Abstract
This research is motivated by the fundamental changes in micro finance industry map caused by the many penetration done by big players (rich people), so Baitul Maal Wa Tamwil (BMT) position began to lose its identity and must be transformed to face competition in micro finance sector. The purpose of this study is to prove the total change of microfinance business and analyze the position and role of BMT in the economic empowerment of people. This research is qualitative with library approach, where primary data are collected from primary sources in the form of related literature and secondary data in the form of publication report and interview. The data are then presented and analyzed by descriptive-analytical method using SWOT approach. The main conclusion of this research is that there has been a commercialization of microfinance business in Indonesia, so that BMT who carry out the mission of economic empowerment of people should focus on choosing the role as well as transform themselves. The transformation is done by changing its role and position to two alternatives; commercial or social, which is then supported by good corporate governance. This study is in line with the research of Marguerite S. Robinson (2002), Lincolin Arsyad (2008), and Ummer Chapra (2012) which outlines the financial ratios and healthy capital composition to support good performance. On the contrary, this study differs from Awalil Rizkys (2007) research which highlights the Islamic girah as a prospect, Euis Amalias research (2009) which emphasizes the need for regulatory and government policies in order to empower Small and Medium Micro Enterprises (MSMEs)

Abstract
Massive open online courses (MOOCs) are increasingly becoming a means of promoting autonomy, openness, and diversity in university-level learning (Wu & Lee, 2014). However, MOOCs reportedly suffer from staggering drop-out rates reaching 90% (LeClaire & Ferrer, 2014). One reason for such low student engagement is the poor quality of the MOOCs- design (Tay & Musib, 2017). Therefore, it is important to improve the quality of MOOC materials, including instructional videos (Yousef, Chatti, Schroeder, & Wosnitza, 2014). Meanwhile, research on how different formats of content presentation in instructional videos impact student engagement (Guo, Kim, & Rubin, 2014) and learning outcomes is scarce (Li, Kizilcec, Bailenson, & Ju, 2016; Zhang, Zhou, Briggs, & Nunamaker, 2006; Chen & Wu, 2015). The current study therefore contributes to this line of research by evaluating the impact of different formats of content presentation in instructional videos on student engagement and learning outcomes. The study employed videos from the iMOOC (internal MOOC accessible only to the universitys staff and students) ELC003 What-s Your Point? Strategies for Writing Clearly and Concisely created by three instructors from the universitys Centre for English Language Communication (CELC). The participants were twenty-two undergraduate Singaporean students who were asked to watch six instructional videos from the iMOOC and complete relevant quizzes. The study had an experimental design with a pre-test, post-test, and delayed test. Findings suggest that the most engaging video format was the Innovative format (character animation and music). However, the Traditional format (PowerPoint slides with teacher talking head and voiceover) was also acknowledged for its informative, new, and relevant content along with interesting and non-distracting visuals. The respondents- learning outcomes were not significantly correlated to video formats. The study generated recommendations relevant to improving instructional video design not only in this iMOOC, but for MOOCs in general.

Abstract. In this paper, we design the power monitoring systems at the heavy equipment company. In a production process, the need for pressurized air supply in this company is quite large. In this case it is fulfilled by the operation of 2 compressor units. The compressor used has a working power of 90 KW, so that in its operation also requires a large electricity supply. In the list of company facilities, compressors are machines with the largest energy consumption. With regard to energy efficiency programs, the company plans to reduce energy use from each machine, especially compressors, while paying attention to existing production targets. In this research, the first step taken is by monitoring power usage. This is useful to find out whether the machine is working according to needs, or there are uses that are not to support existing production. For example, the machine turns on when it is not working hours, or there is a machine that is not in good condition. To facilitate this work, we design a compressor power usage monitoring system based on the microcontroller Arduino Mega 2560. In this system, the data taken is the working flow of the compressor using the ACS712 current sensor, which is then processed by Arduino so that the value of power usage is obtained. Next, data is sent via the ESP8266 Wi-Fi module to the database. The output of this system is the value of work flow and compressor working power in real time, along with the total value of power usage by the compressor displayed on a website. Through the site, data can be accessed by PCs or the hand phone that connected to the companys network. The measurement results of this system have a measurement accuracy of 98.48%.

Muamalah and business develop along with technological developments and human needs. When the business model and muamalah develop, this development must be responded to appropriately and carefully. Not only related to the aspects of benefits, harm and legal conditions that govern it, but also must be prepared and developed the model and accounting system needed. One form of the new trading business is e-commerce. Namely business activities involving consumers, manufacturers, providers, and brokers using computer networks, namely the internet. So that e-commerce transactions have several characteristics, including: unlimited transactions, anonym transactions, digital and non-digital products, and intangible goods. Based on several characteristics found in e-commerce transactions, the applicable law related to the transaction is the law regarding long-distance buying, salam and salaf law, hawalah law and electronic money. With the different viewpoints and legal basis for e-commerce transactions, the accounting treatment between conventional and Sharia systems also has several differences. Sharia Accounting Bai- as-Salam is a buying and selling accounting system that is most suitable for e-commerce transactions.

One of the pillars of the peat restoration is the success in revitalizing peoples livelihoods. The welfare of the community on peat swamp can improved through the efforts to the intensive agricultural. One of the commodities that is widely cultivated on peatlands is an oil palm. To ensure successful harvest and prevent the crops damage, pest control on oil palm plantations is very necessary . Pest control is carried out with various considerations including effectiveness, efficiency and effects on the environment. For ecosystem safety, biological control is highly recommended in pest control efforts. The refugia plants have proven effective in controlling pests. Refugia can be developed at relatively low cost and are environmentally friendly. The refugia can play a role in providing habitat for parasitoid organisms and predators of agricultural and forestry pests. Several types of refugia have the potential to be developed on peat swamp land and it is expected that pest attacks in oil palm plants can be controlled in an environmentally friendly manner. This protection effort is easy to apply and effective to bringing in and providing a place of life for the natural enemies of the oil palm pest.

Abstract
According to the Central Bureau of Statistics, between 2015 and 2017 the number of crimes in Indonesia has declined relatively, but the number of villages that have the potential to become a venue for conflict has increased relatively. Thus seen from the region, the potential for conflict that can lead to crime becomes increased. In 2015 there were 352,936 crime cases, in 2016 there were 357,197 crime cases, while in 2017 there were 336,652 crime cases. Recently, the importance of the existence of a khilafah state has become an interesting discourse in Indonesia. In general, the discussion is more on political or power issues, but rarely addresses the issue of the judiciary in a khilafah state. Related to this, in this paper we will discuss the comparison between the judicial institutions in Indonesia and the judicial institutions that may exist in a khilafah state along with the potential problems. The model of the khilafah state to be discussed here is a model of the khilafah state according to Hizbut Tahrir. Thus this research is normative legal research.

Abstract
Space is no longer a no-mans space, but has become an arena of competition for various interests from various countries and international organizations. This is because currently space has economic value and strategic value that may be unlimited. In order for the space potential to be utilized optimally, there is a need for understanding among the parties concerned. Thus the existence of the theory of space law is an important thing to bridge the gap between the needs and availability of space in space, because not all positions in space have the same economic value and strategic value. Legal development in Indonesia has not really paid attention to the importance of space law. Positive law in Indonesia is still very limited in providing arrangements for the use of space, so that it needs to be increased and prioritized in the development of Indonesian law. Based on this, this research is a doctrinal legal research using a legal approach which is described descriptively by using the deductive method.

IMPLEMENTATION OF NURSE-PHYSICIAN EFFECTIVE COMMUNCATION VIA TELEPHONE IN HOSPITALIZATION ROOM OF BANTUL X HOSPITAL Yudha Irla Saputra, Sri Sundari Master Of Hospital Management Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta ABSTRACT Effective, timely, accurate, complete, clear, and understood communication by the recipient will reduce errors and improve patient safety. One method of effective communication is SBAR communication (Situation, Background, Assessment, Recommendation). This study aims to provide an overview of the effective communication of nurse- physicians by telephone. The study was conducted with a descriptive observational study approach to nurses in the hospitalization room. Measurement of frequency of implementation of nurse and doctor communication via telephone was using the SBAR communication sheet and survey using a questionnaire. The results of this study found that component A (Assessment) is a component of SBAR communication with the lowest frequency (32%) and the highest is R (Recommendation) 100%. Problem experienced by nurses when communicating with physicians include nurses who anticipate when physicians are not happy or offended when called (22%), physicians do not consider nurses views when making decisions about patients (16%) and nurses do not have enough time to say something to physicians ( 16%). This study shows that SBAR communication has not reached 100% and the making of SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) is one solution to improve SBAR communication. Bantul X Hospital already has an SOP related to SBAR communication but its implementation is not good enough. Keywords: effective communication, SBAR, nurses, doctors

The training algorithm is the main driver in artificial neural networks. The performance of the training algorithm is influenced by several parameters including the number of neurons in the input and hidden layers, epoch maximum, and the size of the learning rate (lr). One of the benchmarks for optimizing the performance of training algorithms can be viewed from the error or MSE (mean square error) produced. The smaller the error, the more optimal the performance. The test conducted in the previous study obtained information that the most optimal training algorithm based on the smallest error produced was Levenberg Marquardt (LM) with an average MSE of 0.001 and using 10 neurons in the hidden layer. In this study, the LM algorithm was tested using variations in the number of neurons in hidden layers, namely 2, 4, 5, 7, 9 neurons, and used the same parameters as previous study. This study uses a mixed method that is developing computer programs and quantitative testing of program output data using statistical test. The results showed that the LM algorithm had the most optimal performance using 9 neurons in the hidden layer at the level of lr 0.5 with the smallest error of 0.000137501.

Abstract
Food production needs to be increased by 70% to provide food in 2050. However, agricultural activities contribute to greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions of approximately 5% of national GHG emissions. The main greenhouse gas emissions from the agricultural sector are CH4, which is 67% of total agricultural emissions, followed by N2O (30%) and CO2 (3%) The development of food crops combined with livestock is one of an efficient carbon farming system. An efficient carbon farming system is an agricultural system that optimally uses carbon contained in crop residues and livestock waste as a source of organic material. The system can provide added value to increase land and plant productivity, farmer income, energy efficiency, and reduce GHG-s emission. The study was conducted to obtain GHG-s emissions (CH4 and N2O) on food crops to support carbon efficient farming systems. This research was carried out at the Sukamandi Rice Center in the rainy season of 2013. Long-term fertilization treatments were observed in NPK fertilizer and Organic Material (OM) plots while varieties were observed in Ciherang, Situ Bagendit, and Inpari 30. CH4 and N2O emissions from each plot in 3 replications were taken four times (6 November 2013, 13 November 2013, 20 November 2013 and 27 November 2013). The results showed that OM treatment emitted CH4 of 36.77 kg CH4 ha-1season-1 was lower than NPK treatment, and NPK treatment emitted N2O by 0.68 kg N2O ha-1season-1 lower than OM treatment. For the treatment of Inpari 30 variety emitted of 27.73 kg CH4 ha-1season-1 lower than the Ciherang and Situ Bagendit variety while Situ Bagendit variety emitted N2O of 0.85 N2O ha-1season-1 lower than the Ciherang and Inpari variety. 30.

Abstract
Sand dune is a mound of a hill or igir from sand that is blown by the wind and is a natural formation because the wind process is called the eolean landscape (eolean morphology). (Adinugroho, 2010). Sand dune has important ecological functions such as preventing seepage of water (intrusion) into the groundwater layer, preventing abrasion, and as the first barrier (barrier) when a tsunami strikes. (Sungkowo et al. 2014). Gumuk Pasir Parangtritis becomes the study of exotic nature so that it becomes a tourist destination. The height of sandbanks that ranges from 20-25 meters above sea level can reduce tsunami damage that could potentially occur in the south of Java (Handayani, 2014). Urban development does not only show positive impact for the society welfare in the current generation, but also hides negatives impact that might be felt by later generation. It happens especially if the regional planning does not applied based on the principle of sustainable development. Ngemplak Sub-District is an administrative area located in Sleman Regency, Special Region of Yogyakarta, and a little part of its area is included in the Yogyakarta Urban Area (Kawasan Perkotaan Yogyakarta/ KPY). As a small part of KPY, the urbanization processes in this sub-district has become more intensive. This conditions also emphasized by the location of its sub-district that directly adjacent to Depok Sub-District where there are universities as a trigger for population growth which results in increased space needs in form of settlements. The urbanization processes has resulted in pressure on the urban natural resources. The land use change without considering of environmental conservation, population growth, and excessive extraction of groundwater (Hendrayana, 2013; D. Imam, 2013; Sutardi, 2017) become cause of natural resources pressure. Groundwater resources are one of the natural resources that have a vital role in peoples welfare. In the midst of massive urbanization processes in Ngemplak Sub-District, the preservation of groundwater resources must be maintained so that the benefits of the groundwater can be felt by people across generations. The concept to maintain the sustainability of groundwater resources is to apply zonation-based planning for potential groundwater pollution. This research was conducted in Ngemplak Sub-District. The purpose of this research was to identify the potential of groundwater pollution zonation of Ngemplak Sub-District and to develop an appropriate strategy for urban development based on the potential zoning results of groundwater pollution. Potential groundwater pollution is the ability of a region based on the ease of the groundwater itself to be polluted. The geospatial method which can be used to assess the potential of groundwater pollution is the GOD method (Ghazavi, 2015; Hastuti, 2016; Sharadqah, 2017; Oroji, 2018). This method use three parameters, they are groundwater occurrence (G), overall aquifer class (O), and depth to water table (D). The data of aquifer and rock type of unsaturated zone are obtained from groundwater drilling log profiles as the secondary data, while the primary data which is used in this research are the depth of groundwater data. The data is processed into three thematic maps, they are maps of aquifer type, maps of rock type on unsaturated zone, and maps of groundwater depth. The final product is processed by overlaying those three maps using ArcGIS 10.3. The result of this process is the zone of potential contaminated groundwater. The results of groundwater contaminated zones identification are used to develop appropriate regional development strategies. This analysis was carried ou

Abstract
Postharvest strawberries have a fruit quality that declines rapidly and has relatively short shelf life, especially with a history of high gray mold attacks during cultivation in the garden. The intensity of gray mold is high in the field, causing investment in pathogenic inoculum on the surface of the strawberry skin, which results in strawberries easily attacked by pathogenic postharvest disease. One of the main diseases of postharvest strawberries is the gray mold rot. This disease is caused by the fungus Botrytis cinerea. Coating of fruit with antifungal yeast is one of the innovations used to extend shelf life and maintain the quality of fruit stored at room temperature. Coating of fruit with natural ingredients is still little researched, especially based on antifungal yeast. The study aimed to determine the effectiveness of coating postharvest strawberries with antifungal yeast ingredients at various levels of maturity on the quality and shelf life of strawberries. The results showed fruit coating with yeast Debaryomyces hansenii were able to maintain fruit quality, increase the shelf life of strawberries fruits, and protect the fruit from the attack of postharvest pathogens without reducing fruit quality, so that they can be applied after harvesting strawberries.

The disruption era that leads to the awareness of higher education to cope with Industry 4.0, affected by rapid technology development of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Big Data, Internet of Things (IoT), Automation, and IT based technology, is now becoming new pathway for many higher education institutions (HEI). Higher education institutions try to adapt and or adopt their curricula in order to align with industry 4.0. It is the nature of higher education that operate in Teaching, Research, as well as Community Service that need to adapt with the fast changing of its strategic environment. The question is for how long the era of disruption will last, and what the forthcoming era that higher education must prepare. This is important for HEI in order to ensure sustainability of the strategy especially when strategic environment change rapidly. This paper will elaborate to new predicted era, the so-called Era of Abundance, that will be faced after the era of disruption. Before elaborating the “abundance”, it is important to elaborate the comprehensive strategy due to “disruption” in HEI, the so called Education 4.0, especially in aligning with Industry 4.0. This paper will also elaborate the what-is of the era of abundance so that by having understanding of this era, higher education can take the advantage of time. This paper uses method of descriptive analysis based on expert opinion to elaborate and to draw the conclusion.
