Abstract
Polycrystalline La0.7Sr0.2Ba0.1Mn1-xNixO3 (x = 0.02 and 0.05) has been successfully synthesized by sol-gel method. This research aims to investigate the effects of low nickel substitution on the correlation between structure, microstructure, and electrical transport behavior. From Rietveld refinement result, crystal structure both samples were found to be Rhombohedral with R-3c (167) space group. Low nickel substitution at Mn-site shows that the Mn-O-Mn bond angle decreases and the Mn-O bond length increase which linked Jahn-Teller distortion, double exchange, core-shell model, and percolation model. Scanning electron microscope (SEM) result reveals that nickel substitution leads to smaller grain size. Temperature-dependent resistivity ρ(T) has been measured at 15-285 K with zero field cooling. The ρ(T) increases with decreasing grain size because of the enhancement of the grain boundary effect with the increase in the nickel content. The Curie temperature (TCMod) and the temperature of the metal-insulator transition (TM-I) moves to lower temperatures with increasing nickel substitution content. Percolation model can describe the electrical behavior of both samples based on electron-electron, electron-magnon, and electron-phonon scattering, and Kondo-like spin dependent scattering at low temperature and adiabatic small polaron hopping at high temperature.

Abstract
Variable selection is an important topic in linear regression analysis. In practice, a large number of predictors usually are introduced at the initial stage of modeling to attenuate possible modeling biases. stepwise deletion and subset selection are usually used which can be computationally expensive and ignore stochastic errors in the variable selection process. In addition, the best subset selection of variables suffers from several disadvantages, the most severe of which is its a lack of stability. In this article, penalized likelihood approaches are proposed to handle these kinds of problems. The proposed methods select variables and estimate coefficients simultaneously. Some of penalty functions are used to produce sparse solutions. Based on the RMSE and GIC criteria, it was found that the factors affecting Indonesian mathematics scores from PISA with 148 independent variables showed that the SCAD penalty function had the best performance compared to LASSO, Ridge and MCP. LASSO produces 13 important variables for the model while SCAD has 11 variables which mean that the LASSO model is more complex than SCAD. The MCP produces a simpler model with 3 important variables but produces excessive bias.Ridge penalty has a worst performance based on all criteria.

Abstract
Banana peels waste contains lignocellulose which can be converted into starch and then broken down into glucose which will produce bioethanol. This study aims to reduce organic waste and determine the enzymatic activity of Aspergillus fumigatus fungi on banana skin enzymatic hydrolysis in the manufacture of bioethanol. The process starts from delignification followed by the hydrolysis process using a chemical catalyst, H₂SO₄ as a comparison and biological catalyst namely Aspergillus fumigatus. The study showed that the hydrolysis process was successfully carried out using a biological catalyst at a temperature of 30°C and a contact time of 3 days. During the hydrolysis process, the starch content was 3% - 4% using the DNS method. This shows that the use of banana peels waste containing lignocellulose can be used as a source of bioethanol which aims to reduce organic waste.

Abstract
There is no doubt that the Holy Qur an is the words of Allah that is unchangeable. The most accurate in its verses and words, prodigious in its rules, letters and arrangements that cannot be moved forward or backward, no deletions or additions on it. No falsehood can approach it from before or behind it. It is sent down by One Full of Wisdom, worthy of all Praise. Perhaps this paper, can be seen as a great sea of knowledge. This paper highlights the importance of serving the Holy Book whose endless wonders and knowledge are not enough to create a satisfaction to the scientists. However, there are many earlier works before this work that have addressed this matter by former scholars who inspired us by their work. We have classified these statistics based on the general statistics of the Qur-an, followed by the revelation order and comparison with the order of the Suras in the Holy Qur-an. Moreover, the places of prostration are referred to in the Holy Qur-an and the most frequent names of Allah in the Holy book. This study also includes the statistics of the verses in the Holy Qur-an and the longest and shortest verses in terms of the number of letters and the number of words. This paper includes the roots of the Quranic words and the most frequently mentioned words. The calculations of the letters in the book of Allah, their frequencies and the ratio of the number of letters to the words of the Qur-an as well as the ratio of the number of letters to the verses of the Quran. Abstract
A systematic study of the La0.7Ba0.1Sr0.2Mn0.85Cu0.15O3 manganites have been conducted, mainly to understand the influence of sintering temperature on structure, microstructure, and electrical transport properties in the materials. Polycrystalline sample of La0.7Ba0.1Sr0.2Mn0.85Cu0.15O3 were prepared using sol-gel method and sintered at 1100 °C and 1200 °C. X-ray diffraction result shows that sintering temperature does not affect the crystal structure of the materials which remain rhombohedral with R-3c space group. a more detailed examination shows that sintering temperature change the unit cell volume, bond length, and bond angle of the samples. The electrical resistivity decreases followed by the decrease in the grain size with the increase in sintering temperature. Analysis using theoretical model shows that both samples can be well explained using percolation model. Fitting result suggests that the transport properties of the materials at low temperature were governed by the scattering and interaction between electron, phonon, and magnon. At high temperature, the electrical transport of the samples were governed by the hopping of polarons.

Abstract
Sign language is one of the most effective ways to communicate with deaf people. However, not everyone is able to use sign language. Therefore in this study, a sign language display system was created using a hand robot that was moved through an Android-based application on a smartphone to overcome this problem. The design and development of the system begin from the manufacture of hardware consisting of one hand robot with 11 servo motors as the actuators, the Arduino Mega 2560 microcontroller as the main controller and a Bluetooth module for wireless communication between hand robot and smartphone. Then software development is carried out on the hand robot controller and android based application on a smartphone. Furthermore, system testing is carried out by validating the results of the letters and numbers shown by hand robot with gestures in the Indonesian Language Signaling System Dictionary (SIBI). The results show that the hand robot has been able to display letters and numbers according to the instructions given by an Android-based application on a smartphone with an 80% accuracy rate.

Abstract
Greenhouse is currently used to urban farming. Smart greenhouse technology allows farmers to monitor their plants easyly. This systems require much electricity energy supply. In order to save energy, additional electricity supply is needed. For this reason, photovoltaic is installed on the roof of the greenhouse. The obstacle in the installation of photovoltaic cells is that the power produced is not optimal, due to the movement of the suns position. For this reason, Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT) technology is used. In this paper, fuzzy logic was used for Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT) based on I and V from PV. The aim is to find the maximum operating point of a photovoltaic module so that it can increase the output power ratio of photovoltaic modules in varying temperatures and radiation levels. Simulation is done using MATLAB, so that a ratio of output power ratios is generated using MPPT and without using MPPT. By using the fuzzy MPPT controller, it produces optimum power, 142.5 W, when Vpv=30.05 V and Ipv=4.743A. This power will be used to supply electricity for 2 15 W lamps, 12 volts for the mini greenhouse

Abstract
Typhoid fever is an endemic disease in Indonesia. Prevention of typhoid fever can be done by administering vaccines. It is known that one of the raw materials for vaccines is a recombinant protein. This study aims to obtain information on the optimum conditions for purification of Salmonella typhi Fim-C recombinant protein with Ni-NTA resin as vaccine raw material. The three main stages of the purification process in this study were binding, washing, and elution of S. typhi Fim-C recombinant proteins. The binding and washing variations of recombinant proteins were carried out twice, four times and six times, while the elution process was carried out at imidazole concentrations of 200 mM, 250 mM, and 300 mM. Purification with a binding process four and six times gave almost the same intensity of S. typhi Fim-C protein bands. Whereas protein was elution at an imidazole concentration of 300 mM showed higher band instability. The results of characterization using SDS-PAGE and analysis using software ImageJ gel analysis showed that the longer the incubation time and the repetition of the binding process, the more protein bound to the resin. Furthermore, the more washing processes are obtained the purer proteins. Based on the data obtained it can be concluded that the purification of the S. typhi Fim-C recombinant protein was optimum at a four-time binding process, six times washing and a 300 mM imidazole concentration. These results are expected to be the basis for recombinant protein refining on a pilot scale and industry scale in better vaccine preparation.

Abstract
OSPF (Open Shortest Path First) is routing protocol that are widely used in computer networks. Selection of routing protocols is very important in improving network performance. Calculation of OSPF metrics will determine the performance of data packet delivery. It based on Shortest Path Tree. To find the best route from source to destination, it must determine the shortest path between itself and each router in the network. The router creates this perspective by taking the information in the LSDB and transforming it into a shortest path first tree or SPF tree. It is an algorithmic calculation to construct logical network view performed by the computer within the router. To speed the construction of network tree, PDU size variable is proposed to increase the speed of data packet communication among routers. This research was using Cisco Packet Tracer 5.3 software, simulations were made on a campus network whose PDU variables were modified to obtain the optimum network tree with OSPF routing protocol. The weighted testing parameters in this study is time delay values. Hopefully, the value of redistribution delay is 1% better depending on traffic density. Main route retrieval and alternative package delivery are based on the smallest cost and metric values in the OSPF protocol.

Abstract
Myoglobin is a cytoplasmic hemoprotein with an important role of maintaining oxygen homeostasis of tissues. The brain needs quite a high amount of oxygen to carry out its metabolism. Therefore, this study was conducted to detect the expression level of myoglobin mRNA in the brain of normal rats (Rattus novergicus). The study was conducted at the Biochemistry and Molecular Biology Laboratory of the Biology Major of the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, UNJ from December 2010 to February 2011. Through 1.5% agarose gel electrophoresis, results show that the myoglobin band of 114bp was detected in the brain of normal rats (Rattus novergicus). Due to the positive results, there is a huge possibility that the myoglobin expressed in the brain of rats (Rattus novergicus) would be altered into protein during environmental conditions of low oxygen concentration.
