Abstract
The Opak Fault is famous as known as active fault in the South of Java which particularly is importance because accordingly historical noted, its fault has been experienced 3 times large earthquake events that claimed many victims and is being straddled Bantul regency of Yogyakarta. Usually producing uplifts only a few tens cm at a time, the cumulative effect has been to create in Gunung Kidul mountains range over the last million years. It coincides with producing Bantul basin faults fill including their confinements. The location is a site of intense deformation associated with convergence between plates Australia and Eurasia. However, Opak Fault strike-slip strain tend to be obscured due to draping by young active Volcanic Merapi sediments. In this place is hard to encountering outcrop of quasi-continuous fault segment at approximately 30 km of length that is capable to produce M. 6.3 as such earthquake occurring on May 27, 2006. Since this event, Based on conclusions from the experts, fault-s position and dipping role has being disputed; either fault dipping towards Southwest or Northwest, and fault zone along a ruptures are located toward the East in the vicinity of Gunung Kidul 5 or 10 km from Opak River. On the other hand, indicating from sediments typically accommodate within strike-slip fault system show strands where is suggested to traverse from Parangtritis Bantul Regency towards South Merapi Mountain slope. This Merapi sediments basin fill beneath Bantul regency, is considered to evaluate and drawing of important active fault lines in order to present seismic risk of all faults map in this area. Further, the convenient method was resorted to taking comprehensive features for understanding principle of slope surface motions. It may also is located in the vicinity of Bantul basin fill towards Merapi. This study has identified en echelon areas of curving slope shape by using slope propagation shifting analysis from satellite imagery. The aim of this paper is intended to present result of research in which delineates corridor of Opak Fault zone, where could be bounded by confinements within both of sidewall faults and cross-basin faults system identified. After in the last first stage study of the a comparative Opak Fault review presented before, this is second stage result from total four stages of the entire over all studies, which is important in order to get area for much more focus in highlighting any fractures in between its boundaries of Opak Fault system, where underlying and traverse the thick young Merapi sediments beneath Bantul region in Southwest, striking toward Merapi volcano in Northeast. Abstract
Fin and tube heat exchangers are widely used in the chemical industry, power plants, automotive industry, refrigeration, and air conditioning. An improvement of fin and tube heat exchanger performance needs to be done to obtain competitive heat exchanger products in the market. This performance can be enhanced by increasing the value of the convection heat transfer coefficient. One way is to generate longitudinal vortex using the vortex generator. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the use of vortex generators on increasing heat transfer coefficients and pressure losses of air flow through heated tubes in a rectangular channel. The experimental method is to compare the use of vortex generators with no vortex generators (baseline), vortex generators include concave delta winglet pair vortex generators (CDWP VGs) and delta winglet pair vortex generators (DWP VGs) with angles of attack was set at 15o and airflow velocity was set from 0.4 m/s to 2.0 m/s. Inlet, outlet, and surface tube temperatures were measured using thermocouples. From the results of the study, it was found that the use of vortex generators increases the convection heat transfer coefficient and pressure loss compared to those without vortex generators. When using DWP and CDWP VGs, convection heat transfer coefficient is increased by 44.91% and 84.68%, respectively, at Re = 11,101 to 11,272 compared to that without vortex generators and pressure losses increased by 3.51% and 8.20%.

Abstract
Abstract. English is the one of the most widely spoken languages in the world and is used as an international language for communication. The importance of English proficiency is the primary reason for some people to be motivated in English learning. Such learning process thus requires a learning facility to help achieve the targeted learning goals. One of the English learning facilities is board game design, which has been developed, in the previous study. However, the usability of this board game design as media in teaching-learning process remains unproven since it needs a reliable testing. On this basis, this study aims to analyze the usability of educational board game design developed based on effectiveness, efficiency, and satisfaction parameter. Usability test was conducted using performance measurement method and the system of usability scale questionnaire was distributed to more than 30 respondents of elementary education level at the fourth, fifth, and sixth grade. Experimental study was done in the elementary school to collect the required data. Statistical analysis was applied to test the hypothesis. Result of this study shows that the usability of developed educational board game design is valid for the learning process of elementary school students at 5% significance level with usability level of 85% for effectiveness, 83% for efficiency, and 71% for satisfaction.

Abstract
Abstract. Rough handling in the slaughtering operation can cause a high stress on an animal which it will produce the poor quality of meat because content of glycogen in the muscle decrease up to lowest level. This condition will reduce the content of lactic acid on the muscle and increase the potential hydrogen (pH) grade on the meat more than normal level such that these results in easiness of the bacteria grow. On the other hand, the rough slaughtering operation using the conventional technique can also yield the accident for the slaughterer because the cow is mutiny. Thus, it is crucial to use the slaughtering tool that is safer and more comfortable. objective of this study is to design the ergonomic and innovative slaughtering tools to satisfy the user requirement. Survey is conducted to identify user criteria of the design. Theory of Inventive Problem Solving (TRIZ) is implemented as a fundamental to determine the inventive principle of design. And Quality Function Deployment (QFD) is applied to develop to the design specification. Non-parametric statistical analysis is done to test the hypothesis. Result of this study shows that the inventive principles identified are dynamic, parameter changes, combination, and equipotentiality so as the propose design is valid to satisfy user need at 5% of significant level that are safer, more practical, more reliable and more durable.

Abstract
Officials from the Chinese Ministry of Health have called for more attention to the protection of the rights to privacy of HIV/AIDS patients, following a court ruling that a hospital damaged a patients reputation by releasing false HIV-related information about the patient. The Xinzhou Intermediate Peoples Court of Shanxi Province rejected the appeal of the Xinzhou Prefectural Peoples Hospital against the original ruling by a district court, in the country-s first such case. The rights to privacy seems to be an issue in China, and it is actually a big deal which needs to discuss, especially in the medical matters since basically, the state has set the law regarding its citizens privacy. Illegal access to personal information, illegal providing personal information to others and personal decision interference, all belong to the infringement of Personal Privacy Act. The rules and regulations on the privacy rights regulated in their Constitution since the 1980s, however it was not implemented maximally due to the power of government and general reluctance in the past to litigate. By using a descriptive-qualitative method, the study will describe the implementation of the patients privacy regulations in the Peoples Republic of China. Moreover, the study shows that the right to privacy for the patients in China needs to get more attention for both government and ruling groups.

Abstract
Indonesia is suffering with a lot of mental health patients who have been in shackled or locked up in narrowed spaces. Approximately, there are 57,000 people with real or perceived mental health disorder and latest Human Rights Watch data shows that more than 18,800 people now live in shackled in Indonesia. Even though the government banned shackling in 1977, it is undeniable that many institutions, traditional therapists and families are still performing human shackling. Shackling people with mental health conditions is illegal in Indonesia and yet it remains a widespread and brutal practice. Regarding to this phenomenon, Indonesia has enacted the Mental Health Law 2014 which cover mental health issues and it aims to uphold for the rights of people with mental health disorders. Furthermore, the researchers would like to know how Indonesian government deals with the mental health patients in term of respecting, protecting and fulfilling their rights. Aside of that, the researchers also try to make comparative study with Taiwan as the country which has excellent health care system in the world. Through this research, the authors aim to show the number of the human shackling in Indonesia still persist which caused by inadequate regulations, lack of mental health hospitals, low level educations and shortage of psychiatrists and other mental health providers. By considering the condition above, the research suggests that Indonesian government has to take important steps to end the practice of shackling people with mental health conditions in order to respect, protect and fulfill the human rights of mental health patients. Moreover, the Indonesian government should immediately order inspections and regular monitoring of all government and private institutions and take action against facilities that practice shackling or abuse people with mental disorder.

The result of research found that strategic and interdependency nexuses among the tax legal system and environmental legal system in incorporating the workable principles and taxation governance to tackling the environmental degradation are necessary needed. The principles have roles for the cores to realise the functions: the budgeting functions in term of achieving the people prosperity and the regulating functions in term for performing the sustainable development. The existing taxation governance is still placed in the wide range of gap among the hopes and the practices. The hopes illustrate that the both tax functions are targeted to formulate many efforts to overcome the environmental damages and incorporate comprehensively in the taxation legal system. In fact, this principle has been considered as economic and politic burdens or it could be internalized for only the complement components. It is urgent to design an environmental principle based systemic legal taxation that supported by the visionary policy, responsive laws, well organized and coordinated institutions, effective functions of law enforcement, and high empowered civil societies
