population growth in cities that are increasing day by day, roads that are smaller than the volume of vehicles up to traffic accidents are also one of the bottlenecks themselves even the government that provides road facilities. In this study, the application of a dynamic system to model the formulation of vehicle estimation problems and propose information systems and technology strategies that can be used to support solutions to solve problems revealed according to needs. The results of this study are to create a sub-model by simulating vehicle development and congestion levels in urban areas can take a number of references from previous studies so that it can affect the decrease in congestion by increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of driving by implementing a dynamic system.

Abstract
This paper centrally focuses on developing social emotional based learning to strengthen the character of students in facing challenges in this era. The development of learning models in improving and strengthening the character of students requires collaboration from various parties. Based on the results of observations made, one of the problems that occur in educational institutions is the difficulty of a teacher applying a learning model that fits the needs of students in the digital era like today. The demands of the age and increasingly fierce competition require students not only to be proficient in terms of knowledge but also social and emotional skills in interacting with each other. The lack of awareness of teachers and parents in understanding learning methodologies - especially in this industrial era 4.0 - is of particular concern to the author. The focus of the subjects in this study were students with a birth span between 1995-2004 or a familiar one called generation Z. Generation Z is a generation after the Y generation, known as the millennial generation, where they are accustomed to technology. Moreover, this generation lives in the industrial era 4.0 which all leads to digitalization and automation. While recent studies have given analysis that one of the challenges that will be faced by the Z generation in the present era is the demand to think and act fast. So, the 4C criteria: critical thingking, creative, communication and collaboration should be the main study in the learning process in school. My constructive argument is on the aspect of the ability to be able to collaborate and communicate, someone needs social emotional intelligence. This is the main cause because this intelligence is one of the factors that play an important role in facing global competition. Of course, it is a joint task in developing social emotional learning (SEL) among the community, especially in generation Z. The development of SEL requires collaboration between various parties, namely parents at home, educators in schools, the community and government (in this case the Ministry of Education and Culture).

Abstract
Over the past 30 years, Bandung city has experienced rapid urban land expansion and together with surrounding regencies has formed a conurbation urban area namely the Metropolitan Bandung Area. The growth of urban areas in Greater Bandung is characterized by the increasingly widespread growth of urban settlements in the peri-urban area of Greater Bandung. Majority of new residential developments are developed in the potential land of urban fringe and mostly carried out in formal land development framework initiated by private developers. The domination roles of developers in peri-urban development has raised pro-cons related to the result that has brought to some negative impact, especially for the unstructured land development and degradation of environmental qualities. In this case, there is quite ambiguous how spatial irregularities can be produced through the formal land development framework. This research was conducted with a qualitative approach. Data collection was obtained using an interview method of purposive sampling through 14 medium-large residential private developers who sat at the managerial level. The data collection was analysed using the content analysis method. The results of this study revealed that developers must be carrying out all the applicable rules in accordance with the permits issued. From their point of view, spatial irregularities of Greater Bandung are formed in consequence of lack regional development plans and controls, so that developers could propose land development plans in a more flexible manner according to their interests. In this case, land development performed by developers was partial and only focusing on the development of their lands. They have no interest to think about the impact of their project broadly and sustainably. In this case, the government is the one who has the obligation and authority to formulate the spatial planning, to manage the application and to conceive the solution for the impacts that might arise. The results of the study also show that the spatial irregularities in the fringe of Greater Bandung were produced of some local government inconsistencies and different perceptions of regulation that made land development and the provision of regional infrastructure became unstandardized and not mutually integrated.

Abstract
Pre-service teachers taking a teaching training program may hold different motives in choosing a career path as a teacher. The present study aims at investigating the types of motivation to choose a career as a teacher among participants from a teacher training program in a private university in Yogyakarta, Indonesia. A 24-item questionnaire was distributed to 14 respondents (N=14) to see the types of motivation the pre-service teachers had in their career choice and which was the dominant one. Of the result of the questionnaire, four students with the highest motivational level were purposefully selected to participate in a focus group interview and asked to describe their motivation to be English teachers. The findings indicated that the pre-service EFL teachers were dominantly motivated by altruistic and intrinsic motives in choosing to be EFL teachers. Extrinsic motivation, on the other hand, seemed to bring the least contribution in the pre-service teachers- decision to take teaching as a profession. Implications and future recommendations were offered.

Abstract
Background E-Learning has been extensively discussed since the early 2000s. Implementing a teaching method that combines e-Learning with the traditional teaching method is very promising. When initiating a full program of blended learning in a postgraduate setting, one must prepare the materials and upload them to the server. Every single aspect behind the process of administering a regular program must also be well prepared, not to mention that there are additional IT complexities as well. Aim This study aims to describe the preparation process of establishing a blended learning program for the postgraduate level Master of hospital management program.. Method/Approach An ADDIE model is used to ease in organizing the preparation of the blended learning program. There are three areas focus on; the curriculum (material), the administration (all clutters behind the desk), and the Information Technology. Results/Findings A team was put together specifically to handle the blended learning program. During the analysis step, we found several main problems that required revision; the regular curriculum needs to be re-developed, the students do not possess the mindset of a self-directed learning style, the administrative rules and regulations are still designed for a regular (off-line) learning process, and there is a need for close coordination with the IT department in the university. These problems can be addressed by conducting a series of workshop to redesign the curriculum in order for it to fit with the blended learning program. We also need to create new regulations that meet the blended learning process and combine them with current regulations. The IT department in the university will prepare the servers according to our study design and also provide the staff support in preparing for the early weeks of the program. We must also develop SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for each of the activities which will act as the performance indicators of the program. Conclusion Running a blended learning program is not as easy as it looks. There are many preparations that must be made for each area involved in the program. This program really helps the students to be able to work and study at the same time. Further analysis is mandatory to maintain that the program runs smoothly and able to adapt to the current technology.

Abstract

Abstract
