Abstract
Rapid industrial development can lead to environmental pollution. bad air environment will cause damage to the skin such as dry skin. Indonesia has biological natural resources such as coconut trees and castor oil plants. Both oils can be used to make skin care due to the impact of heat by the environment. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of using VCO oil from coconut and castor oil in natural creams to treat dry skin. The method of this research is an experiment that is looking for the right comparison to make natural creams from each VCO oil and castor oil. The experiment was carried out on 10 dry skins of student volunteers. Research using randomized group only design is divided into two groups. Group A is the experimental unit for treatment and group B is a comparison group, subjects are selected by purposive sampling from a particular population. This study used an 8-experimental design of the initial test until the final test in both groups. The results showed that tcount > ttable is 2.441> 1.330 so Ho is rejected and HI is accepted at the 0.05 significance level. Abstract
Speech recognition is a process of recognizing letters, words or sentences that are spoken. Voice recognition is better known as Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR). Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR) has been widely applied in everyday life, for example is the operation of a smartphone that is run through automatic commands (voice recognition). The letter of origin is the place where the letter is released when the letter is pronounced. The letter of origin is the basis for reading the verses of the Koran. Errors in the pronunciation of letters or in makhraj letters, can cause differences in meaning or meaning errors in the verse being read. Generally the method of learning to read the Koran is used accompanied by accompanying teachers who are proficient in their fields. In this final project, a sound matching application was built on the pronunciation of Ayat Al-Quran as a learning medium for children using the Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) Algorithm and Divide Conquer (DC) that support learning independently. The system built in the final project is to utilize the Google API feature on android as voice matching. Furthermore, the incoming sound will convert into text form using the Google API. The conversion method used is Fast Fourier Transform (FFT). The valuation method, Divide Conquer is used by calculating the sound proximity value of the Google API conversion results by matching Arabic text in the database. Based on the testing that has been done on the system testing. The results of the test found 61.1% accuracy for the appropriate reading and 38.9% for inappropriate reading.

Abstract
Abstract. Wolff-Parkinson-White (WPW) syndrome is one of the most common pre-excitation syndrome. Accessory pathway formed between the atria and ventricles become conduction path other than the atrioventricular node. The occurrence of atrial fibrillation (AF) in the WPW syndrome cases are quite rare, and seldom reported in the medical literature. WPW syndrome that have a tachyarrhythmia has a specific treatment and contraindications, thus giving preferred treatment should avoid the potential occurrence of ventricular fibrillation (VF). We describe adult male presenting with a very rapid, irregular wide QRS complex tachycardia, with hemodynamic instability. Successful cardioversion performed in the emergency room (ER). ECG results after cardioversion showed normal sinus rhythm with accompanying evidence of accessory pathway in accordance with WPW type A with the localization of the LV free wall. Medical personnel need special attention in emergency cases. AF with aberrant conduction and ventricular tachycardia are the very first thing to be considered in cases of wide QRS complex tachycardia. However, medical personnel need to consider that WPW syndrome accompanied with AF will give an increased heart rate (> 200 x / min), wide QRS complex and irregular rhythm, especially when choosing a pharmacological therapy. Several hypotheses which can cause AF in patients with WPW including spontaneous degeneration atrioventicular reciprocating tachycardia (AVRT), electrical properties accessory pathway, accessory pathway effects on atrial structure and vulnerability of intrinsic atrial muscle. The location of accessory pathway and also the possibility of a hidden track of accessory pathway that sometimes gives an overview of less obvious delta waves, but does not rule out the WPW syndrome in this case. AF has a significant prognostic in WPW syndrome. This condition can be life-threatening if there is very rapid ventricular response. The use of drugs that slow AV conduction block is not recommended.

Abstract
Scoring is a process of converting test answers into numbers which are quantitative values of an answer to an item in an instrument. The numbers of the scoring results will then be converted into values through a certain processing process. The scoring model is a way of scoring a test. The scoring models can result in inappropriate score, where students cannot answer the easy items correctly but successfully answer difficult items. The research data were analyzed using the Donlon and Fisher method through biserial correlation. The study used the experimental method. The study population was high school students in DKI Jakarta, samples of seven hundred students were taken using proportional random sampling techniques. Data collection is done through Mathematics tests in the form of multiple choices using the correct score and punishment score scoring model. The results of data analysis showed the value of thit = 13.0750 and ttab = 1.645. Because of thit > ttab, it was decided to reject the null hypothesis. Thus it can be concluded that in the five option multiple choice objective test, the punishment score scoring model produces a more reasonable score than the correct score scoring model.

Abstract
Abstract The association between lack of thyroid hormones and cardiac dysfunction has been well described. We experienced a case of a 44-year-old woman with dilated cardiomyopathy (DCM) accompanied with long QT secondary to hypothyroidism and hypocalcaemia. Thyroid hormone acts on the myocardium of the heart and peripheral blood vessels. The genomic and non-genomic effects of thyroid hormone are associated with cardiovascular and chemodynamic function. A well documented but mostly overlooked sign in hypothyroidism is the prolongation of the QT interval. Long-QT syndrome, which is characterized by abnormal QT-interval prolongation on the surface ECG and an increased risk of sudden death, usually due to ventricular fibrillation. The mechanism of hypothyroidism on QT prolongation and the occurrence of ventricular tachycardia is unknown and the effect may be idiosyncratic, although coexistent.

Abstract
Steel has a very important role in the industrial application, especially for the manufacture of automotive components such as gears. In its application, gear undergoes the compressive and friction loads, so that in the manufacturing process, materials with high hardness and wear resistance are needed. One method to increase steel hardness is by quenching process. In this research, quenching process will be carried out on AISI 1045 steel using the salt water as the cooling media. The austenization process was conducted at a temperature of 850 ° C with the holding time of 15 and 30 minutes. The samples were then salt quenched with the salt concentration of 0, 10 and 23%. The results showed that the salt quenching process on AISI 1045 steel tended to change the combination of ferrite and pearlite phases to be martensite. This process also increases the hardness of AISI 1045 steel, in which the highest hardness value is found in the sample with 30 minutes austenization process and salt concentration of 23%. In contrast, this sample have also the lowest impact resistance value of 0.056 J / mm2.

Abstract
Learning on the concept of chemical bonds should be supported by all three levels of representation as a whole, including macroscopic, sub-microscopic, and symbolic. However, teaching materials that are widely used are still centered on symbolic aspects only. Based on these problems, technology-based teaching materials are needed to overcome this problem. This study aims to produce teaching materials in the form of electronic modules. This research used method of Design Based Research (DBR) which consists of the stages of analysis, design and development to be able to produce products in the form of electronic modules that have the characteristics of material presentation in inquiry by connecting three levels of chemical representation which displayed in the form of text, images, animations, flash and video. In general, the results of the average value of the validation test in the form of r count are between 0.77-0.81. Furthermore, the product was tested to 15 student respondents using a feasibility test instrument. The results of the feasibility test show that the percentage of feasibility in each aspect is in the range of 90-98% which agrees to all criteria. This shows an electronic module that has been made feasible to use.

Abstract
Cryptography in various communications both online and offline is very necessary and generally cryptography is used to secure data in the form of text while non-text data requires special algorithms. Base64 is an encoding algorithm that can convert non-text data into binary data so that the data can be secured with cryptographic algorithms such as the GOST algorithm. The combination of the BASE64 and GOST algorithms is expected to be able to secure all types of data that exist and have the ease of returning to their original form without damaging the original data, besides this combination will increase data security because the combination of these two algorithms produces ciphertext that is difficult to know if the process is done cryptanalyst by third parties. The results of the combination of Base64 and GOST algorithms are expected to be able to deliver dynamic security contributions to various existing data objects so that they can be used both online and offline.

Abstract
Corn plants has an important role in compliance national and international food needs after rice and wheat. According to Ir. Pending Dadih Permana, Director General of Food Infrastructure and Facilities (PSP) of the Ministry of Agriculture, East Java is one of province that the biggest corn producers in Indonesia. But it still can not supply the increasing market needs in Indonesia. Therefor, it requeres a grouping corn plants based on produktivity, production, and area of land in East Java in order to increase level of procurement of corn plants in East Java. In process of grouping, it use K-Medoids algorithm. K-Medoids algorithm as known as Partitioning Around Medoids (PAM), which is varians of K-Means method. This is based on the use of medoids, not from observation of mean that owned by each cluster, with purpose reduce the sensitivity of partitions due to the extreme values in the dataset. This algorithm is an algorithm that can produce data that is not sensitive to outliers because one of object with some big value. These deviations can occur from data distribution. Based on the result of grouping corn plants based on productivity, production, and area of land which has been done, there are 3 clusters with at most 21 members, and at least 8 members. From this research, it can concluded that K-Medoids algorithm can help determine potential of the location of corn producing plants in East Java.

This causes the prevalence of obesity in children to increase every year. It continues into adulthood so it is important to carry out interventions to prevent overweight and obesity in children. Objective: This study aims to determine the relationship between consumption of junk food and childhood obesity. Method: This study was a cross sectional study in children aged 9-12 years in West Denpasar District with 175 respondents selected by simple two-stage cluster random sampling. Respondents were children aged 9-12 years who attended elementary schools in West Denpasar District without a history of obesity in their parents. The obesity criterion in this study is if the Body Mass Index (BMI) according to age is more than Z score 2. Criteria for consumption of junk food is if at least once a week consume low-nutrition foods that contain fat and soft drinks. The collected data was analyzed with SPSS 21 for window including Chi-Square test to look for the relationship of consumption of junk food with obesity and multiple logistic regression analysis to control the influence of variables on parental education, parental income and physical activity of children. Result: Obesity prevalence was 18.3%. The prevalence of obesity in the group that consumes junk food is 12%, while in the group that does not consume junk food is 6.3%. There was a significant relationship between consumption of junk food and the prevalence of obesity (x2 = 4,65; p=0,031) with Odds Ratio 2.56 and 95% Trust Interval 1.15-5.72. After being controlled by the parents education variables and childrens physical activity, this relationship was still significant (p = 0.015) but the adjusted Odds Ratio was only 0.32. Conclusion: there is a moderate positive relationship between consumption of junk food and obesity in children.

Abstract
The teacher is one of the important factors in a good teaching and learning process. A teacher is required to have qualified cognitive and pedagogical skills, so that he/she has to be creative in everything, including problem posing. Many studies discussed the problem of students skills but not many discussed the problem of teachers skills itself. This study used ATLAS.ti software as a tool for data analaysis. ATLAS.ti software assisted researchers to manage all various data. Research was conducted on prospective teachers in one private institution. Observation and tests were conducted on 40 respondents, while only 6 respondents were involved at the time of the phases, namely interviews. Through ATLAS.ti software, the result showed that problem posing skill of prospective teachers was still far from enough. What is needed is the right action to overcome the problems.

Abstract
Diabetes is a chronic disease caused by unhealthy habits and lifestyle. Diabetes is characterized by increasing blood sugar levels in the body. Someone who has a blood sugar level slightly above normal can-t be said as a person with diabetes, such conditions are called prediabetes. Classifying diabetes case accurately is an important thing because the occurence of complications and also can be obtained significant variables that affect changes in a persons blood sugar levels. One of the statistics methods which can analyze classification of disbetes case is using linear discriminant analysis. However, when no assumptions can be made about the distribution within each group, or when the distribution is assumed not to be multivariate normal, canonical discriminant analysis can be used to classification of diabetes. In this study we will compare the classification of diabetics using linear discriminant analysis and canonical discriminant analysis. From the results, it was found that the classification accuracy with canonical discriminant analysis was higher than linear discriminant analysis

Abstract
Most of Surabaya area is lowland, which is 80.72% with an altitude between 3-8 meter above sea level with a slope of less than 3%. Therefore, the city drainage system requires pump station operations to drain rainwater. One of the factors that can hinder the performance of pump stations in flood management is the damage to the drainage pump unit. This study has succeeded in finding motor damage as the type of dominant damage at drainage pump in Surabaya. The analysis of the types of dominant damage using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) by determining the type of dominant damage as the objective in the first level hierarchy, the dominant damage criteria are at the second level, and the types of damage are at the third level as an alternative decision. The types of damage are obtained by processing historical data of pump damage in 2017 to 2018, while the criteria for determining the dominant type of damage and the assessment in the AHP analysis are obtained from interviews and questionnaire with experts from the Surabaya city government and pump companies. The results of this study can be used to find the dominant causes of damage and forms of mitigation.

Abstract
Jumantik are special officials who perform larva monitoring to reduce the occurrence of DHF. In fact, the high number of DHF cases in Puskesmas II South Denpasar represents a problem regarding the performance of Jumantik. The purpose of this studies were to find out the factors that influent the performance of Jumantik in relation with the occurrence of DHF in the work area of Puskesmas II South Denpasar. This study used descriptive analytic design through cross sectional approach with the total samples of 32 Jumantik in the work area of Puskesmas II South Denpasar. Data were collected by using questionnaires. The obtained data were analyzed by chi square test and logistic regression test. Based on bivariate analysis, there were no significant correlations between characteristic (age, gender, education, tenure, and additional work) and Jumantiks attitudes with the occurrence of DHF indicated by p> 0,05. However, there were significant correlations between Jumantiks ability (p = 0,02), Jumantiks motivation (p = 0,014), award given (p = 0,008) and monitoring evaluation (p = 0,001) with dengue occurrence (p <0, 05). The results of multivariate analysis showed that the variables which influenced the occurrence of DF were ability (p = 0,014) and monitoring and evaluation (p = 0,011) and the most influential were the monitoring and evaluation variables with the value of OR 20,40 which means that if there were no monitoring and evaluation to Jumantik then the risk of DHF occurrence were 20.4 times greater than that in the presence of monitoring and evaluation. The results of this studies showed that the most influential factors of DHF occurrence are the ability of Jumantik and monitoring the evaluation of Jumantik. To reduce the case of dengue, need to be optimized ability jumantik and monitoring evaluation consistently and continuously.
