Abstract
In an industry of a company must experience transportation problems. This transportation problem is required to schedule a delivery of goods with the objective to minimize transportation costs. The objective of the transportation model is to plan the delivery of something from the source of the destination in such way as to minimize the total transportation cost. There are several cost constraints that occur in this transportation one of which is a budget constraint in which there are constraints of production costs and non-production.In transportation it is said to be unbalanced if the total number between source and destination is not the same. In this thesis there are methods to solve the problem of transportation is not balanced with the constraints of production costs and non-production is by using the Interval-Point method. In this skripsi there are methods to solve unbalanced transportation with the constraints of production cost and non-production use an interval-point method. This method is used to find the optimal solution.

Abstract
Anemia is a common condition found among Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV)-infected patients. T-cells that are infected with HIV virus can directly suppress the growth of progenitor cells in the bone marrow so that affecting the hemopoiesis resulted in anemia. These hematological abnormalities could potentially cause serious clinical implications. This study was conducted to determine the prevalence of anemia in HIV-infected patients in Bali. A total of 243 medical record data from HIV-infected patients at Wangaya Hospital Denpasar Bali and Sanjiwani Hospital Gianyar Bali between 2009 -2017 were included in analysis. Prevalence of anemia in ART-naïve patients and in patients on ART were 60.8% and 40.3%, respectively. Leucopenia and thrombocytopenia were found 8.2% and 9.4%, respectively, in ART-naïve group. While in patients with ART group leucopenia and thrombocytopenia were accounted for 6.9% and 4.3%, respectively. There was a significant difference in prevalence of anemia between ART-naïve patients and patients on ART (60.8% vs 40.3%; p < 0.05). Although the prevalence of anemia was lower in patients on ART, but anemia continues to be common in a substantial portion of HIV-infected persons. Another studies are still needed to addressing the impact of anemia on HIV-infected individuals, as well as treatment strategies and future research directions.

Abstract
Long-term Load Forecasting is very important in the electricity industry in each country. With the demand for loads in the future, make the industry or electricity provider company produce, transmit and distribute power accurately and economically. In recent years, conventional methods and mathematical methods have been developed for energy forecasting. However, Fuzzy Logic techniques provide efficiency that is more smooth and effective than conventional methods. The Fuzzy Logic model is used based on historical data parameters including the population, gross domestic product, and average electricity prices to forecast electrical energy in the next few years. The results obtained reveal that the proposed model is able to predict future electrical loads.

Abstract
The high feature space (dimension) is one of the main issues to be considered in the text clustering process. Therefore, various dimensional reduction methods have been introduced in various researches for selecting informative sub feature. Each method of reduction uses a different strategy to select sub feature, and the results are different even if using the same data set. Typically, union methods and intersection methods are used to combine selected sub feature with different reduction methods. The union method selects all feature and intersection only selects the general feature (slices) of the feature under consideration. So, the union approach causes the an increase in feature dimensions and the intersection approach causes the loss of some important feature. Therefore, in order to take advantage of a method and reduce its weaknesses, in this research proposes new approach, i.e modified union. This approach applies the union methods to select top ranking feature and applies intersection methods to the rest of the feature. In this case, feature selection uses the term variance (TV) and document frequency (DF) methods to calculate the relevance value of each feature. The effectiveness of the proposed method is tested on the data set of Hadith Shahih Bukhary. The results clearly show that the proposed method improves clustering accuracy over other methods with DB index is 2.7.

Abstract
Mathematics is a very important branch of science mastered early to be able to create future technology. The fact is that currently mathematics is less favoured by students for reasons that are difficult and boring because they lack understanding of the concept and how to calculate it. According to an international study that reported the results of the ability of Indonesian students from PISA (program for international student assessment) in 2015 Indonesia was ranked 63rd out of 69 countries. Based on observations in several junior high schools in Malang City, data on learning outcomes of students who did not understand mathematical material were obtained, from 120 students there were only 45% (54 students) getting more than the minimum standard of mastery learning (KKM)> 75, due to lack of interest and student motivation to learn mathematics. A game is one solution that is considered appropriate for students who experience learning difficulties because psychologically children prefer learning in the form of games. The method used in this study was the Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC), while the educational game design was developed using the Unity application. Games that have been made have succeeded in attracting students interest in learning and can increase the value of student learning outcomes from 120 students who have succeeded in exceeding the KKM standard of 85% or equal to 102 students, this shows an increase of 40% from previous student data.

Abstract
Batik is a traditional cloth made by painting motifs with Indonesian culture nuance on a plain cloth. It has always been used by the people, from their birth until marriage, even someone who died using batik cloth as a cover. Batik cloth made with philosophy and symbolic meaning. Every region in Indonesia has a characteristic according to the circumstances and character of the man himself. There are three ways to make batik, such as using stamps, handmade, printing. Every type of batik has different types of patterns, and there is a repetition of a pattern and a combination of several patterns. Based on the type of batik, handmade batik has the highest price, and printing batik has the lowest prices. For batik lovers, handmade batik would want to have, but not everyone knows how to characterize the stamps batik and often mistaken in the detection of the type of batik. Thus, only a few people can distinguish the differences between the three types of batik. It is difficult for ordinary people to recognize a batik pattern. The purpose of this research is to create a prototype system that can detect the patterns of batik motifs created by handmade or stamps. Cosine similarity is used in this research to recognize the pattern and classified handmade or stamps batik.

Abstract
The Indonesian Ministry of Health responsible for the supply and distribution of logistics needed in the implementation of the Immunization Program at national, provincial, district, and health facility levels. This study discussed cold chain management of vaccines from Provincial Health Office to the health center facilities and tested the vaccine potency. We have used a cross-sectional study involving a multistage sampling. Primary health centers, clinics and hospitals were selected from each two districts of eleven provinces. The data were analyzed descriptively and analytically using Chi Square Test. Vaccine potency test was carried out by Kendrick test. This study confirmed that the cold chain management of vaccines at the provincial level was better than the districts and health center facilities. The quality of Vaccine Vial Monitor (VVM) was in gradually decline from provinces to districts and health center facilities. Potency test results of DPT and polio vaccines suggested that all vaccines are still qualified in all study sample locations.

Abstract
Ipomoea aquatica is Convulvulaceae plant that is widely consumed in Southeast Asia as a vegetable. The plant contain various bioactive constituents, e.g. phenols and flavonoids. Water spinach and land spinach are two varieties of Ipomoea aquatica in Indoneaia. Both plants have been analyzed for their radical scavenging activity using DPPH (2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhidrazil). Total phenol was measured using Folin Ciocalteau and total flavonoid was measured using AlCl3. Water spinach has higher antioxidant activity than land spinach and there were correlation between antioxidant activity and total phenol/flavonoid content.

Abstract
The main predisposing factor of infant mortality is Low Birth Weight (LBW). LBW can have long-term effects on child developments, therefore the high incidence of low birth weight can affect the quality of human resources. The purpose of this study was to determine the predisposing factors of the occurrence of LBW in Payangan sub-district, Bali. This research was analytical research with a case-control design to assess predisposing factors of the occurrence of LBW by assessing medical records of pregnant women. The sample of this study was 92 mothers with a history of childbirth. Chi-square method was done to test the significance of each variable on the independent variable. Results obtained from five predisposing factors, those which had correlations to the incidence of LBW in Payangan Health Center were twin births, nutritional status, and anemia with a P value of <0.05. The conclusion made from the results of this study was the variables that have significant effect were variables of twin births, nutritional status, and anemia, while parity did not have a significant effect. A Suggestion made that it can provide benefits to health workers at health centers and pregnant women about LBW risk factors.

Abstract
Electroensephalograph (EEG) is a device that can capture electrical activity in the brain and inform the minds condition such as emotional, fatigue, alertness, health and concentration level. Modeling the EEG signal before classification needs to be done, several studies have been carried out using Wavelet, Power Spectral, or Autoregressive transformations as feature extraction. This study explains the application of K-Nearest Neighbor as a classification and Fourier transform by taking the value of Power Spectralfor feature extraction from the wave signal Electro Encephalo Graph (EEG). This study aims to identify EEG signals used for cursor movements. The data used are EEG data originating from the 2003 BCI competition (BCI 2003 Competition). The data contains data class 0 (for movement of the cursor up) and class 1 (for movement of the cursor down). Decision making is done in two stages. In the first stage, the Power Spectral value for each EEG signal is used to extract the feature. The feature is input to K-Nearest Neighbor. In the second stage of the identification process into two classes (class 0 and class 1) EEG signal data files, there are 260 EEG signal file training data and 293 from EEG signal file testing data, so that the total becomes 553 EEG signal data files. The results obtained for the classification of EEG signals are 85.6% of the signal data tested

Abstract
Javanese Edelweis (Anaphalis javanica) is a pioneer plant that has enormous ecological benefits. This plant is living on volcanic ash deposits and crater soils as on Mount Papandayan. The presence of Javanese Edelweis are endangered. This study aims to: (1) compare the density of Javanese Edelweis on Mount Papandayan especially in Tegal Alun, Tegal Bungbrun and Pondok Saladah; (2) knowing the effect of abiotic factors (temperature, light intensity and soil pH) on the density of Javanese Edelweis. The method used in this research is quantitative descriptive research method. Data collection was carried out using the 100 meter belt transect method with a width of 5 meters in three sample locations: Tegal Alun (28 transects), Tegal Bungbrun (3 transects) and Pondok Saladah (10 transects). The results indicate that there is a difference in the density of Javanese Edelweis between TegalAlun, Tegal Bungbrun and Pondok Saladah. The density value in Tegal Alun is 2275.7 trees/hectare, Tegal Bungbrun 946.7 trees/hectare and Pondok Saladah 366 trees/hectare. Whereas for abiotic factors it is known that air temperature, light intensity and soil pH simultaneously influence the density of Javanese Edelweis with R value 85% and influence 70%.

Abstract
Callosobruchus maculatus (F.) is a stored pest that cause demage to nuts. One of the techniques of preservation of foodstuffs from the insects pest that already done is by using chemical pesticides and fumigant. The use of chemicals continuously can affect to peoples health and pollute the environment and non-target organisms. Pest control using essential oils is considered safer and environmentally friendly. Essential oils used in this study are A. nardus, E. globulus, and M. piperita. It made nanoemultion to reduce evaporation. This research aims to analyze the insecticidal activity of chlorpyrifos and the three types of essential oils as well as their repellent to adult Callosobruchus maculatus (F.). The research method consists of sample preparation, manufacture nanoemultion of essential oils, mortality test, and repellent test. The results showed that the pesticide chlorpyrifos has high insecticidal percentage compared with essential oils, but its use is not environmentally friendly. However, all the encapsulated essential oils in this study has potential to be used as a environmentally friendly pesticides to control the insect pest Callosobruchus maculatus (F.).

Abstract
Long queues during student pick-up are a major problem in some elementary schools and kindergartens. Sometimess parents dont find their children in school because they may be buying food, being in class or playing in a large school area, so their parents have to wait for a long time for their children to go out to the gate. Conversely, sometimes parents are late in picking up their children, which causes the school to keep students from leaving school without the permission of the teacher or officer, and they also have to ensure that all students have returned to their homes. Parents complaints about this pick-up problem are a serious concern for the school. Moreover, the news of the kidnapping of children aged 4-12 years (the crime of trafficking) will worry all parties. This study aims to design integrated applications by utilizing RFID, Microcontroller, Socket TCP, Text To Speech, Client Server and Database as a student pickup model by parents as registered RFID cardholders. Based on the identification of the parent RFID card that is read by the RFID reader sensor and matched with the data in the database, then the application will automatically call the name of the student according to his RFID through the technique of text to the speech voice synthesizer. The method of developing applications using Waterfall. The results of implementing this application system show that the performance accuracy of 90% can be used properly.
