We study of effecs Al-Cu-Mg/SiCp Metal Matrix Compsite (MMCs) with a matrix composition of 4.4 wt% Cu, 1.8 wt% Mg with SiCp fillers were varied (3.4; 3.7 and 4.0) wt% and the remaining Al. SiCp is mixed into Al-Cu-Mg heated at 900oC, then stir casting is carried out at 250 rpm for 10 minutes. Then cooling are carried out to room temperature. After cold, heat treatment is given and continued testing. The SEM-EDX and XRD test results showed that the increasing SiCp content, the tendency for SiCp and Mg bonds to form the Mg2Si phase increased, making the sample items enlarge and appear more coarse. While the corrosion rate test of increasing SiCp in the Al-Cu-Mg matrix makes Al-Cu-Mg/SiCp samples tend to be more corrosion resistant. The event of declining corrosive properties is due to SiCp particles occupying grain boundary areas replacing O2 (which provides corrosive properties) that are trapped in the sample during the cooling process.

Abstract
The effects of fossil fuel combustion are famously concerning. 70% of the global production of carbon monoxide is accounted from transportation sector; the sector in which fossil fuel is popularly being continuously used. As one alternative fuels, bioethanol is a renewable fuel which have attracted many researchers in the pursuit of lowering the dependency on fossil fuel and its negative effects to the environment. In third generation bioethanol production, green algae are deemed to carry high potential as the feedstock due to its ampleness, especially in a tropical country such as Indonesia. In this study the ability to produce fermentable sugars from green algae was observed through high-pressurization treatment. Different treatment pressures were achieved through varying temperature set in the autoclave: 110, 120 and 130oC. The recorded pressure was up to about 500 kPa, and this treatment was also compared with non-pressurizing production method. Samples were analyzed for reducing sugars content through DNS method. Since simple sugars are essential in the fermentation stage, the produced sugars from green algae are the indication of potential as the feedstock in bioethanol production.

Abstract
One of attractive solution for PV ac-module is flyback-type micro inverter since it has a number of advantages include simple control, stable current injection and potentially low-priced technique. However, the typical flyback-type micro inverter would produce high voltage ripple in the DC-link. As a concequence, a high total harmonic distortion would likely be expected in the system. Therefore, a technique for minimising the total harmonic distortion within standard level is required. Generally, adding capacitor in the DC-link is usually considered as the solution to reduce the voltage ripple. This technique is not a cost-effective solution. Furthermore, the dimension of the inverter package will be bigger to have more space for additional capacitors. This paper proposes a control method to reduce harmonic level for flyback-type micro-inverter using Maximum Power Point Tracker (MPPT). The MPPT technique decribed in this paper used perturb and observe (P&O) method. This method is simple and yet highly efficient. Several experiments have been carried out to examine the effectiveness of the proposed method. The results show that the proposed method can reduce the harmonic level significantly. Moreover, the method can reduce the capacitance used in the DC-link of the flyback inverter.

Abstract
Through centuries the side effect of the massively growing of population is the energy demand and consumption. As a result of this, the world energy used from the non-renewable fossil fuel has reached 80%. To counter this, researchers have found alternatives for this fossil fuel; and bioethanol is one of the alternative and sustainable options. One source of bioethanol that is believed carrying high production potential is photosynthetic algae or green algae. In this study, Chlorophyta (Green Algae) was hydrolyzed using microwave irradiation. Operation Mode (OM) was varied to observe its effect during the hydrolysis stage. Further, hydrolysis time (t) was also selected as the variable in this study to examine the result of reducing sugar. From the result of this experiment, it is projected that the sugar produced from hydrolysis assisted by microwave irradiation would bring a high-quality bioethanol production. Also, from this study, it would exhibit the great potential of bioethanol from green algae as the fossil fuel substitute in order to create a more sustainable and environmentally friendly energy source.

Abstract
In a mission to reduce the world-s dependency on non-renewable energy sources, through decades, researches are striving to find the best alternative energy substitutions. Considering the abundance availability of renewable sources, green algae are discovered as one promising candidate of future energy alternative. The aim of this research is to study the bioethanol production from green algae through acid hydrolysis. In this study, the acid hydrolysis was performed by utilizing sulphuric acid (H2SO4) at concentration range of 1.0M-2.0M. Further, hydrolysis temperature was also varied at 50, 70 and 90°C. In this stage, a fixed hydrolysis period was set for 30 minutes. As acid pretreatment is considered in this study as an effective way to convert carbohydrates into fermentable sugars, the sugars produced in this experiment would lead to an excellent grade of bioethanol produced. From the obtained result, green algae show a feasibly potential as the third generation bioethanol feedstock, which worth for substituting the use of fossil fuel in the near future.

The use of Fuzzy logic in the forecasting process, problem analysis and decision making of a process are often used. The development of this fuzzy logic by widening the foot of the membership function as interval fuzzy type 2, fuzzy signature or carried out hybrid between fuzzy logic and other artificial intelligence systems or hybrid algorithm has also got quite good results. At this time, a multilevel fuzzy logic method is proposed. This multilevel Fuzzy Logic is interesting behind the input of a process in fuzzy logic which is the output of the previous fuzzy logic or the output of a fuzzy logic analysis is input into the next stage of fuzzy logic. This multilevel fuzzy logic can be done up to several levels of depth according to the variables to be analyzed. If the final analysis has the equation X(i) + Y(i) = Z(i), then the value of X (i) can be the result of Z(i-1), where Z(i-1) is the result of the Fuzzy Logic X(i-1) + Y(i-1), by performing multilevel fuzzy Logic is expected to have the value of forecasting errors or problem analysis and decision making will be better and more precise.

The program can help visualize geometric concepts so clearly that respondents will understand geometry concepts effortlessly. Driven by this expediency, this design base research was carried out in three stages; what to learn, how to learn, when to learn, monitor the ongoing process and evaluate what has been planned, done, and the results of the process. This research is expected to be an alternative and solution in overcoming difficulties in understanding the Geometry concepts. Five respondents were selected to participate in this study. The results of the study showed that the respondents were able to explore, observe, and perform animated images and dimensional geometry material.

Abstract
This paper describes a design process of the wind generator control system. Controlling a wind generator, fan, is important to study the design of the wind turbine. A complex wind generator model was approximated with 5th order polynomial function. The paper describes a procedure for identifying system, especially for finding the transfer function of a plant, that based on input and output. The plant input is an electric motor fan voltage and output is wind speed produced. It is important to simplify control design of the wind generator for configuring transfer functions of the plant. The identification method that is used is Linear Regression, applying Excel program, which produces a polynomial function. And then, the Matlab System Identification Toolbox (SIT), which produces a transfer function. From this study, applying SIT, a model of wind generator, shows the fit estimation data is 90.78% and MSE is 0.078%. A closed-loop control system using PID controller is proposed. Controllable and Observable of the state space model were verified. The best performance of the close-loop system was achieved using Kp = 0.2247, Ki = 6.05*10-5, and Kd = 208.75 applying Ziegler-Nichols. The result shows that closed-loop stability of wind generator system is stable.

Abstract
This paper presents a mechanical design and electronic control for the angle of attack on the Vertical Axis Wind Turbine(VAWT) darrieus type with NACA0015 and 3 blades. This research was conducted to obtain high efficiency absorption power on various wind speed. The VAWT mechanical design is based on systematic calculations with a height of 150cm and a diameter of 120cm. NACA0015 airfoil with calculations in the NACA airfoil database obtained blade length of 15.892cm and width of 1.905cm. The electronic control on this system, Arduino mega controller, has input from an anemometer sensor, and rotary encoder sensor. While, the output is servo motors for 3 blade. A microprocessor control unit is programmed to control the adjustment of blade angle of attack. The angle of attack is defined by wind speed, angular speed of VAWT, and a defined TSR (Tip Speed Ratio). The angle of attack control method is PID (Proportional-Integral-Derivative) algorithm. By setting the TSR value constantly at 3.5-4, the angle of attack will be adapted even on any various wind speed. As a result, the maximum power absorption will be obtained on various wind speed. This system can increase power efficiency of VAWT up to 35-40%.
