Abstract
The new fiscal scheme in the upstream petroleum industry has been implemented in Indonesia since 2017. Combination split at each parameter might not reflective to the various economic conditions. The difference between well-developed and new frontier offshore categories is only two percent. Yet, field size for the offshore new frontier areas should have significant larger reserves to justify the new pipelines and other infrastructure compare with the next offshore field that might would utilized the well-developed offshore facilities. This study will analyze the fiscal model calibration for the variable component of infrastructure in one offshore field, through its economic indicator. Sensitivity of the infrastructure development would be applied, that would affect to the capital investment, the operating cost, and production scenario. The study found that the composition of the split is not reflective to the various development and economic conditions. It is suggests that the new gross split scheme should be designed to apply to different levels of infrastructure in the same certain working area.

Abstract
Abstract. The Randu Kuning Porphyry Cu-Au prospect area is situated at Selogiri district, Wonogiri regency, Central Java, Indonesia, about 40 km to the south-east from Solo city, or approximately 70 km east of Yogyakarta city. The Randu Kuning area and its vicinity is a part of the East Java Southern Mountain Zone, mostly occupied by both plutonic and volcanic igneous rocks, volcaniclastic, silisiclastic and carbonate rocks. Magmatism-volcanism products were indicated by the abundant of igneous and volcaniclastic rocks of Mandalika and Semilir Formation and many dioritic intrusive rocks as part of the Late Eocene-Early Miocene magmatism. Porphyry Cu-Au and intermediate sulphidation epithermal Au mineralisation at Randu Kuning Prospect have strong genetic correlation with the magmatism-volcanism processes. The mineralized dioritic intrusive rocks at the Randu Kuning Prospect, are distributed at the centre of a half-circular depression are thought to be a feeder of an ancient volcanic crater. There are many intermediate sulphidation epithermal mineralization Au-base metals prospect area sourrounding the Randu Kuning porphyry Cu-Au. Most mineralizations both porphyry and epithermal environments are associated with the present of quartz- sulphides veins, but not all porphyry vein types contribute in copper and gold mineralization. The early quartz-magnetite veins (particularly A and M vein types) generally not contain Cu-Au or barren, while the later sulphide bearing veins such as quartz-sulphides (AB type) veins, chalcopyrite-pyrite (C type) veins, quartz-sulphides-carbonate (D type) veins, and lack of disseminated of sulphides. Mineralization contain copper and gold deposits in range at about 0.66-5.7 g/t Au and 0.04-1.24 % Cu. Whereas the epithermal level, mineralization mostly related with the present of pyrite+sphalerite+chalcopyrite+quartz+carbonate veins and hydrothermal breccias. The epithermal veins and breccia lead to the occurences of silver, zinc and lead mineralization, it commonly contain around 0.4-1.53 g/t Au, 0.8-8.5 g/t Ag, 0.17-0.39% Cu, 0.003-0.37% Zn, 00089-0.14% Pb. In porphyry environment, copper and are likely transported together as chloride complexes (CuCl0 and AuCl2-) in magnetite stability field. The chlorite complexes then react with existing magnetite to produce free gold and chalcopyrite. On the other hand, the epithermal environment, gold and copper usually are transported in a different ion complexes. Au is transported as the thio complexe [Au(HS)2-; Au2(HS)2-S2- and HAu(HS)2-] in phyrite stability field, while Cu is preferably transported as chloride complex in the hematite stability field.

Abstract
Mining is a rapid process of topographical change, the former sand mining area is a complex problem between the legal aspects of land ownership, environment, geohydrology, technology and socio-economic. The former sand mining area is quite extensive in the area along the Cisadane River which includes Tangerang Regency and Bogor Regency, for proper management of the area, a study needs to be carried out in the form of identifying the condition of the former sand mining quarry. This study aims to identify ex-mine pit and the complexity of problems in the management plan of the former sand mining area. This study was carried out only by evaluating published map maps and field observations from aspects of geology, geohydrology and environment. In the study area there were 112 holes in the sand excavation hole, 57 in the Bogor district and 55 holes in the Tangerang Regency with a range of 0.9 to 9.4 ha. The former sand hole is always filled with water so it becomes a lake or it is never dry because this mining exploits sand in the form of aquifer sand. From the existing holes there is no one who reclaims according to good and correct mining rules. Utilization of former excavation holes is relatively not optimal, only 1 is used as a source of rural clean water. Mapping of former sand mining areas is absolutely necessary for sustainable planning and management of environmentally sound management.

Abstract
Indo Airways is an Indonesian airline that sells full-service transportation for the customer which covers domestic and international routes. Their domestic sales are handled by traditional and online travel agents with contribution 68% of total domestic sales. Those travel agents get the percentage of commission from the basic fare of each ticket sold. Started from April 2017 Indo Airways has decided to reduce the travel agents- commission in the domestic area. However, on the other hand, agent contribution to total Indo Airways sales is significant. This research investigates how the commission reduction is affecting the traditional travel agents- sales in each region of the domestic area. The analysis will be based on the theory of sales promotion, marketing mix, and the cost leader approach and a hypothesis on approaching the analysis of the effect. The analysis of the secondary data will use descriptive analysis based on time series data comparison. The study finds that all sales in the different regions are decreased, but that decrements are significant for some region only.

Abstract
The phenomenon of the low performance of many lecturers in Indonesian universities has led to the development by several universities of a performance measurement system for lecturers (PMSL). Until now, research examining the impact of the implementation of PMSL on lecturers- performance has been very difficult to find. Therefore, this study aims to empirically examine the effect of PMSL implementation and role clarity on lecturers- performance. The testing of role clarity as an intervening variable is also attempted. Using data from 203 questionnaires obtained from lecturers at leading private universities in Indonesia (accredited “excellent” and with internationalisation programmes), we tested the hypotheses using the Partial Least Squares (PLS) approach. The results reveal that the implementation of PMSL, and role clarity significantly, has a positive effect on lecturers- performance. Also, this study concluded that role clarity has a role as an intervening variable.

Abstract
Kedungwaru Village is a village in Karangsambung Subdistrict located at 109 ° 3730 "- 109 ° 4500" BT and 7 ° 3000 - 7 ° 3730 LS. In the long dry season that occurs in the first half of 2018, residents in several areas of Kedungwaru Village complain of drought. Aquifers are a layer of water that can be used as a water source. The study was conducted using a single channel geoelectric instrument with the Vertical Electrical Sounding method with the aim to determine the distribution of aquifers based on the depth and thickness of the aquifer. The depth and thickness of aquifer data are then interpolated using IDW (Inverse Distance Weighted) method to produce depth maps and isopach maps. The results showed that there were two types of aquifers in Kedungwaru Village, namely unconfined aquifers and confined aquifers. The unconfined aquifer located at a depth of 1-3 m from the surface with a thickness varying up to 22 m, while the confined aquifer is at a depth of 13-30 m from the surface with thicknesses varying up to 19 m. From the acquired data, a geological model was created. Keyword: geoelectrical, aquifer, isopach, water source, Kedungwaru

Abstract
Indonesia is a country that has a tropical climate. Countries that have a tropical climate only have two seasons namely the rainy season and the dry season. During the rainy season, most of the water falling in the village of Kedungwaru goes to the drainage channel which is wasted into the river, and some of the rainwater is absorbed by the soil in an area called infiltration. Rainfall when in the field is quite high, and this greatly affects the infiltration of land in the area. If the soil ability to absorb water is not in accordance with the rainfall, the soil will not be able to seep into the water and the water will pool. This is due to the constant infiltration rate of the percolation rate through the soil. Because of this phenomenon, this area is a difficult challenge, flood, landslide. Therefore the mapping of infiltration rate in Kedungwaru village is used to determine the rate of infiltration and can be used to measure and control the conditions so that the extreme negative can be prevented.

Abstract
Restaurant business is now growing rapidly, especially in Bandung. The development of the culinary business is currently supported by the many people who often shop and eat outside their homes. A large community of nature lovers also favored the emergence of restaurants that provide green products. This is driven by the awareness of the community to help maintain the environment and efforts to live healthy lives. This awareness was also boosted because of the environmental damage that is currently happening, such as global warming and the greenhouse gas effect. Restaurants Kehidupan Tidak Pernah Berakhir (KTPB) is a vegan restaurant in Bandung, which provide education to consumers about green products and healthy lifestyles by eating vegetables. This study summarizes the literature on green marketing and marketing relations into the research framework at the green purchase behavior, using two constructs, namely green perceived value and green trust. This study uses a quantitative method with a type of descriptive research on 100 consumers of Restaurant Kehidupan Tidak Pernah Berakhir. The analysis used in this study is Partial Least Square (PLS) with Smart PLS 3.2.7. Empirical results show that green perceived value positively affects green purchase behavior and green trust. In addition, this study shows that the relationship between the green purchase behavior and antecedent (green perceived value) is mediated by green trust. Abstract
Lifting activities are the most end activities of the upstream industry, needed a good evaluation for doing those. There is 2 methods in terms of measuring volume; static measurements and dynamic measurements. Static measurement is a measurement of the tank gauging, which is the measurement of the height of oil or liquid in the tank (storage tank or receiver tank), the liquid that will measure in static condition, no changing physics form (temperature or volume) in a long period of time (approximately more than an hour). Dynamic measurement is a measurement of a metering system, which means to do measuring the flowrate (transformation of volume against time) of crude product. the liquid condition with relatively constant speed and pressure, while lifting on loading. commonly, dynamic measurements used flow meters, there are several types of flow meters; positive displacement, turbine, coriolis mass, ultrasonic and orifice. On this occasion, will discuss the two varieties of measurements that is mentioned above, and the differences results among the two method. This paper takes the case in one of the oldest terminals in Indonesia in the Sumatra region of Riau province. During this lifting activity, the difference in values always works in the range of 0 - 0.5%. Not always coming smooth, sometimes there are some lifting activities that have a considerable value difference in both methods more than 0.5%. for additional information, terminal use the flowmeter (Positive Displacement) with automatic and manual mode to generate the results It is expected from this paper, to be able to share experiences in the field in order to guarantee the accuracy of each type of measurement. Not just explain the success, but the failure will show up.

Abstract
Physiographically, Pohijo Village, Sampung District, Ponorogo Regency is located in Solo Depression Zone East Java which is near with Lawu active volcano. Administratively, Pohijo village is near from Pacitan Regency where Grindulu Active Fault is located. Girindulu fault is NE-SW oriented which continuity is not yet known until now. This research was started with desk study by learning seismicity history of the area where the research is conducted. Then, a detail observation by doing field mapping was done. Based on the field data, it was found that there is evidence which are then identified as active fault named Pohijo fault. That evidence is divided into three areas which are North area (Kruwe village, Magetan regency), Central area (Pohijo village, Ponorogo regency), and South area (Bakalan village, Wonogiri regency). In Kruwe village, an evidence in the form of abrupt terrace and landslide were found. It is predicted that those are caused by the fault of strike slip which cuts lithology in the forms of unconsolidated materials and is N 010o E oriented. In the central area, Pohijo village, landslide, road shifting, and some broken society-s houses were found. The cut lithology are in the forms of unconsolidated materials and N 035o E oriented. In South area which is located in Bakalan village, Wonogiri regency, Central Java province, there are five damaged houses, landslide, and cracked ground. The lithology which is passed by the fault is bedded clastic carbonates. Based on the evidence of the active faults found in the field, it is concluded that Girindulu fault is continuous up to the North area passing by Wonogiri regency, Ponorogo regency, and Magetan regency. Thus, mitigation disaster plan of Girindulu fault should be re-observed so that the disaster risk effect can be minimalized

Abstract
Several studies show that P-wave velocity are greatly affected by pore geometry and pore structure. Pore geometry and pore structure here are functions of pore attributes. Petrophysical properties of rocks such as porosity are the result of the sedimentation and diagenesis process so that porosity is strongly influence by pore geometry and pore structure. Thus the P-wave velocity should be predicted well by using porosity. This study was intended to apply the concept of critical porosity for P-wave velocity estimation. The data used in this study included porosity from log analysis and DT log data obtained from the Talang Akar formation for validation. By using this method, the P-wave velocity can be accurately predicted.

Therefore, to facilitate transportation for ASEAN games, the government built LRT as a means of transportation in Palembang. Within a month, the data has been recorded that the LRT passengers reached about 198.300 hence the public enthusiasm for LRT is relatively high. The success of LRT can be seen as the opportunity to analyze customer continuance intention of LRT users in adopting it. This research was intended to find out factors according to modified Unified Theory of Acceptance Use of Technology 2 model from Venkatesh et al., those influence continuance Intention of customers toward LRT. Perceived Security factor has been added as a new factor in the model. To test if those factors have positive significant influence toward Continuance Intention, this study conducted survey to customers. The data collected from 400 valid customers selected through purposive sampling. The result revealed that 4 factors on the Modified Unified Theory of Acceptance Use of Technology 2 model have positive significant influence towards user-s continuance intention in adopting LRT, from the highest to the lowest respectively are Habit, Social Influence, Perceived Security, and Facilitating Conditions. Meanwhile, the moderating variable of Gender and Age there is no positive and significant influence. The model can predict strongly the continuance intention of consumers towards LRT services in Palembang since the R² is 72.1%. This model can be utilized by LRT the board in settling on choices to keep up the continuation intention of consumers towards LRT adoption by focusing on those impacted variables.

Abstract
This research was aimed at analyzing the effect of Project Based Learning model (PjBL) and performance assessment on students- critical thinking ability, scientific attitude, and self-efficacy. This research used a quasi-experiment with the post-test only control group design. The research population consisted of all nine grade students of SMP Negeri 1 Singaraja in the academic year 2017/2018 with the total of 269 students. The sample was selected from the existing classes by random sampling technique. The research instruments were critical thinking ability test, scientific attitude questionnaire, and student-s self-efficacy. Before they were used, their validity and reliability were tested first and it turned out that the tests have high reliability coefficients. The sample (N=60) was obtained by lottery and the members were assigned to the experiment class (30 students) and the control class (30 students). The data were analyzed descriptively and to test the hypothesis the research used MANOVA at α = 0.05. The results showed that simultaneously, students- critical thinking ability, scientific attitude, and self-efficacy of the students who learned through PBjL and authentic assessment differ significantly from those of the students who learned through PBjL and conventional assessment (F=10.79; p<0.05). The group of students who learned through PjBL and authentic assessment had a higher mean score than the group of students who learned through PBjl and conventional assessment. In other words, authentic assessment is effective in enhancing critical thinking ability, scientific attitude, and self-efficacy in science teaching.

Abstract
On June 23, 2016 held a referendum which resulted decision that United Kingdom or Britain determined to exit the European Union membership that we call Brexit. The exit of UK will absolutely impact UKs trade with its trading partner including Indonesia. In connection with this issue we conducted a study to evaluate the possibility for trade cooperation between Indonesia and the UK with assumption that UK had officially left the European Union. By having the Game Theory model, the best strategy for Indonesia is by forming FTA with UK. Meanwhile for UK, based on the simulation, the alternative in forming FTA with Indonesia is the dominant strategy with positive output. The trade cooperation implication is not too significant for UK, so to drive the trade cooperation must be initiated from Indonesia.

Abstract
Inter-island trade data becomes one of the bases to formulate policy recommendations to maintain price stability and reduce price disparity across regions in Indonesia. However, inter-island trade data still not well recorded and managed. The purpose of this analysis is to measure the performance of the inter-island trade data collection process by Ministry of Trade and to identify problems of data collection. Important Performance Analysis (IPA) is utilized to measure the performance of inter-island trade data collection and Likert Scale is used for problems identification. The study found that in terms of importance is at the level of 3,25. While in terms of performance is at the level of 4,35. It can be interpreted that the level of performance is better than the level of importance, so in other words the process of inter-islands data collection is relatively effective. Meanwhile, the main problem in inter-island trade data collection are the lack of coordination between Ministries/Agencies, the policy that has not been well socialized, and there is no comprehensive format of inter-island trade data collection. For this reason, coordination and synchronization and further agreement is needed to develop a comprehensive inter-island trade database, and creating format of data collection.

Abstract
The Global Value Change (GVC) has proved to be an important factor that encouraged trade in the last 30 years. About two-thirds of world trade involves intermediate goods that cross the border during production through GVC and shown significant improvement of foreign content of export from 18% to 25% within 1995-2014. Economic cooperation is proven as a way to boost GVC participation within its member in the region, including the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP) due to regulation uniformity. The study used Trade in Value Added (TiVA) data aims to identify Indonesias GVC participation within RCEP as well as its position in GVC participation. Specifically, this study uses the participation index, the index of the number of production stages and index of the distance of the final product. The study shows that Indonesias GVC participation is higher than neighboring countries such as Malaysia and Thailand however, compared to other East Asian countries Indonesia is still low. Most of Indonesias GVC participation is as a supplier of raw material. Within RCEP, Indonesias participation in GVC is still dominated by Low Technology Industries. To maximize Indonesia GVC participation within RCEP and boost trade, public-private cooperation and predictable trade, as well as investment climate reforms, is required.

Abstract
Global Value Chain (GVC) is a useful tool to track shifting patterns of global production. To boost trade, an economic cooperation is proven helpful as it can increase added value trade within members. This study aims to analyze the position of Indonesia in the GVC in ASEAN-Canada region. The study used backward forward linkage indicators based on TiVA (Trade in Value Added) database. The study shows that within ASEAN, Indonesia has forward participation level equal to 0.3%. This number is equal to the Philippines but lower than Cambodia at about 0.4%. Indonesia is higher than other ASEAN countries average such as Malaysia, Thailand and Singapore at 0.2%. This implies that Indonesia is good in terms as supplier to Canada. Indonesia will be able to supply raw materials to Canada compared its ASEAN peers. This is supported by the facts that Indonesia is country graced with natural as well as human resources. Indonesia should continue to take active role on GVC to provide raw material for global products. In the future, Indonesia should be proactive as production based to be able to increase added value in becoming a forward country. Indeed it will positively impact Indonesias economy in a sustainable manner.

Abstract
Indonesia-Bangladesh agreed to make a Preferential Trade Agreement (PTA) at the 2017 IORA Summit. Both countries need to see the possibility of this PTA. This study aims to review the economic impact of PTA and arrange indications of requests/offers to be negotiated. The methods used are trade indicators including the trade balance, the main export-import products, Revealed Comparative Advantage, Trade Complementary Index, and Partial Equilibrium to determine the cost and benefits of the agreement. The results of the analysis based on the Partial Equilibrium simulations show that the reciprocal decline in import tariffs between the two countries will increase Indonesias export by USD 286,3 million, meanwhile Indonesias import will increase by USD 79,1 million. Both countries will obtain welfare in the form of consumer surpluses, for Indonesia amounting to USD 5.2 million and Bangladesh USD 12.0 million. Potential loss of Indonesias revenue was due to a reduction in tariffs of USD 6.9 million and potential loss of Bangladeshs revenue of USD 159.2 million. We suggest for the initial stages of trade cooperation between Indonesia and Bangladesh it is suggested in the form of PTA with an indication of Indonesias requests of 145 post tariffs and offers of 180 post tariffs.

Abstract
The Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Indonesia sets a strategy to diversify export markets. Latin America is being indicated as the potential solution to improve Indonesia export performance, along with the economic slowdown in some developed countries after the global recession. This study aims to determine what factors has affected the trade flow of Indonesian manufacturing products to the Latin America region using gravity model, and panel data estimation. Some variables that has been included in the gravity model are conformity trade index, trade cost as an inhibited factor and other traditional gravity variable such as GDP and per capita GDP. The result showed that the conformity trade index does not significantly affect on the trade flow of manufacturing products from Indonesia to the Latin American region, while trade cost have negative and significant impact on trade flows between Indonesia and Latin American region. The coefficient estimation value of the trade cost was 0.0049 means that the trade will reduce by 0.0049% when the trade cost increase by 1%. The effect of the GDP is significantly affect the trade flows between Indonesia and Latin American region. Increase GDP by 1% will increase trade flow between Indonesia and Latin Amerika region by 1.34%. This study recommended that the criterias of priority for selecting countries as export destination is economic size (GDP and GDP per capita).
