Abstract
Nanostructured films of polyaniline were successfully synthesised using electrodeposition technique on stainless substrates. Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, and X-ray diffraction investigation indicated that the electrodeposited polyaniline was an emeraldine phase. The influence of electrodeposition potentials on morphology, Brumauer-Emmet-Teller surface area and impedance values of the films were determined based on a scanning electron microscope, surface area analyser, and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy measurements, respectively. The films were composed by nanofiber polyaniline with diameter range from 10 to 60 nm. An increase of electrodeposition potential reduced the polyaniline diameter that produced high surface area films which resulted in high specific capacitance and low impedance values. This work shows the role of electropolymerization potential in controlling the necessary properties of the electrodeposited polyaniline films.

Abstract
Measurement of growth and development in children is the most important thing related to early and appropriate management that can be done if deviations are found. Growth measurements are measurements of the childs weight, height and head circumference. Some previous studies have shown that there are many delays in child development. There are several ways that can be used to screen development, one of them is by using a developmental pre-screening questionnaire that requires special officers trained in its implementation. The results of measurements of growth are often associated with development in children. Based on this, further research is needed regarding the relationship between screening for development and growth in children. The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between the results of screening on development using the KPSP method and the results of measuring growth parameters in children aged 0-6 years in Denpasar. The study was conducted using cross sectional analytic. Based on the Pearson correlation test (α = 0.05), it shows that there is a significant negative correlation (r = -0.218; p <0.05) between weight and development. This shows that the higher body weight will further reduce the level of child development.

Indonesia suffered a diphtheria outbreak in the late of 2017 after the last case in the 1980s. Over the years, DPT (Diphtheria Pertussis Tetanus) vaccine is believed to be the only ways of preventing diphtheria outbreaks. The Indonesian government requires all infants aged 2-4 months old to get DPT vaccine in order to get the immunity against diphtheria-causing bacteria with a single dose of vaccine on each month. The problem is when some infants do not have the complete vaccine so the effectiveness of DPT vaccine is need to be questioned. In this paper, the authors try to construct the model to see how effective the DPT vaccine for those cases. The population assumed to be closed population and consisted of SIR (Susceptible, Infected, and Recovery) population and the vaccine notated as a function of a dose that has taken by the infant. Furthermore, this model will be analyzed the stability using eigen values and basic reproduction number (R_0). The simulation is done to provide an overview of the effectiveness of the vaccine dynamically. Analysis and simulation results show that complete dose of DPT vaccine plays an effective role in reducing the spread of diphtheria.

Abstract. By implementing SMS on scheduling bird feed with automation, it makes it easier for poultry farmers to feed birds. Scheduling bird feed can be done continuously to avoid excessive amounts of feed. This application works according to the time set by the user. This application uses a servo motor to open and close the feed valve, the microcontroller system as the main controller, SIM 800L as the information provider in the form of SMS, and RTC as a time scheduling system. In scheduling bird feed can be done per second. There is a GSM shield notification to the user when the system is running. The average provider or GSM is caused by signal factors during the trial, and depending on bad weather or indeed the signal tends to be difficult. Servo motor process with its own open angle between 0°-90° with a delay time of 50 seconds. For the 800L SIM it takes a voltage between 3.8 - 3.9 volts.

Abstract
Indonesian oil and gas needs continue to increase, all of which are inversely proportional to oil and gas production which is always decreasing, one of the efforts to increase production is by EOR injection, one of the EOR injections is polymer injection. In this study we will use FP3300S polymer with a concentration of 500ppm, 750ppm, 1,000ppm, 1,250ppm, 1,500ppm, 1,750ppm, 2,000ppm, 2,250ppm and 2,500ppm. The purpose and objective of this study was to determine the effect of polymer concentration on increased viscosity, determine effect of polymer concentration on polymer screening (compatibility, filtration, screen factor, thermal stability), and to find out how the results of polymer injection, the higher the study found. polymer concentration the higher the viscosity where the highest at the polymer concentration of 2,500ppm with 19,38cp, the viscosity needed by the polymer as the injection fluid is the polymer viscosity greater than 2X the oil viscosity to be injected, where the oil viscosity is 5,2cp. then while in polymer screening it is found that the higher polymer concentration is not necessarily good for screening polymers, and polymer inclusions have been shown to increase recovery factor, recovery factor obtained at 51.5% water injection and polymer injection is 23.1%, before injection really need to be on do screening first, in order to get the most optimal concentration to be injected.

Abstract
The function of drilling mud is to lift drill cuttings to surface while maintaining condition in drilling hole. The purpose of this study was to determine ability to lift cutting in oil drilling wells using Cutting Transport Ratio, Cutting Concentration and Cutting Carrying Index methods. In drilling operations there are two important things must be considered in the wellbore cleaning, namely pumps and drilling mud rheology. Penetration formation layer will result in cutting due to chisel that erodes the rock so that if left unchecked it can accumulate at the bottom borehole. The speed of flow of sludge fluid is flowed, the flow pattern in circulation of sludge, and ability to lift the cutting in well are affected by mud pump to determine flow rate of pump. In addition to the value of rheology of sludge such as plastic viscosity and yield point values of mud density also affect the performance of the sludge to be a medium for lifting drill bits. Provisions on the method for lifting the cutting with the Cutting Transport Ratio method must have a value of> 90%, the Cutting Concentration method has a value of <5%, and Cutting Carrying Index has a value of 1.

Abstract
The aim of this study is to develop ways to teach heat transfer lessons to slow learner students. The study used a single-subject research approach with A-B design (baseline and intervention) in inclusive school in Banjarmasin. The subject of this study consisted of three slow learner students. Teaching demonstration methods with collaboration between special teachers and regular teachers are given as independent variables. The results of the study revealed that subjects that require cognitive understanding can be taught to slow learner students. However, the success achieved cannot be separated from collaboration between regular teachers and special teachers. Special teachers play a role in conveying instructions to be simple and concrete. A quiet learning atmosphere in the absence of other audio visual stimuli, besides experimental media that are taught, can make slow learner students more focused. The repetition factor of subject matter by special teachers during learning activities is very helpful because the characteristics of the slow learner are more likely to be short-term memories.

Abstract
ZnO nanostructures have been attracting much interest of researchers due to their unique properties and wide potential for various applications. In this study, the effect of seeding temperature and growing time on the characteristics of ZnO nanorods were investigated. The seed solutions were first prepared at temperature of 0, 30, and 60℃ for 1 hour using zinc nitrate tetrahydrate and hexamethylenetetramine as precursors. The ZnO seed layers were then deposited onto ITO glass substrates by spin coating technique prior to the chemical bath deposition (CBD) growth at temperature of 90℃ for different times (3, 4, and 5 hours). The synthesized ZnO nanorods were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and UV–Vis spectrophotometry. The results showed that with the increase in seeding temperature from 0℃ to 60℃, the crystallite size decreased from 71.32 to 38.95 nm, while the band gap energy increased from 3.27 to 3.55 eV, respectively. While with increased of growing time during CBD, the crystallite size was adversely increased from 65.37 to 88.09 nm, and consequently the band gap energy was found to decrease from 3,55 to 3,52 eV.
